The current Wood elven city is named Leyulin, laurhelin is a much older city on an older map. The Dark and Wood elves for the most part have been living together for the past few maps. Your question: This server has nothing to do with middle-earth and while yes it shares the same races, it does not contain any of the same events that transpired within it nor does it allow such (As in bringing those events into LOTC's rp).
