    Aravae was born an only child due to the infertility curse placed upon the Elves. Her family, upset because they were not content with the outcome of their child, were cruel to her throughout her entire childhood. Her father threw things at her, and her mother used her as a maid. Both her parents yelled at her and blamed all of their problems on her. Eventually, she learned about the concept of magic and was fascinated by it. So she swore she'd learn how to wield such wonderful power and use it to help others who were unfortunate like her. Eventually, she left her home and never looked back.
