All the makes me wonder what people were saying... Also, I vote to change the alfelfe name to "alfalfa" or "alpaca" is these are much more suitable for the species I will describe only as "Those legolas types."

*Kvothe laughs with delight as he reads the papers being scattered around and readily moves to sign.* "I have waited since Al'Khazar for this. Thank god this has finally happened. Down with Dawn!" *Haliax listens to the conversations of those around him, exclamations from all sides. He gets a basic idea of the topic of conversation, but shakes his head, needing to know more. Moving to the sound of the nearest reader, he bluntly asks him to read the paper for him. After a bit of persistence, the man agrees. Haliax listens as the stranger recites the letter, nodding slowly the entire time. Calling for a pen to sign with, he signs a simple H on the paper.*

This looks like an incredibly fun event, I support this wholeheartedly. It seems like a great deal of control will be needed, however, to keep this to a level where people can still RP it rather than many of the events, where there's just broadcasts going around and then you kill mobs and get shepherded along a linear stream of events. So even once you thin out the people who don't fit the bill, things will have to be very loose and open for different scenarios.

((Actually, the belief that in medieval times everyone thought the world was flat is completely wrong. Perhaps lower class farmers, completely uneducated types. But because of the reason I mentioned earlier - about the sails on the horizon - coupled with various other scientific observations of the time meant that a fairly standard belief was that the world was indeed round. You could argue that the world in minecraft is flat, but as I understand it, the world of Asulon is not determined by the world of minecraft. The game minecraft is merely a platform for Asulon. I believe that we treat Asulon as having the same general physical properties as Earth, or any other planet.))
