As Leondas walks peacefully through the forests, north of Normandor, He begins to feel the great energies of his surroundings. He closes his eyes, placing his hands together in front of him, and bows slowly to the ancient woods. He begins to feel himself open up to the heart of Asulon, releasing all burdens he has gathered on his journeys, casting them into the wind. Leondas begins to write on a large piece of paper, spreading it across a large table. The Way of the Winds To walk with the Winds, you must first walk with clean air. The fires that may burn must be put out. you must free your inner self, and become at peace with your own soul. The wind guides us, and allows us to move swift and well. It teaches us balance, and guidance. We walk with the wind, because if there was no wind, there would be no movement of the leaves, or the clouds we see in our skies. everything would be still, and would have no purpose. that is why we walk. Si Air Walker - You are the start of the wind. you are the start of the movement. This is where your journey begins in the Silen Do. You will be taught much in the time you are an Air Walker. How to be at peace with yourself, and the others around you. Si Wind Walker - You now begin to move, you have put out any flames within your heart, and are now able to learn how to use the Wind to move yourself, your mind, and your heart. Si Wind Runner - You are now at the stage to move onto the next tier of Silen Ki Do. Your ability to harness the energies of the winds is at a great level. Flowing, Like the Ocean When we fight, we motion like liquid. We flow like the waters of the ocean. no faults. no cracks or holes. Every movement is at its perfection. The wind is what moves the water, allowing us to flow. our balance between the wind and water is what allows us to fight in the style of Silen Ki Do. without the wind, and the water, we would not be able to fight. without. we are still. no purpose. Leondas looks through what he has already written, nodding his head, smiling slightly. He looks at his surroundings, breathes in deeply, and continues to write. Ki Rainfaller - You are beginning to use the winds to guide the water. But you must first fall, as every great warrior experiences challenges before them. You must first land, before you can move with the ocean. Ki Waterwalker - You have finally become part of the ocean, and are now able to move with the waters you have become part of. Ki Waterflowing - You can now flow like liquid, and must now learn how to increase the speed at which you flow. at this stage, you are ready to move onto the third tier Strike, Like Lightning Leondas begins to draw a picture, larger than the previous two. When we are able to strike like lightning, we are a deadly warrior, ready to protect our family, our friends, and our people. This is where the fighters may truly show that they can become masters of Silen Ki Do. The speeds of the strike are great, fast enough that we cannot see the strike with out own eyes. The wind carries our strike, and the water allows us to strike hard. the energies within us allow us to create the great energy of the skies, and force our bodies to move at speeds that many others may not be able to. Do Striker - The striker has not yet built the energies to harness the powers of the great speeds of Silen Ki Do. The Striker attacks at average speeds, and is slowly taught how to gather the energies around them. Do Seeker - The Seeker has found energies, just enough to strike quick, but still not quick enough to strike at lightning speeds. It is the last part of the trainee's learning before he masters the way of Silen Ki Do. Do Sai Kaiel - This means "To strike unseen". You have now nearly mastered the movement of Silen Ki Do. But you may not have yet mastered the ability to use a blade, bow and fists. Kiren Do - Master of The Three arts of Fight A Kiren Do is a Master fighter, who shows extreme skill in the art of fighting, with both blade, bow and fist. Not many are able to reach the skill of the Kiren Do. Years and years of training have been focused on, in order to reach the standing of Kiren Do, Master of Silen Ki Do. I call to all who are willing to learn. To learn the ways of Silen Ki Do. Join me, come and learn with me. and you shall learn to fight like the elements of the wind, water and sky.
