Any extra things you'd like to add:

Go crazy. She's a mage, so maybe have her doin' some spooky magic (~ o3o)~

    Sorry for shiety formatting.

  2. This town now seems abandoned, a shell of its former self. The lords and ladies that once lived here vanished from the realm. Perhaps someone will take control, perhaps the town will lay in ruins.

  3.

I like you but in the past you've acted out on drama oocly and shot off like Team Rocket. You've a tendency to take IC things into OOC the wrong way, however I feel you've likely got a good work ethic.

Can you assure me you can minimize these two negative behaviors?

Ah yes. I do get the gap between OOC and IC thinned out quite a bit at times. I will admit, I certainly have these faults. I frequently try my hardest to simply now let things go and simply keep calm and carry on with my day. I have turned a new leaf, just as of recently, and can guarantee this behavior will cease to exist entirely.

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and understanding of the standards we have for applications?:

As I am a person who, on a daily basis, looks over the applications of many of the new players, I believe I have found out what the AT sees as acceptable, and non-acceptable, and have come to agree with many of their denials and acceptances. As for lore, I thoroughly enjoy writing, and reading through player-created lore, as well as the server's official lore. I feel as though I could definitely show accepted and denied players alike what are some useful tips to properly roleplaying their race, and how to fix any mistakes within their application.

What race(s) do you play and are most comfortable with?:

I am certainly very comfortable with Mali' kind. The vast majority of the (many) characters I have played have been Elves, and I have luckily been criticized and well taught by the Elven community on what is appropriate to do within the race, many vocabulary words, basic Elven sentences, etc. I feel as though, I am safely able to say I am certainly able to provide new Elven players with some links, information, and tips I have about making their characters become a 'proper' elf!

Why do you want to become a Mentor and do you have the ability to work with others?:

I wish to become a mentor simply because I remember what the [Guide] group did for me. They helped me with every stupid question I had, every, single, day. I wish to be able to do the same, and nurse new generations of players in while I am still active on Lord of the Craft. I believe I work well with others, though I would assume some would disagree. I will admit, I have a small problem with censoring myself. I do not mean swearing, I simply mean satiric content on my statuses and sometimes sarcastic posts. I have forgotten in the past that I am a representative of the community (as an already MT member) and I have begun trying much, much harder than before to bring a bright smile and pure face to this community. Though I cannot erase my past, I can promise a new attitude from myself as a Staff, and person.

Do you recognize that you will be expected to work with many types of players and must keep unbiased, and friendly at all times?:

    Why of course!~

Will you be willing to take on extra responsibilities?:

More than willing, I'd be glad to. I love helping new people and teaching them the ways of the server.~

  5. - A response is heard from Tahu'nor-

You now speak directly to Ante'ame. I will be responding to this, the only way I know how, with hostility and resistance.

Salvian empire, while you say the meeting in which I assaulted 'poor old man Tahjeet', the man had assaulted me with a Phantasm with unknown intentions. I would prefer to have my mind kept entirely private from men such as Tahjeet. I assaulted him, due to his inability to listen to Mine, or Arzota's requests for him to cease. He proceeded to use Tyrell as a shield.

I refuse to debate with you the details of that event, as a kingdom such as yourself is one that will manipulate the media to make you look better.

We have accepted a deal from the far superior Mali'ame and Kingdom of Oren. You now try to take back every deal you had made against us.

Mari'essa, A 'Ker citizen had ran away during a conflict between our Representatives and armored men. She claimed, and assumed that these men who created such a conflict were soldiers of Salvus.

It is time for you to fall, David Campos. And I intend to be there when you do.

    -Ante'ame Mitharas.

Copies of a linen piece of paper are nailed around Salvian lands.

As a now unified, well functioning community, the once named Windshear Farms declares our separation from your corrupt Republic under the name of Tahu'nor. As a whole, our people have lost the ability to coincide peacefully. As your citizens and or city representatives may be wondering what has caused this sudden inability, we have various causes and reasons that made it so. Below, will be examples of why we are no longer to be ran under Salvus control.

As you have completely faltered with Democracy, at our last peaceful meeting you slit one of our Citizen's throat, and dangled our leader, Ante'ame from a bridge by her wrists. This shows that Salvus is entirely unable to be peaceful with mere farmers whom migrated to an uncultured area of Salvian Territory. You had claimed to be a peaceful Republic, but you are not.

You have forced us from our old home, that we had claimed before your Salvian 'Republic' began to arise. We came to you originally to make sure our Homesteads and Farms were safe from your blade, and were met by a sudden massive taxation of food. You had claimed to be a peaceful Republic, but you are not.

Here are our terms of separation from your state, whether the Salvian chancellor agrees to them or not.

We will no longer be taxed for food for the land that we now reside on.

You now maintain possession of the valley where our farms and homesteads were.

We will control the Eastern lip of the valley up until the now burnt bridge connecting our two communities.

We will not be attacking, nor raiding you for an indefinite amount of time.

We will not have contact, nor hold further negotiations with the Council of Salvus without an unbiased mediating party present to prevent conflict.

We expect you to treat our community with the decency of not moving an assault on our walls.

Your government has no control over Tahu'nor.

    Sincerest hopes for peace,

    - Ante'Ame and Silv'ar, Representatives of Tahu'nor.

  7. The Living Vine.

    QJp2PhP.png

    What is it?

The Living vine is a both positively affecting, and negatively affecting parasite to its host. The Living Vine grows high up in the trees of the deepest swamps, most commonly being found in the eldest of Weeping Willow trees. The vine is typically 2-3 feet long when it first begins growing on the tree. As a parasitic plant, it latches onto a branch of the tree tightly, obtaining nutrients that run through the bark. However, a secondary action occurs, where the vine maintains a mental connection between the tree and itself. Though of course, this serves no purpose as trees do not have much of a thought process.

However, the vine has been known to latch onto more nutrient rich beings, such as the basic fauna of the lands of Athera and even the main Races themselves. Now. As a tree is much larger, and a three foot vine leeching resources from it is not too big of a deal, a humanoid would most definitely feel the effects of the plant. Any person with the plant latched onto him or her would be extremely deprived of nutrients. This can cause them to feel ill at all times, become extremely thin and can cause overall weakness. However, with these downsides there are also upsides. The Living Vine is an extremely durable root, as to prevent removal from its own host. If the vine feels the emotion of fear wash over its own host, it will take any action it can to prevent its source of food to be eliminated. It has been known to create a solid, branch like club out of itself, then sprouting thorns from itself, or simply gather itself in one portion of its host's body to act as a sacrificial shield. However, once again, the vine can only grow to about three feet long and two inches wide at the maximum, so it will never be able to create a full bodied cocoon. The plant is NOT invincible, do not think that at all. It is about as durable as very thick Gidgee. ((Gidgee is the third thickest wood in the world, though is sometimes used as a substitute for ebony)).

    How to obtain it

As it is widely known as a parasite, nobody should strive to obtain the vine. However, the edgy ninjas hunters or assassins whom spend most of their time in the trees would easily come in contact with the vine. The process is quite painless, and wouldn't be too concerning at first, until about a day later. The vine slowly crawls along the surface of the subjects skin on their arms or legs, simply wrapping around the body part loosely. This would be the moment when it is easiest to remove the plant, as it hasn't fully latched on yet. However, roughly twelve hours later the plant would send odd, glowing green thorns deep into the Host's upper extremity to begin reading neural signals and obtaining nutrients.

    Removing the plant

The vine would have to be removed extremely painfully from the host, as the thorns it injects into the host are hooked at the end, and are very, very deep into the flesh (somewhat like a barbed arrow).  In order to kill or fully remove the vine, it must be torn from the flesh. Simply cutting it off would do more harm than good, as the parasite would use an overdose of resources to regrow its body.

    Red Lines:

    - The vine will never unlatch and move around independently like a snake.

    - The host cannot control what form the vine takes.

    - The host cannot control when the vine starts to become active, it only starts taking a form when the host feels extremely threatened.

    - You will not feel perfectly healthy at all times. Feeling absolutely dandy and normal while having the vine on you will make you drowsy, nauseous and weak.

    - The vine is NOT invincible. A sharp enough sword behind a strong enough arm can remove the vine.

    - The vine will stay on one extremity, and will not move between parts of the body to guard them.

    - The vine is not sharp, only the thorns it has are.

  8. 3D Addons, what they are and how to install 'em!

    What they are

    F5eX1o3.jpg

    yLx7BEK.jpg

These addons allow your game to now have 3D modeling to them due to them taking the advantage of minecraft's ability to use JSON modeling, without mods (aside from the obvious need for Optifine)!

The biggest of these changes are:

    - 3D Bookshelves!

    - Randomly generated rocks and stumps in certain biomes!

    - Archways made from connected stairs!

    - Torch Sconces!

    - Fences look new and improved!

    - All workbenches now have a 3D element to them!

    How to install them:

Simple as installing any old resourcepack! Make sure you are using the proper 3D Addon for the proper Resource pack, so everything doesn't look mismatched.

    Step 1: Go to %appdata%

Step 2: Go to .minecraft>resource packs.

Step 3: Drag and drop the 3D addon .zip or .rar from the downloads provided below! Make sure, for example you put the Conquest 3D addon with the Conquest 3D resource pack.

    Enjoy, happy roleplaying LotC!

Hmm, odd. I could get both of those to work(I am not in need of breasts in game because my character is too young to need them). I'm merely having troubles with seemingly half my feet sinking into the ground.

I had that problem. Make sure you're doing what

The mods you download also must be 1.8.0 exactly, and not 1.8.3, etc. Or they will not be compatible and they will break, and/or crash your computer.

    Race: Wood Elf

    Height: 5'9

    Weight: RUDE.

    ~Description~

The Mali'ame's eyes that are before you seem to carry curiosity and the hunger for adventure. Her face almost always carries an eager smile, and a mood of optimism and excitement is carried everywhere with her. Though her stature may be small, her ambitions are anything but. Ante'ame's fluid and soft Elven accent is found to be soothing to most, even if her confidence in her ability to communicate is lacking. Though not necessarily shy, she struggles with starting a conversation and actually staying in it. She wears an oddly tailored cloak with a black shirt and skirt beneath it, a layer of chainmail hidden between the two articles of clothing. During the season of the cold, she replaces the cloak with a fur lined robe.

    ~Inventory~

A walking stick is always carried with her, a small lining of gems in it. She has named it "Llir'ker", or "Friendly Night" (rough translation, I know).

Though the girl prefers not to get into fights and uses words before action, she does carry a finely crafted Elven blade. It is still not yet named.

    ~Description~

The girl before you is covered in dirt and mud. She seems to be a hunter, or at least, she seems to spend most of her time far, far from any major city. Her leg has a large dagger strapped to it, blood caking its surface. She is a very quiet person, however after a few drinks she turns into a loud mouthed, cocky woman with a kind spirit. Sophina seems to enjoy fighting, though only as a recreational sport, not for the purpose of killing another humanoid. She refuses to kill anything other than animals, unless provoked first. Unlike Ante, she always resorts to actions over words, as it is how she has learned to blend in perfectly with the fauna of Athera. Animals seem to be calm around her, due to the fact she had been raised by a hunter, whom had taught her how most animals communicate. Through basic body language and various noises, she has gained the ability to calm most animals and beasts. An odd, rope like vine wraps around her left arm, oddly enough it squirms every now and then. Though it serves no real purpose, the vine seems to be alive still.

    ~ Description ~

Oh, the small girl name Meliot. A joy she can be, a happy song to be found in her voice at all times. She speaks with the signature, blunt Irish accent of the Halflings, proudly showing it as well. Meliot is rather biased against biggun's, absolutely distrusting their typical acts of sudden violence. Though of course, being her cheery self she tries to be as accommodating as possible. She keeps her feet well cleaned, unlike some of the other Halflings in the realm. As a halfling, she finds all of her time enjoyable through drinking, farming and goofing off. Meliot also has a childish, mischievous side that comes out often. If she becomes bored by the normal slow life of Gimblewood, she harasses travelers along the road by throwing various articles of food at them.
