THE DISSOLUTION OF THE HOUSE OF HOREN.
12th of Owyn’s Flame, 1720
The House of Horen, a house associated with the absolute purity of human blood - traces their ancestry back to the original Horen, using it as leverage to put themselves above all others. Yet this distinction only exacerbates a growing divide between the commoners and those of a “Royal lineage”.
Now, every man and woman descends from Horen. Yet, those of Horen lineage push their claim and false purity upon others despite the House being spread thin across many lines and their blood being dirtied along the way.
The House of Horen is a false symbol of prestige, resulting in nothing more than power-grabbing, crude ambitions, and back-room plotting. No more I say, no more. The House meant to bind us together as one humanity has done nothing of the sort, and has instead instilled conquest, fear and war into our minds as if that is all we know. This is blatantly concluded from the War of the Two Emperors, the in-fighting of our House and its name used for nothing for than to justify an end.
Ad mortem Horen.
It is with this, I do decree with the backing of the distinguished lines of Horen to hereby disband the House of Horen. I make this decree as the Emperor and patriarch of the House of Horen, and with the support of many.
The House of Horen shall split in to its numerous lines, each notable line taking on a new house name.
I do furthermore decree that from these newly formed Houses, only Cascadia is of Imperial Royalty; as such, only those of the House of Cascadia shall be styled Imperial Prince or Imperial Princess, and all others shall take only titleage from their respective rule.

Johannes [Squire_Mark]
To further clarify on any non-named Horens, or branches:

Court of the Imperium Renatum
8th of the Sun’s smile, 1720
Scribed by Her Imperial Majesty, Adeline Margaret Horen
Held within the Rubrummagnus Palace of Helena, the Renatian Imperial Court is brought into session by His Imperial Majesty, Godfrey III Horen.
The Emperor calls the court into session, seating himself upon the throne.
Courtier Abbas Kharadeen, Caliph of the Kadarsi , present themselves before the court. He states that his people were attacked by a group of men of Druidic Origins. He seeks permission from the Emperor to confront the Druids of the Grove due to this, and he is granted such.
Courtier Aleksandr Renault would request for land within the Crownlands of the Imperium, in the absence of the Renault Patriarch, Lucian Renault. The Emperor grants his request due to the Renault Family’s faithful service to the Imperial Crown within the War.
Courtier Corwin Von Alstreim, Lord of Alstreim and Blackwater, comes forth towards the throne as bid by the Grand Knight, Ser Rodrik. He explains that, under the Grand Knight’s command, he presents himself afterwards of the skirmish to Reza in hopes of claiming his formal rank within The Order of The Red Dragon. The Emperor gestures for Ser Rodrik to proceed, and the Grand Knight leads in ensuring that Corwin takes his Oath as a knight. He is assigned the rank of Red Knight.
Court is interrupted by a scene of violence. A bolt is released from an unknown man, unto the figure of a Sarkozic. The Dragon Knights place themselves before the dais, shields raised in defence of the Imperial Crown. The chaos eventually settles as the men involved take their qualms outside. News is heard that the unknown man bested four by his lonesome.
His Imperial Majesty calls forth Edvard Ruric, King of Norland and Archchancellor of Renatus, to come before the throne. Edvard Ruric comes forth, the badge of the Archchancellor in his hands. He declares that he seeks to resign from his post as Archchancellor, as well as declaring his intent to dissolve Norland. He speaks over the price of War, and the loss of his friends. Whilst doing so, he hands to the Emperor the deeds of Dunharrow as well as the Archchancellor’s badge. The Emperor releases Edvard Ruric from his vows, whilst promising to build a statue in honour of Aeyn and Alvar for their deeds within the Empire.
Courtier Amoss the White presents himself before the court, asking to approach the Emperor with a pack of cards in his hand. His Majesty, Godfrey III, bids Lord Merentel to entertain the Jester Wizard. Lord Merentel picks a card from the given deck, before Amoss simply throws it at him. Amoss then bids another man to go inside a box, with the intent to saw him in half. His majesty continues the court as this proceeds.
Screaming is recognized within the halls. A man is sawed in half. The Man bleeds upon the stairs of the dais, and Ser Gregor Thorne is sent to chase Amoss as the Wizard flees. His Majesty bids a medic to take care of the sliced man before court proceeds.
Courtier Owyn Marna, Of Ravensbourg, presents himself before the court in order to publically declare fealty to Godfrey III. He states that he recognises the error of his family’s ways, as well as the mistakes of Oren, and seeks to remedy them through service to Godfrey. The Emperor commands that Owyn Marna must renounce his name, family and claims should he desire to return to the Empire of Renatus. Owyn Marna does so, renouncing his family and claims.
The Emperor departs to rest. The Crown Prince, Achilius Horen, resumes Court.
Courtier Caden, a mercenary, presented himself before the court. He requested his payment from the Empress for a duel he conducted in her name and received it.
Courtier Hadolph II Tundrak, Prince of the Tundrak lineage, presented himself before the court. He informed the Crown Prince that the Imperial Viceroy and his Embassy had been set up properly in Fenn, and offered a Fennic weapon to the Empire. He also said that the Fenn had let the Happy Frog Trading Company set up in Fennic lands.
Courtier Nicholas Keint was Knighted as a Knight of the Realm under the Order of Pertinax by Ser Antun Kastrovat.
Courtier Robert Arryn, an unknown ruler from a distant realm claiming to be a principality wished to vassalize under the Empire. When he was offered the title of Baron, he withdrew and left.
Courtier Mark Skynor was Knighted as a Knight of the Realm under the Order of Pertinax by Ser Antun Kastrovat.
Courtier Abbas Kharadeen, Caliph of the Kadarsi, returned with news from the Druids regarding the attack on his men. It was apparently done by a terrorist organisation wishing for the return of the September Prince that devastated much of Atlas. He raises concerns upon the housing of the terrorist organisation within allied lands, however the Crown Prince dismisses this with trust towards his ally’s decisions.
An unknown Courtier of O’Hara Origins steps forth, pleading for forgiveness and a lifting of the banishment of the O’hara family from Renatus. The Crown Prince decides that it is a matter for private audience in future. Their banishment is not lifted.
Courtier Thomas Aldis Baden, son of the late Frederick Baden, approaches the throne to ask for land. The Crown Prince requests that the Patriarch of the House, Seth Baden, do so, and promises to assist in the arranging of letters patent in future.
Courtier Pheobe approaches the throne, declaring that one Anthony Costello Junior has committed theft and assault within Lyla’s Tavern in the range of 3200 mina damages. By order of the Crown Prince he is to be called to trial for the accusations, and punished if found guilty.
Courtier Rodrik Kortrevich, Grand Knight of the Imperium, approaches the throne, with the news that his sister had been assassinated by the Baruchs of Haense. It is declared that at the end of the war, the members of their House shall be brought to trial and the assassin beheaded for their crimes of kinslaying and treason, and that the House of Kortrevich shall take the lands and titles of House Baruch at the earliest time. These are confirmed to be the County of Ayr, the Baronies of Laval, Gant, Voron, and Riveryn, and the Baronetcies of Jorenstadt and Saint’s Rest.
Courtier William Jrent is called to approach the throne. He is granted legitimacy in the name of and with the approval of Godfrey III, John Alexander, and Charles Elliot, thereafter to be known as William of the House of Horen. He is further given the title Lord of Jrent as reward for his able service.
Cortier Illythia Arator-Elverhilin is called to approach the throne. She is charged with the apprehension of Anthony Costello Junior, to be put under military tribunal and punished accordingly.
Courtier Rozmeo Kastrovat approaches the throne, with the request to be made a Dragon Knight. Ser Rodrik asks his age, and the length of his tenure; Ser Rozmeo answers that he is nine-and fifty, and has served since he was but fifteen. Ser Rozmeo ‘the Steadfast’ Kastrovat is raised to the rank of Dragon Knight.
The court is thereby concluded and the men of the Imperium Renatum return to war-preparations.

THE REJOICE OF DRAGONS
Scribed by Her Imperial Highness, Maria of the House of Horen, 12th of Owyn’s Flame, 1720
Many have toiled in the great conflict that has plagued the continent for years; soldiers of all races have been butchered and left to rot within the bounds of bloodied battlefields. Such inadequate ends to lives, grisly in their execution, needn’t occur any longer; war can end. The instigators of bloodshed have been the Haeseni, who fabricated lies and propaganda that spurred so many into war.
Let good relations arise between the Men of the Imperium and the Elves of the east.
Section I: Non-Aggression
- The two signatories do hereby agree to adhere to the strict terms of a non-aggression pact. Leadership, soldiers, or civilians of any signatory nation shall not purposefully harm the other.
- If any crimes are committed, then a trial shall commence with both signatories present at such an occasion. By doing so, the occurrence will be deliberated in order for a fair judgement to be passed.
Section II: Embassy
- There shall be an embassy established in the Fennic & Imperial capitals.
- The Emperor, Empress and named Renatian representative will have full access and diplomatic immunity within the confines of the relevant embassy.
- The Grand Prince, Grand Princess, and named Fennic representative will have full access and diplomatic immunity within the confines of the relevant embassy.
- The Embassy shall not be used as an agent for martial practices nor shall it resemble a fortification.
Section III: Ambassadors
- The Renatian Ambassador shall be: His Imperial Excellency, Julius of the House of Staunton, Imperial Viceroy of the Imperial Crown of Exalted Godfrey and the Imperium Renatum, Prince of Courland.
- The Fennic Ambassador shall be: Lady Chrom’ilvya of the Atmorice Bloodline, High Emissary of The Princedom of Fenn

SpoilerSpoilerSpoilerA Response to the Cowardice of the Haense Administration
“They beat Haense so hard they left their own rebellion” -Cullas of Arcas
Truly the innate cowardice of the Barbanov rears its head once more. For all their bravado, they bend as grass in the wind when placed under duress. They, in their cowardice, in their delusion believe we would turn a blind eye to the vast list of Haensian crimes in this war. The foul betrayal of oaths, the hubristic attempt to conquer the rightful heir of Horen who reigns from Helena. You must be truly delusional if you think you should be let off so lightly? For we do not forget, nor shall we forgive. Fear not, regent - for I shall remind you and your kin.
- The Nenzing Proclamation was signed in Nenzing, a vassal of Haense. Allowed and permitted by Haense, with not a single member of the council nor the King protesting to such.
- You allowed a false coronation of a new, false Emperor to happen within your walls and corrupted the church to delve into being a political entity once more.
- The Kingdom of Haense rebelled from the Empire and the rule of Horen. Not only by allowing such a Proclamation to even form on their own lands, but to officially declare rebellion in the proclamation and draw arms against Horen.
- The illegitimate trial of my cousin, Martinus Horen. Furthermore, your legal system is so utterly pathetic and devoid of real justice when convicted (wrongly) he was utterly spared and allowed to return to the commission of his ‘crimes’.
- The march upon Helena was launched from the county of Leuven, which is land beneath Haense’s jurisdiction.
- The execution of our Privy Seal, Frederick Baden within the palace of Reza.
- Not only did you promise your service to the pretender after rebelling, but you sided with the Princedom of Fenn - whomst was in an ongoing war with the Imperium.
- Not only did you join a different Empire after rebelling, but you sided with the Reivers who have always been declared an eternal enemy of our Empire.
- The housing of the pretender Joey in your walls, in your palace and in your homes.
- You captured Edvard II, King of Norland and vassal of the Imperium Renatum and held them inside the Carnatia fort.
Yet with all this, you are still fools. Still, you claim ‘independence’ from our august dominion. For ours is the dominion of man. And your independence is an affront to our mercy. As you are, you remain a rebel. And shall suffer as such.
To the sons and daughters of Haense. Your ‘Emperor’ has failed you. His forces so incapable that even the deepest depths of the Rezan palace was not beyond the reach of Godfrey’s righteous agents. You administration, craven and incapable. Your king slain in his own city. And immediately your litigious administrators, spineless and void of any honour. They take up their pens, soft hands incapable of bearing swords. And attempt to lawyer their way out of this righteous conflict. In our magnanimity, we shall offer you the following. Your lives, as they are. Granted to you in exchange for the following terms.
- The lands of Hanseti-Ruska, and all their subsidiary protectorates, vassals and legal affiliates shall be surrendered unto the august dominion of Godfrey III Emperor of Renatus
- All claims of the seditious house of Barbanov shall be rescinded forevermore, in addition, all cadet branches of Barbanov shall surrender any claim to Barbanovic holdings all of which shall be rendered unto John Alexander and his agents
- The ‘Kingdom’ of ‘Hanseti-Ruska’ shall be dissolved. The illegitimate claims of the Raev to the Hansetian legacy shall no longer stand. Each title shall stand as an independent kingdom
- The crown of Hanseti shall be rendered unto John Alexander. The Rightful king of Hanseti now and forevermore shall he and his issue hold this title.
- The entirety of the Barbanovic main bloodline shall be served to the Imperial Court of Renatus that they may be trialled and judged for their seditious actions.
Woe to ye who wakes the Dragon. Woe to ye who seeks its throne.
Haense shall fall.

Good Morning
So while i was not involved in the moderation of the events mentioned as i was offline, but i will comment on the matter of copy and paste emotes.
So with copy and paste emotes while allowed, it should be noted that repeat use of the same emotes over and over is poor roleplay.
There is no issue about pretyping emotes and using them once or twice while halting people, i understand fully how difficult halts can be otherwise. In this case from the information given to me, this user has used the same halt emote several times.
so to conclude, yes copy and paste emotes are allowed as long as they aren't used over and over, and are good emotes. I will though make a suggested rule edit regarding copy and paste emotes being allowed and terms around this.Pun
can I ask why Wolfdwg, Darksalvo and stigwig then received a Villany blacklist for not modreqing for a raid? They did not emote violence, or take part in the villany as a group of 4+. The city was on not on a raid cooldown when they rode up to the gates. You can see them riding away etc instead of participating in the roleplay w/ ministaf
