Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is when you go from the real world to a world of fantasy. When in this world of fantasy you change from what you are to something different like a farmer. Along with the change of your world changes your back story you are a brand new person. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I've role played on Garrys mod role play servers for at least 50 hours. In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Metagaming is using things that you have learned outside of your character for in game results. Ex. Reading on a forum or another outside source and finding where a bandits camp is and attacking it. In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Powergaming is doing something that does not allow other characters to counter it. Ex. Wazap dude lunges at timmy and stabs him through the chest instantly killing him. I didn’t give that player a chance to block, doge , or counter my attack. What do you expect this server will be like?: I think the server will be loads of fun espically with the required application to get in filtering out the griefers/trolls. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I've only played on the FunnyJunk server but did not enjoy it . I left because it was lack luster and over flowing with trolls/grifers. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: I've read through them and I agree. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Leo Osbur’s tale is nothing special. He was born into an average family of an average life. His parents were hard working people. His brother was getting a job in the market place soon. Everything was going great nothing bad ever happened. This bothered Leo severely. Leo always craved adventure. He craved finding hidden ruins. He craved the praise for buying a round for everyone at the pub. Sadly he was never able to do this until he turned 20. This age restriction was for Leos protection built by his parents. This bothered Leo as he wanted to change his life from being boring and bland to adventurous and fun. He tried to train himself on spare occasions to become better with a sword but he still has troubles. His family was getting frustrated with Leo because he brought nothing to support his family. As Leo became more and more obsessed with adventures he worked less and less. As he continued to bring less money to the family the needed him less and less. After many months of his shenanigans Leos family had enough and kicked him out but as a reminder of what he’d done they burnt his face. This is what he wanted though this gave him motive, and reason to adventure more and more epically with no ties down to anything else and, no reason to go back. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? “Other peoples problems are not of my own but none the less I shall seek help for him” . He would wonder how to help the Halfling without deadly interaction. He would walk over to the nearest law figure and request that help be sent to the halfing but also explain that he is unsure if the halfling had wronged someone. After that he would continue exploring. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? “Would you happen to have any food for sale” the seller would list the food and the prices “Is 60 minas for a piece of bread really fair?” the seller would explain to him the reason for the pricing. ”Still no reason for the over pricing, thank you for your time and good day to you sir”. Seller says his fair well. As he walks away he makes sure to avoid this seller at all times in the future . Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: "The picking is fine today” he’d think to himself. “But these aren’t my hard earned items”. He would debate pros and cons of taking the objects. “I think it is better to leave these here since they are not mine”. He would proceed to write a note to the owner of the hut saying “You might want to hide your items better in case looters wander in”. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "Hello traders would you happen to know where I am”. They would respond with the location of where he is. “Thank you but before I go would you happen to be selling any food?”. He would talk with the traders and give him the required minas for the food and continue on his marry way. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: "I will help as long as I have someone watching my back”. The town guard would reassure him that there will be people helping. “Not that it matters much to me but how much will we be compensated for?” The guard would tell him the compensation rate. “Alright let us head off to face the bandits”. They would go and fight the bandits and run them futher out of town.

His father ,and brother both joined the military as soon as they were old enough. His father was a high ranking officer and had taught Leo many aspects of war such as flanking, using higher ground, and how to use your sword properly . Sadly his father was shot during a small skirmish between some elfs. Leo’s brother had always tried being better than Leo. He tried everything even trying to best him at swordsmanship but he was never able to beat him. One day he got too cocky and tried to best him by killing more bandits than he did but he went too far into an encampment and got himself killed. This was an unfortunate tale but it was not the end his mother was harvesting some crops one day when a small raiding party of bandits killed his mother while he was out hunting. Although all his family had died due to war he was determined to make his mark in life to by becoming a mercenary. Although all of Leo’s family has been killed in war; He believes that there is no greater calling than fighting for your beliefs. Although money has the strongest influence on him. He has spent his whole life trying to be better fighter. He is 18 years of age and clean shaven. He always tries to work with team mates and fellow soldiers. H has tried to farm, chop lumber, and farm animals but he has little patience for it and favours the quick action of a sword fight. After he is done fighting he likes to come home to a neat and organized home. He has always wanted to join a group for good but could never find one he truly liked.
