That contested island to the right that you have cirlcled is now part of Renatus so it is no longer contested.

After a old ork merchant a friend of the Amador house stopped by to trade goods and weapons he arrived to a Gruesome scene he quickly ran to the keep to look for any survivors. after searching the whole keep to find nothing but broken bodies and blood he found a small child under a over turned wagon. The childs name was Jack Amador the last of his family the old ork gave the child shelter and food and put him in school. After many years Jack has become a Noble in renatus and Count of the city vendere where he hopes to re build his house and his honour.
