CAPES, Are going to be distributed by GM's to Nation leaders ( who will be given a few extra to give out to their council ) & Bedrock VIP's. I understand some of you might be upset that you don't have the access to capes just yet, but they will be distributed differently in the new continent. ( official guilds etc ) If all of the Bedrock VIP's who want a cape would please, comment below with your minecraft name & link to the cape you wish to have.
