I am rply surrounded by spooks and constantly take the piss on them. I've yet to be attacked by spooks. Maybe you're doing something wrong.

Also I hadn't posted anything of the sort in many many months. You were holding it in pretty badly huh. Haven't you heard bottling this sorta stuff is the wrong thing to do? Tends to make you blow up out of nowhere unexpectedly after uncertain amounts of time.

I'll personally sit them down and chat with them, systematically destroying their hopes and expectations with accurate answers to their questions about the server's mechanics and lore. New players are coming in at a considerably low rate as well, so that means more time is able to be dedicated to each newcomer.

I can guarantee newcomers trusted to my care will be exceedingly well informed about the server. Happiness and satisfaction is not package-able and thus unable to be properly dispensed along the service.

I'd make sure to let them know what the server's true face is. No sugarcoating it, they better be ready for some pain.

You seem to be gladly accepting people who are openly toxic and incompetent without a thought. You also don't capacitate your members in any way whatsoever by the looks of it, as it appears you are content on slapping the green tag on whatever bumbling idiot gets thrown your way and let them run loose. I consistently see and hear of event team members abusing their pex, showing no regard for other people, failing to uphold minimal roleplay quality, and countless other transgressions that I could write a whole essay about if I kept going. Whether they do this intentionally or out of sheer stupidity, the fact remains that this team is a massive failure. I struggle to see a shred of decency and common sense in the vast majority of this team. I could count the rare few decent players with a single hand and still have to stretch it to run out of fingers doing so.
 

Whatever decent event you may do once in a blue moon is utterly overshadowed by the stream of constant garbage you produce.

But worst of all is the very management, or direction, or whatever it is the lead calls itself these days. You are the worst offenders and the main reason that the ET has steadily and steeply declined in quality over the past year. I barely find any motivation to type this up as I know you people are blinded by your bloated egos. The only hope this team has is if the admins get off their asses and kick you out and set a clean slate, which I doubt would happen.

And I'm not saying this out of spite or anything, this is truly what I feel like things have become. Years back the ET used to be perhaps the best team in the server, it had the best roleplayers and the events were both plentiful and pretty damn fun. We counted on the ET to make the world feel alive and exciting. I don't think I ever felt any more fond of a group in this server since then. Now look at it now, a sad shadow that can't ever hold a candle to its former self. And there's nobody but you to blame for it. The good roleplayers left and those who tried to stay were pushed away by you failures who wormed up the staff ranks and made everything garbage.
