  1. Why not make Professions like magic. You need to be taught by a teacher (perhaps those who are currently Angelic or above) and actually learn about the profession RPly, and you have certain limits when you start. I gave this maybe 1 minute of thought, so if anyone has reasons why not, please comment.

Originally they were going to have professions be teachable by people, but they never got around to fully implementing it. It would be interested to see done though.

Id like to see it taught RPly, and you advance your level through RP teaching, not grinding compost bins

You can propose that idea in the server ideas section or something, but I doubt that'll ever come to fruition. Most people who grind progressions know enough about the skill to fully RP it and it would be really complex to see who is able to teach something and who wouldn't be. If it was based off of xp, then there's no way to ensure that the teacher knows what the heck he's doing and if it's based off of applications, then we'd have to set up people for each profession who can RP the thing really well and moderate the teachers, which would simply be an unneeded hassle. And if this was stacked on top of the current system, how would it be moderated? How much xp would each session be worth? It'd be a really big hassle imo.
