Onto another round of 'raise the server age minimum' debates. Time to refresh my opinions:

1. I agree that it should be 16+, not 18+.

2. I think Staff, by covering up certain incidents in the past, are actively complicit in the issue being as a bad as it is.

3. We will never achieve a truly safe environment until people in places of power stop covering up for their friends.

4. We will not achieve a truly safe space until the friends of these people start speaking up.

5. Romance RP or romantical literature in general is not the core issue. The core issue is people treating Minecraft RP like its a dating platform.

6. Grooming will never ever truly be extinguished regardless of minimum age, and as much as people don't think so, making it specifically +18 will make it worse. It is undeniable that minors, from 12-16, find it 'cool' and 'funny' to try and infiltrate +18 mediums in order to get access to topics and things they usually can't access.
