      Yes you can change your soulstone. The command /delsoul [name] will get rid of it. You then can do /setsoul again. Unless of course you are a donator.

      how lucky you get.

      Depends on whether or not there is a lot of accepted apps piling up, for example, if it is nearly empty, it may take up to a day. If it's filled up with 10+ apps, maybe just a few min. Just be patient! It's worth it!

      Basically the apps that haven't been posted in the longest are often on the top for the people grading them.

      This means bumping even once means you rarely ever get looked at.
