What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - I thoroughly respect the rule between IC and OOC chats. Definitions What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is the acting out a role or performance. This is a common factor within gameplay. What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is where a player uses outside information (OOC) to use to their and their friends' advantages within roleplay, which a character shouldn't know. What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is when a player bends a roleplay to their favour, for example, in brief in-game fights, a "powergamer" may try to kill another without giving them a chance to fight back. In-Character Information What’s your character called?: - Meredith Sagar What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human, Northerner What sex are they?: - Female How old are they?: - 20 years Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Meredith Sagar was born within the realm of Anthos, not too long before the Fringe was found. Her ancestors first originated from Al'Khazar, a city within Aegis, which most suffered the effects of the miasma, as a result, the Sagar's had to retreat across countless other realms until they finally settled in Anthos. During Meredith's childhood, which was much further into the future, her family grew up within the city of Abresi, under the watch of the Holy Oren Empire. Usually, she would spend her time staying away from other children as her parents intended to care about her knowledge length and understanding of swordsmanship before her well-being to "outsiders" as they would call them. Unfortunately, this brought out the worst in her during her years past, as her stubbornness would usually get her into trouble with other races, especially elves. Although, she doesn't particularly hate the Elven race, she's only grown a slight dislike due to her past "encounters." For now, Meredith wanders the lands of the Fringe, willing to find herself a industrial city to live within and gain a lifetime of wealth/happiness. What are they like (personality)?: - Meredith can come across stubborn and protective of her well-being until you get to know her. Despite this, her friends and family are the only groups she keeps to, not allowing herself to join large colonies or armies due to her past. This shows off the other side to Meredith as her headstrong personality for strangers and acquaintances cover the fact that she does care about others underneath. What are their ambitions?: - Having travelled across countless realms, Meredith's goal is find her life's fortune. Whether this is selling items within cities and settlements or later on, finding a place to call her own, Meredith wishes to find her riches. However, underneath her goal for money, she silently wishes to gain friends which in turn, will help her in tight situations in the future, including fights and/or arguments that have gone too far. Do they have any special skills?: - Meredith has required basic swordsman skills in the past, along with her ability to win a majority of discussions and arguments. What are their weaknesses?: - Arguments have occurred because of Meredith's stubbornness, sometimes getting her into trouble. On the other hand, Meredith continues to have a weakness to deaths within her friends and family, and suffers seriously to these losses. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Meredith stands tall at about 5''10, with long, dark hair, normally kept down by her body. Her eyes resemble a distant blue colour, the same as the bow on the back of her head. She dresses in noble clothing to signify her standing in society, a middle-class lady. This can be taken as a surprise as her looks do not represent her stubborn personality. Her fair, pale skin is there to show the fact that she is indeed, a human. Anything else you want to say about them?: - If Meredith intends to join a group against her own will or to participate in earning money, her stubbornness may disperse around her superiors as respecting them, will in turn, help her situation more. Hi! A few may remember me as "SuperMaxo1000", another account and previous role player within Lord of the Craft. I kinda stopped for a while, but I feel like getting back into it. :) I'm not using my old account because it's linked to my previous Minecraft account that got hacked a few months ago so, I made a new one!
