How does one reverse a perma-kill?

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when one takes up another (Usually a fantasy) character's attitudes, beliefs, and behaviour in order to participate in a collaborative story.
What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when a player uses external information that should not be available to the character he/she is role-playing, in order to gain an unfair advantage over others.
What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when a player interacts with others by forcing them to role-play or making decisions for them while roleplaying, thus not allowing the other players the freedom to role-play as they wish to.

Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):
Faye was born in the state of Laureh'lin, brought up by only her father. Her mother's identity is unknown to her to this day, as her father would refuse to speak out about the topic whenever she brought it up; She hopes to find her mother one day. Her father and her were apart of the wood elves who were unfairly treated by the High Elves in power of the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or, confined to a small hut that they had to share with other elves. When the battle of Leyulin occurred, her father, along with the other wood elves, fled to the city of Cerulin for safety. He met his demise when he was falsely accused of mugging a High Elven when he was visiting the city of Haelun'or with other wood elves to buy supplies, and executed by the state of Haelun'or. The other wood elves returned to Cerulin, and delivered the news of his death to the wood elves, including Faye, who was devastated.
Faye was then brought up by an older Wood Elf, Mae. Mae was a widow, her husband having died in the Oren-Haelun'or war, when he went to fight amongst the Oren ranks. Mae and Faye continued to live in Cerulin, even after the Province of Laureh'lin had been established, and many wood elves had returned to their old home. Faye was brought up and taken care of by Mae, living with her until Mae died at the age of 1167, due to old age. After Mae's death, Faye decided that it was finally time to head to the Province of Laureh'lin, and begin a new chapter of her life. She hopes that this one will be empty of bloodshed and loss, and that she will be able to find peace at last.
