  Already being worked on. They're called Vesmar. They are already accepted, but lore is still being written, so there is no forum posts on it.

  Not exactly Vampires, but very similar. They have draw backs and strengths.
  Strengths: Vesmar are very strong when it comes to fighting with there hands. I believe they are 2x stronger Orcs.
  I believe they can only be killed by being burnt alive, or if they fight another Vesmar to the death. They're faster the all other races, I believe the only exception is the cat race.
  DrawBacks: Can't use armor. Can't use weapons. I'm almost positive their combat is ...

  Sadly, the votes aren't positive enough to go in LotC it seems.. Rather sad, considering I wanted to drink blood and use vampirism as a threat and rob people :D
