Sounds violent to me, I'd prefer it if everyone makes up their own tale for why the storm took place, taking care not to force any half arsed stories onto anyone.

Just do it. Events are in the hands of the players, you don't need to wait on hand and foot for other people to cast their almighty approval on something you want to do.

500 denied VAs. Worked out that I've denied approximately a quarter of all VAs. I think that's not a bad way to go.

Could a GM please confirm whether doing the snow and ice via world edit would cause any kerfuffles/scarring?

If there are burrows to be caved in I think the locations should make enough sense for them to be collapsed, such as Mercen's, Graeme's and mine, we're on the edge of Branborough and would be first hit by the drifts of snow, it would only make sense for ours to be damaged the most. One concern I have is the freezing of the Tookwater and putting snow everywhere, I think it would require world edit which causes corruption, and I am worried about whether going to and from ice to normal again may leave a bit of a mess behind, I could be wrong, though.

Y'know, guys, I didn't want to have to say it, but I feel as though I'm definitely one of the top 30,756 roleplayers on this server.

Not going to happen I am afraid. When someone is revoked it is often not due to the character but the person behind the character. If we revoke one character then that will do nothing to them, they'll just continue doing what they have been doing that earned that revoke in the first place. Revokes are meant to mean something to the person, and having all their villain characters revoked will be a big wake-up call to them, and that will help them improve more than merely threatening to take action against them.

I advise you in future not to make such claims with a distinct lack of evidence as to the situation. No formal decision has been made as to this matter yet. What the VAT were discussing was the possibility of allowing guards to execute a prisoner (most likely a villain) after incarceration and a direct order from a high official in that nations government. This isn't a free pass to kill whenever they want simply because they bear the title of 'guard', the person giving the order must have an accepted villain application and when the guards do in fact kill it won't make an awful lot of difference to the villain as he would be imprisoned already, the result of this new rule would be to stimulate RP for the people fighting against villainy, as it stands they can only sit back and watch as villainy runs amok in their streets.

You don't need a VA to believe in a deity, but to perform villainous acts in the name of/worshiping the deity or god that you believe in. I just can't see more good than bad coming out of giving people the ability to perma-kill other peoples characters. I know villains on this server, and I can imagine the vast amounts of squabbling that would take place every time they were captured. As much as I hate it, I know people want to win, but giving people the ability to perma-kill villain characters is not the answer. We could perhaps give people the ability to punish villains in their captivity, but I cannot see people ever being given the ability to perma-kill.
