    Big Q: What should I be? I've gone through every race (Except kha), merchant, criminal, mercenary, guard, tavern owner, military commander, and so on. Anyone suggesting repeats or something new I should try?

    Ugh this server's specs are horrible. Every other server has better framerate and less lag. Invictus was just having a HUGE amount of RP when the server became a potato ((11+ peps)).

      I get 50 FPS when on, so could be you.

      FPS more has to do with your computer's specs. Latency is what the server would be impacting not your FPS

      The actual map will also be what is impacting your computer's performance, as LotC has quite large and complicated build designs compared to most servers.
