It has come to my attention that there maybe some misunderstandings among the ranks. I want to make it clear to everyone in the FoA, I am in Command. I am not here to play favorites, or make enemies of all of you. It is my duty to make quick decisions to save you from harm. When I make an order I do not do so lightly, I do it to establish protocol and order within the ranks. I realize a lot of you think I rose too fast, but I do not relish power, I do not relish having to be in command of everyone. My decisions may very well kill you. However in light of all this I fight for all of you, and I would die for all of you. I am the law, and I will not be going away anytime soon. When I came to the FoA it was dying -literally dying. So therefore you have two choices, you can either help me bring life back to the FoA. Or you can leave, and be replaced.

The Quarter-Master Record This is good, for all of you to see, we have ample supplies. We need to build on this and make more, I am considering a Scavenging mission to bring in more. I will discuss it with each of you in character.

Also note that Recruitment will now be done on in character/forum basis in a limited capacity. Based on the needs of the office, there has been drastic re-design to the ranks, and focus. There will be more updates on this thread as needed. However you are motioned to find us at the Sages Keep north of Crimson Vale.

Please note that unless specifically chosen by the FoA we reserve the right to pick recruits and applicants to apply, this specifically applies to combat, and non-combat rolls. So in order to be chosen a recruiter must specifically ask you in character to join. That is all.
