Atlas actually looked pretty good in all honesty (even the freebuild areas).

It really didn't, it had some ******* dreadful builds even jammed between nation regions and so on. Like yeah there were some nice builds, but the majority were either half-finished or like "my first Minecraft house" builds.

  2. When Lulu heard about Brynaelda's departure, she smiled. In time she remembered the kind lass who sat down with her and advised her about the difficulties she might encounter as Clan Mother, things Bryn had to overcome herself. Looking to her wrist, the sapphire-hued beaded bracelet glimmered in the light of nearby lanterns, a symbol of friendship from one Bekarumm to another. Slipping it over her hand, Lulu held it tightly in a fist, then brought it up to her breast, "Gud luck Bryn.. go be happy," she chuckled.

  3. Seems like a heavy-handed solution to players min-maxxing.

Edit: After some reflection, I realise that I don't really care either way. It seems a strange place to start combatting min-maxxing on the server, unless I'm very fortunate to have not been faced with Voistalker screechers throwing fireballs and alchemy. That said, unless you're going to mechanically change how quickly a Voidal user can learn alchemy, it seems a bit redundant to require them to roleplay an innate difficulty. How many people really roleplay any difficulty picking up Alchemy as is?

  5. Niv cleared away the plates and cups of a recent dinner at her home, and moved the table and chairs back into place. Releasing a sigh, she remembered sitting at a table in the Talus Grove's tavern, pouring tea for Awaiti and Marie. Her eyes gleamed and the corner of her mouth tugged into a small smile, before stepping down into the kitchen to put a kettle over the fire, and prepared two mugs. Just in case.

  6. Lulubelle doesn't even see the missive, as she works dutifully in the forge. With hammer and anvil, she shapes the heart of stars and the iron of the earth into works of great beauty, weapons of battle and tools for the everyday work of her kinsfolk. An honest and hard-working craft practised for millennia by her ancestors, and a damn sight more important than the crumbling scripture and dead God of Umros.

Here's why this is untrue. Because we have evidence otherwise. Here's someone fairly new (less than a year old account) who posted something that blatantly broke techlock in the same way that muskets do. He was told no, there was a little memery, but overall, people were polite, explained the issues, and wished him luck

    1. This doesn't use the correct format for a lore submission, so that should ideally be addressed.

    2. Blackpowder must be created by an alchemist. How does this lore propose to work in conjunction with that bottleneck, considering alchemists can only make 3 things a day, even at their highest tier?

    3. Although the 'consent clause' is considerate of other players on paper, I find two major issues with it. One, it leads to a big de-synchronisation of technology across the server, where you will have groups who have access to firearms and those who do not; which I theorise will lead to just jarring situations. Two, I suspect there will be a degree of minor, albeit present, bullying of players who refuse to indulge the gunpowder fantasies of this vocal minority who support firearms.
