This will be a warning to iLime__ not to combat log again. 

This will be a warning to the killers not to pop a player when they refuse to D40, as that is constituted as a Non RP Kill.

Upon further discussion & review by Moderation, we have decided to deny your appeal. It was listed as permanent and despite that we tried to contemplate more charitable outcomes. However, what you did was at the time very egregious, and taking the chance that you may have changed as a person in five-years is not our responsibility. Our responsibility is the safety of our users who play the server. You express very little remorse in your appeal, instead citing mental health issues and a mental health disorder. The demeanor exhibited on this appeal comes across as very self-serving and elaborately vague. Furthermore, the fact that you could be brought up on criminal charges for what you did lends credence to our verdict, as we do not desire anybody past or future who has done these things to play on our platform.

We wish you luck with your mental health and your future life. However, you will never be unbanned from LoTC.

As a consequence, we slew your constables when they tried to overwhelm us, and we do not regret acting in self-defense upon being probed by the unlawful terrorist organization that inhabits your desolate woodland fortress. While your political extremism may seem to be normal to you, we in the Union are secular, and believe in the right for an individual’s own self-determination with regards to the faith or guiding philosophies they choose for their life.

As such, two prominent officials were arrested when trying to enact unruly violence against us, among them the Warlord Eonan and his wife the unruly Bloody Ginger With Many Wives, of whom I hold and afford deep respect. Nonetheless, she did not pay her taxes, and attempted to hinder Fisher’s Union operations.

Some of which included spam on the forums, harassment of your ex-boyfriend who you met online on this platform, as well as harassment of other players. Please include in your appeal how you intend to make amends for your actions. Include demonstrable evidence for us that you have changed as an individual and that you're not likely to repeat these offenses. Particularly in the agreement/disagreement section.

As the Norlanders never showed up to save their Queen, she was kept captive.

The Ruthern forces in tandem with their allies used a raid ladder to clamber over the walls of Alisgrad and then slaughtered several citizens and attempted to besiege the city's coffers. 

All in all, the raiding party was successful, and then retreated to Vidaus after reaping death and destruction throughout the city and its surrounding countryside. 

Scallywag Petyr stands there with his Thanhic-Steel sword, preparing himself for the combat to come.

This is not a Debate Forum, whether or not the comment at the end is a statement of fact or not is irrelevant. If further Moderator purview is required, both sides are free to reach out for Moderator consultation in-game or on the forums. Major gripes between players should be addressed politely between both parties over Discord or the Forums.

Mordu's post is unhidden as it doesn't violate our rules, and serves as a personal defense. That being said, I remain very firm in saying you both should either:
A.) Resolve this matter between yourselves and eliminate any bad blood.
B.) Pursue Moderator involvement if either of you feel that sufficient rules were broken, or that there is "libel" involved (inaccurate information).

To me, it seems to me like a matter of different perspectives that can be reconciled without Moderator involvement. But if somebody is required, feel free to modreq.))

 

If you need to ask others whether or not to play, I don't recommend playing. Play if you want to, if not, play something else! Can always play in the future if you change your mind.

The ban was handled by numerous moderators, an admin, and discussions were held between mods and your nation leader as well. 

All in all, the case was handled properly, and if you disagree you are free to re-appeal, minus the excuses, while taking more responsibility for your actions.
