The Avathari
The Avathari are an opportunist assassin/spy guild. People hire us to do a mission, generally spying or assassinating someone, for money. It isn't always as easy as that, however. For example, if the Elves send us to spy on the Dwarves for 2000 minas, and the dwarves send us to spy on the elves for 3000 minas, we do both jobs! Intrigue will run rampant.
The Avathari are spilt into 2 diciplines. Although there might be a third one in the future. The two are Assassins and Spys, also known as the Sule and the Rofe, respectively. In each disipline is four ranks. The top rank being part of the Council. The main base will hopefully be in the new land, while smaller bases/stockpiles will be in major cities.
The ranks
Rofe (Under Spy)
The Rofe is the first rank for any spy. They don't really have any respect as such, considering they are just starting out. The Rofe are expected to do the smaller spying, and aren't required to do any fighting, although it is recommended that they have a few connections within the higher parts of society.
Az-Rofe (Spy)
The Az-Rofe is a professional spy. He has some respect, and is allowed to do some more important jobs. He needs to be able to talk his way out of anything, and is expected to be well known throughout society as a 'nice' person.
Genrofe (Advanced Spy)
The Genrofe has proven him/herself as a excellent spy, and can carry out important missions without failure. He is respected in Avathari for being in such high a position. The Genrofe will normally get a room for him/herself.
Lierofe (Spy Lord)
The Lierofe is very, very powerful. He can do the most important missions withouot failure, and has a lot of respect. He has proven himself in all ways, and is part of the Council. Lierofes have thier own set of lavish rooms, and spend most of thier time teaching the younger spys the secrets of thier trade.
Sule (Under Assassin)
The Sule is the beginning rank of being an Assassin. They don't really have any respect, as they haven't proven themself yet. Assassins are expected to be very good at fighting and walking without being seen.
Az-Sule (Assassin)
The Az-Sule is an Assassin who has started to prove himself. He has some respect, and can carry out missions of semi-importance. He is expected to be able to assassinate a un-important person with ease.
Gensule (Advanced Assassin)
The Gensule is a respected person, and has proven himself again and again. He has respect and carries out important missions. The Gensule has his own room, where he can put all his stuff, and have some peace.
Liesule (Assassin Lord)
The Liesule is a very powerful assassin, and could take out even a prince if need be. He is very respected, and has a seat at the Council. The Liesule will have his own set of lavish rooms.
Tranzz (Shadow Master)
The Trannz is the Master of the Avathari, and has the uttermost respect. He is the head of the council, and has his own set of rooms that are very lavish. The Tranz is a master at spying and assassinating, and is the teacher of all.
The council
The council is made up of the Trannz, the Lierofe and the Liesule. They decide on the matters of the Avathari.
The Laws
Do not steal from another member
Do not kill another member
Do not tell any non-member anything about Avathari
Listen to your elders
Breaking of any of these laws will mean that the council decides your fate. This might involve inprisonment/demoting/death or something else. Please note that Avathari are strict when it comes to laws
Joining Avathari
Please note it is not possible to join the guild at the moment!
To get in you need to enter an excellent application, and show ingame that you are a mature, good RPer and can hold secrets. Once your application is accepted, you will be required to take some tests. Failing these tests can result in death, so you forget everything about Avathari. Finishing the tests means you are a member of the guild, and the location of it's bases are told to you. Also note that I'm GMT, which means I'm only likely to accept if you can be on GMT times, but it depends on the quality of the application. It is also highly recommended that you have a villain application, as not all the things Avathari do are good.

OOC information
This guild is not started yet, I just wanted to see what you thought of the idea.
The guild strives to keep an excellent level of RP going, and to join, you need to have a good RP history.
Also, we don't as of yet have a protected base. But I'm donating very soon, so that will be sorted
Tell me if you have any ideas/questions/comments. Don't be scared to post!
Also, if you see any spelling mistakes/grammatical errors, please tell me
Donation of material and Minas do not go un-noticed. Donations of real money, to get a protection zone (I'm aiming for bedrock eventaully), really do not go un-noticed
