His father was a merchant and almost every day Jack would spend time in his dad’s shop and sometimes even help out the customers. When Jack turned 15 he earned enough money to by his first market stall in Oren. When Jack turned 20 he moved on and bought a small construction materials shop near Ravenhold. He spent 3 years in the shop but then business started to dry up so he started to travel and he would help out most small shops he came across. He returned to Oren and found his first stall owned a child around 13. He started talking to the child and found out that he was raising money for his family so Jack gave him 50 minas for a small knife. Ambitions for the Future: Jack wants to help out small business and run his own successful shop. Personality: Jack is a nice guy and tries his best to help out anybody in trouble. However if if involves fighting or harming someone he believes it’s better to not help. Skills: Jack loves to barter with people and get as much money he can. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do? Answer: Jack tells himself that he might work for the emperor but then he realizes that he wouldn’t have to sneak. He then tries to find a way to stop him without fighting. The best decision he comes with is to alert the guards. “Guards!” he yells while pointing to the figure. The guards look and then start to run at the figure. Jack turns away to not see the fight that hears ensue. He walks off but then a guard walks up to him and thanks him. Jack waves him off and says “Not a problem, sir”. 2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react? Answer: Jack knowing he should do something but can’t figure out a way to do it without a conflict tries to sneak away. However the two bandits notice him and yell at him and threaten him. Jack knows that he shouldn’t yell back but he still yells “You shouldn’t threaten me for I am a skilled with the sword on my back and have slain many incompetent bandits like you!” The bandits call his bluff yelling “Yeah right, your nothing more than a filthy peasant.” Jack knowing his lie is over he runs as fast as he can in the opposite direction. After he realizes they’re not chasing him he stops running and then continues on his way on a different road. 3. In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Jack Yoully Current Age: 37 Sub-race (if any): Notherner Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Jack was a strong young child however not always the brightest. He had a small job as a miner with his father. After his dad was killed by a cave-in he gave up on mining and started to spend his time learning to read common. His mother was a house wife but after his father died she had to get a job, so she became a maid for a couple of lumber-yards in the area. Whenever Jack finished a book his mother would reward him with a small piece of cheese that she stole from some of the lumberjacks’ forestry huts. When Jack was six-teen years old his mother was banished from their community because she got caught stealing cheese so Jack had to get a job at the lumber-yard. After Jack was fired he left the village with his hatchet, a backpack full of water and some food. A couple months later Jack found an abandoned hut near the lake and setup his home in the hut. He started a carrot farm near the hut and learned to farm. A couple months later when he was cleaning the hut and found a small hatch beneath a broken bed frame. He opened the hatch and went down the ladder when he looked around he saw a small room full of books. Jack was so exited he didn't know what to do so he ran around looking at all the books and reading the first page of some of them He spent 8 years in the hut, however one night when he was sleeping he smelled smoke and woke up to see his hut on fire. He ran outside and kept on running until his legs got tired. When he finally stopped he had wondered what had happened, he found a small village and asked if they had seen anyone going in the general direction towards his house. One person saw a goblin walking that direction. Now Jack spends all his time finding out who burned down his house. Ambitions for the Future: Jack wants to find who burned hi hut and kill them. Personality: Jack is a strong guy and isn't very smart however he always tries to seem or act smart. He also gets very emotional because he always tries to supress his emotions but sometimes he cannot hold it. Skills: Jack knows how to use an ax and can read common. Jack is also a skilled lumberjack and can farm. Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Jack is very muscular and has long arms. he has amber eyes and brown hair. I see the guards start walking towards me and try to tackle the human but miss and hit the ground hard. The man sees me miss and starts to run away. He makes the mistake of not running straight away from the guards and sprinting towards the left. The guards and the human run around the corner and then I remember the extreme pain in my arm. 2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react? Answer: "Hey! What are you up to thugs!" I yell. The biggest bandit looks at me and I see that he is an orc, he yells "Go away before we decide to mug you as well!". I draw my sword and start running toward them. The second bandit that looked like either a hobbit or a goblin continued to threaten the old man. The man sees me running and tries to hit the small bandit but misses and hits the ground with a clang. The orc hears the clang and turns around. While he is turned around i run up behind him and hit him in the back near his left most disc. He falls to the ground and over his back I see the old man almost get hacked by an ax. The old man blocks it and while he is trying to recover I get even closer towards the small bandit and see that he is a goblin. The goblin turns around and swings at me, I block it and while the goblins attention is towards me the old man stabs him in the head. After both of us catch our breathe the man says "Thanks for saving me there," he throws me a bag of mina "I owe you.". I say "Thanks but you did half the work.". Answer: The man says "would you like to buy a trinket?" while I walk toward him. I say "I am looking for a lucky necklace.". He says "Lucky? Ok well lets see we have a necklace of a sheep. No, um, well maybe you'd like a necklace with a statuette of an elf?". "Can I see that one?" Pointing at the necklace with the statuette on it. The shopkeeper says "Sure." while handing me the necklace. "What's the starting price?" I say. He says "Five mina.". I say "That's a bit much how about we do two mina.". The man counteroffers saying "I'll go down by one mina.". I say "Can you go down to 3 mina?". He says "I guess." while throwing me the necklace. I throw him the two mina and walk away.
