Merit, Even if they aren't perfect showing a good merit would show how they would proberbly act in the server and hopefully reflect how they RP, even if they are not to original but it is obvious they have spent alot of other time on stuff other than just a certain part, this in my oppinion would be a good app 2. Individual, and not based of the "my parents where killed by orcs" phrase and not using parts from other peoples, maybe getting idea's of them would show that they are serious but a strait copy and paste would show that they obviously are not serious about trying to join 3. That they followed the guides and the read firsts, if they actually spend time to read the formats they should be better than those who haven't 4. Their experiance with role playing and their description of it, if they are going to say something completely un related to role play, why should they join a role playing server 5. Understanding the law/lore , everyone puts down that they have read the law's and lore, so why should you accept someone who's bio is based upon them growing up from the american military as a secret weapon i would proberbly also look for their maturity in their app , as someone who is rude would not be a good addition to the server
