THE PRINCESS’ JUBILEE The 25th Anniversary of the Reign of Princess Valyris. Published: 13th of the Amber Cold, Year 119 of SA Upon this triumphant day, the populace of the great nation that is Celia’nor celebrates the anniversary of Princess Valyris’ twenty-five years of reign. Following in Ivarielle’s eminent footsteps, Valyris has overseen the intense development and cementation of Celianorian culture and tradition, as well as the continued implementation of Ivarielle’s Maehr’sae Ilkun’ehya. It is under Princess Valyris that Celia’nor became diplomatically established and known throughout the realm, overseeing alliances amongst other nations such as Haense, and navigating through politics which ensured Celia’nor in amassing our own influence, status and power - establishing our seat at the great table. Therefore, it is only appropriate that our esteemed leader, Princess Valyris I the Butterfly, enjoys a day dedicated to celebrating her substantial achievements - a showcase of gratitude from the people of Celia’nor. All are invited to the Elaneh’celia Palace for this event. Princess Valyris I, circa 118 S.A. I T I N E R A R Y COURTLY BEGINNINGS After a long break from Court proceedings, Princess Valyris shall be once again hosting a gathering of Court to announce and celebrate the upcoming developments within the nation. There shall be a feast as such pronouncements are made - with various items of food served to those who attend. [[OOC: 3PM EST]] DEMONSTRATION OF THE WHITE GRYPHON Grandmaster Lord Thalon Nullivari has reformed and refined the Order of the White Gryphon, their purpose to selflessly serve the populace of Celia’nor with honour and chivalry, acting as their watchmen and protectors. The Order of the White Gryphon shall renew their oaths and announce new squires in service to the Princess. Also, they shall present themselves in their new armors to the public and go about introducing themselves to all those present. Furthermore, all noble houses shall be able to put forth sponsored knights at this event, a symbol of a renewed pledge of service to the Celian Nation. THE MILITARY PARADE The Celiadiraar are the backbone of the nation - central to the preservation and safety of our populace. Continuing the efforts of her predecessors, Princess Valyris has overseen the evolution and expansion of the diraar, their uniform now a prominent feature of the nation. Mordu’lar Senna Cerusil shall therefore organise a parade of the Celiadiraar upon this day - a display of their valour and gallantry. A SHOWCASE OF MAGICAL APTITUDE The Principality of Celia’nor is perhaps most defined by our aptitude for the arcane and the great value we place upon such. Implementing, emphasising and maintaining this fact within our culture has been a significant task for Princess Valyris - though she has surmounted such with ease. Therefore, the mages of Celia’nor are invited and encouraged to perform their talents at the Jubilee, as a gesture of appreciation for the Princess’ dutiful efforts in housing the arcane within the walls of Celia’nor. REVERED REFRESHMENT The Court Sommelier, Auro’ra Castington, has once again prepared specialty beverages for the occasion. Refer to the menu below for the drinks which have been created with special reference to Princess Valyris, and shall be available throughout the evening. Galactic Travesty - Consisting of an array of blue and purple hues, the drink is flavoured with the pleasant taste of blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. Stargazers Dream - Despite the liquid being a peculiar concoction with wisps of indigo and seafoam green, the beverage offers the sweet taste of starfruit while being adorned with an almost glittery luminosity. A Monarch’s Wings - A ginger hued substance with the nectar of an orange, displayed within a glass resembling a butterfly. The drink itself sits perfectly between the scale of saccharine and sour. THE CELIAN COURT Published: 11th of Sun's Smile, 112 SA At the upper echelons of elven society, those that had proved their worth and diligence for bettering their people had gathered together to intermingle and improve upon the foundations of their potential. The accomplishments of the individual were overshadowed by what could become from coordination and reaching an accord over how the society they had built should operate. The foundations of which are built to last for centuries and continue to grow into what the true pinnacle of society for elves should be. “I breathed in the night and felt the stars rise in perfect light to fill my soul.” THE FOUNDING OF CELIAN COURT The Celian Court was founded in the year of 1868 with the Principality of Celia’nor as the example of what the people of the land of stars should strive to become and achieve. The court is responsible for the upkeep of society and social standards for the royarch of Celia’nor. Members of the court and its interior council tend to the palace and those that frequent it., striving for excellence not only in custodial work but for the betterment of society as a whole. Knowledge, poise, and amelioration of society are at the core of the values for the court. HISTORY PRINCESS IVARIELLE I THE GREAT The start of Ivarielle’s reign was a tale of tragedy and perseverance, from the tragic trail to the west to where we are now. The reign of Ivarielle was an uncompromising and decisive one, words that were foreign to the older High Elf as they were obsessed with their debate to stall any attempts of making progress. To her right was the military, the backbone for any action taken in external matters, while to her left were the mages and arcanic people who brought progress to her reign. Ivarielle’s reign marked the beginning of development beyond the mindset of the stagnation that had befallen to our kin of Haelun’or. She ensured that we did not fall into the same cycles as our people had been plagued with. She began the ultimate reforms of high elven societies and the creation of nobility structures to reward various Taloniian that had strived for greatness beyond the average family. She created a court system that was rewarded on skill and merit, ideals of becoming better and working together to do just that. These stepping stones had paved the way for something more to be done and created by the work of the people. It was during her reign that she brought close ties between the Mali’fenn, Mali’ame, and Mali’ker under an alliance known as Malinor which brought victory and many battles won during the Malinor War against the Iron Horde, cementing the elven populace's strength and dominance in the west of Almaris. PRINCE ILLARION I THE SOLIDIFIER Illarion's reign came right after the sudden disappearance of his sister Ivarielle. It was a miracle that the realm has managed to stay intact upon such an abrupt change in leadership. There was a strong emphasis on stability and cementing the Celian’orian and Malinorian dominance in the west with the help of the High Prince. Through strong cooperation with his people, he was able to expand the Celia’norian government size and brought more importances to the nobility classes. His style of leadership was one of delegation where he entrusted his work to talented individuals who were able to make his vision true. It was through these methods that he was able to unify various realms under Celia’nor and establish the land of stars as a home for many and bring life to the areas that were the wildlands of the West. For the Adunian people, he entrusted Catref Mor refugees to populate the north. He gave the Sil’Malin, the first iteration of the Celia’norian Knights, to bring life to the empty land of the north-west. He then brought Elysium under Celia’nor through diplomatic means to bring them from destruction. He furthered the ability for the high elven people to grow through creation of Paradine and Starpool from houses Akaln’riv and Aevaris, with future settlement that brought together industry into Celia’nor. Illarion had taken what Ivarielle had made and turned it into something beyond what was first thought possible. He worked heavily with the aristocracy to give them a voice and express what they wanted to see blossom. During his reign he was an expert at internal and external strategy to allow those proven capable to assist with his hopes for the courts and Celia’nor. He made the foundations into something that was capable of lasting long after he had gone. PRINCESS VALYRIS I THE BUTTERFLY Following Illarion’s sickness, Valyris intended to honour both her predecessors while continuing the successful and intense rate of progress Celia’nor had already undergone. It is under Valyris where this success began to develop into something more - and where the people within the walls of Fi’andria and the lands of Celia’nor began to thrive. While the Malinor alliance between the elven nations was a great feat, it placed restrictions on the growth of Celia'nor as an individual nation, thus Princess Valyris saw our removal from such an agreement and drove focus on the development of our culture and the values of Ivarielle’s Maehr’sae Ilkun’ehya. Despite this, Valyris diplomatically established Celia’nor amongst other nations, such as Haense and Sedan, and navigated through global politics, ensuring we amassed our own influence and status. Valyris also placed a greater emphasis on the nobility and court within Celia’nor to obtain and maintain an active role within society, cementing the culture and traditions of our lands within the Celian people. VALUES OF COURT The Celian Courts serve a purpose of ensuring high distinction among the Celia’nor populace. A shimmering emblem of what all should attempt to attain. Those who are within the court are to act not only as the paradigm of Celian society, but also to enforce these social standards amongst those within. Courtiers are to work together to maintain social standards of Celia’nor and adhere to those values which they set out. The core values of the court can be summarised within 3 words: knowledge, poise, and amelioration. Knowledge is a key detail of the court systems, as without knowledge, one cannot properly make decisions regarding the betterment of society. Knowledge provides insight into the inner workings of societal betterment, and thus, are necessary values to hold. The secondary value is poise, a simple, yet effective part of the court’s beliefs. Poise ensures elegance in all aspects of life- a balanced fair mind is imperative for the courts to operate as they must. Finally, the tertiary value is amelioration: to better the society in which we live and provide a route for growth. The Principality of Celia’nor is one which has gone over many changes, grand or minute. It is the court’s responsibility to ensure that the societal places all seek out to ameliorate the social values of Celian society. CIRCLE OF STARS The Circle of Stars, or otherwise known as the governing council over the Celian Court, are responsible for the management and stewarding of the Royarch’s palace and grounds. They serve to provide continued and maintained advancement within Celianorian society, specifically with regards to culture, nobility, activities and the arts. They support the Arch-Princess by providing her with the ability to govern Her realm without worry of things going awry within the walls encompassing their seat of power. Each position fulfils a certain role as befitting their area of expertise and skill. The Silver Seneschal of Fi’Andria, marked by a wrought-silver star pendant worn at their chest or lapel, is the head of the interior council. SILVER SENESCHAL OF FI’ANDRIA Saphielle Aevaris | 1872 S.A. - Present The Silver Seneschal of Fi’andria, the head of the Circle of Stars, acts as the premier head of the Arch-Princess’ court and its day-to-day conduct. Tasks she must perform include aiding in the hosting court petitioning sessions, planning court events and activities, and overseeing any further construction done to the palace residence at the behest of the royarch. The Silver Seneschal also acts as proxy at all official state functions and events, in the absence of the Arch-Princess or unless otherwise dictated by the Crown. They’re also tasked with conducting more menial tasks, like hiring courtiers to keep the royarch company and fill the halls of the palace with further life. The holder of this office bears a silver-star pendant upon their attire, signifying their significance within Fi’andria. LADY OF THE INTERIOR Linnea Pyl’rie | 1908 - Present The Lady of the Interior is considered the steady right-hand of the Silver Seneschal, serving first and foremost as their advisor on all matters regarding Fi’andria and its day-to-day business. On a more individual level, the Lady of the Interior is the official hostess of the Arch-Princess’ court, who entertains both nobles of the land and foreign dignitaries on a more regular basis. It is their duty to ensure that the face and reputation of the Celian Court is always maintained to the highest standard. The Lady of the Interior is also tasked with nurturing good relations between the court, the nobility, and the people on behalf of the Arch-Princess and her councillors. LADY OF FESTIVITIES Ro’ya Nullivari | 1906 - Present The Lady of Festivities is in charge of all events headed by court and nation. They manage the flow of denizen activity, citizen engagement, and encourage tourism within the city. Along with the citizen engagement, they coordinate the growth and continuation of culture within the land of stars. The duty of this position lies in the creation of celebrations and traditions for the Principality. They work with the Arch-Princess to coordinate royal functions, plays, magic shows, and more on the Laurir’heial. The Lady of Festivities is tasked with the moral and functions of the people, ensuring there are revelries to be hosted and they are kept in good spirits. LADY OF THE ARTS Irelia Py’lrie | 1884 - Present The Lady of the Arts facilitates the arts and creative matters amongst the court, conversing most often internally with the courtiers who relate the most to their duties which require artistic talents and then to the public to relay the information brought about by the courtiers. It is their duty to set the standards amongst the arts for the latest trends be it through fashion, paintings, jewellery, craftsmanship, or similar. They ensure that the royal family and nobility are held to the highest of standards and do not falter when it comes to the artistic eye of the courts being made known. OFFICE OF THE SILVER SENESCHAL COURT CRYPTIC The Court Cryptic has been tasked by the Circle of Stars and the royarch themselves with gathering information on the nobility and the ongoings of the court. Whether it be nobility that has been misbehaving or courtiers that bring about secrets from the courts, they report directly to the Lady of Festivities or the Princess herself. Their identity remains anonymous for their safety. The current Court Cryptic is not publicly known. COURT MESSENGER They often deliver coded messages and letters from the royarch to the intended recipient. They act as the personal courier to those within the courts that do not trust the bird system of Almaris to send their letters to the correct individual. The current Court Messenger is not publicly known. COURTIERS OF FI’ANDRIA The role of Courtier within Fi’andria is one given by appointment, granted either by the Arch-Princess or a member of the Circle of Stars. Expected to attend palace events and keep the royarch’s company both on official and unofficial business, a Courtier is the beginning step for any who wish to rise within both Fi’andria and greater-Celia’nor. These individuals are also commonly asked to aid the Circle of Stars in palace-related activities, including events and miscellaneous busywork. STAFF OF ELANEH’CELIA PALACE The Palace Staff occupy a role just as significant as all else, as it is they who skillfully work the more mundane yet important duties, allowing the council and courtiers the time and space necessary in completing their own tasks. A RESPONSE FROM ELD ROTH 6th of the Grand Harvest, 111 of the SA Seated within the library of the great manor which resides upon the lands of Eld Roth, Lady Ro’ya Nullivari beheld the Avir missive addressed to herself within her palm. Her sharp, viridescent gaze drifted across the writing that were situated upon the page. It was here she called forth her husband and eldest son, informing them of the contents of the message. With a singular nod to the two men, their agreement reached, Ro’ya dipped her own quill in sable ink and began to pen her response.

“Never forget, Never Forgive.” Published: 10th of Malin's Welcome, Year 110 of the Second Age Banner Created by : @Amyy_ ~ The Nullivari, a family distinguished and birthed from drive, fortitude, and the inherent willpower to survive. From humble beginnings, did Malithor Nullivari, the first of the bloodline, come to create a noble and powerful family which cherishes its values and kinsmen over all. His struggle was that of a lone man, seeking to push his name forward into the great records of elven history. It was his desire to gild the surname into the minds of all elven-kind, even by force if necessary. ⚔︎ What began as a vision, came into fruition in the Silver City of Haelun’or. This is where Malithor Nullivari made a name for himself within the military, rising to the rank of a commander where he then left for a career in politics. His ability to bend the minds of those around him, allowed him to acquire a place within the Silver Council. His cunning nature, set a standard that all Nullivari strive for. A confidence which could be mistaken as arrogance. The family which he envisioned also began to grow alongside his own prowess. Malithor commanded the respect of his peers and obtained the admiration of his countrymen during his time in a leadership position. Alongside the great Sohaer Othelu Orrar, did he and his brother Thalon Nullivari push Haelun’or into a golden era of military glory and legislative revolution. ⚔︎ After the death of the great Othelu, did the Nullivari move on from Haelun’or prior to the collapse of its government. Another member of the Nullivari Talonii, Thalon Nullivari found friendship in Ivarielle Ibarellan as she sought to establish her own dominion within the continent of Almaris. He acted as a guide and confidant, as well as a source of knowledge for the Princess to be. This is where the noble status of Virar was granted to Thalon and his wife the Lady Ro’ya Nullivari. As such, the pair have inherited a vast plot of lands thus named Eld Roth where they established the Nullivari Keep and since then, the entirety of the family dwells there with their servants and those who work the lands and vineyards surrounding the castle. ⚔︎ The Nullivari hold many public roles within the Celian society, others hold more [Redacted] positions, which is the primary focus of the family at the moment. The Nullivari are among the first lords of Celia’nor and are viewed as regal and postured, friends to those deserving, and fiercely loyal agents of the Celian Crown. The trust that the Celia’norian monarchs of the Ibarellan hold in the family is unparalleled, and on visible display in public gatherings. As such, the Nullivari continue to serve Celia’nor devoutly and govern the dominion of Eld Roth to this day. Current Celia’nor Governmental Involvements Directory Thalon Nullivari : Grandmaster of the Order of the Gryphon [Redacted] Ro’ya Nullivari : Lady of Festivities & Court Painter of Celia’nor Kassian Nullivari : [Redacted for National Security Purposes] Kallias Nullivari : [Redacted for National Security Purposes] Éowyn Nullivari-Ibarellan : Laurir of Celia’nor Zoddryk Nullivari : Master of the Forge Valindra Nullivari : Court Mage of Celia’nor [!] A meeting between the Nullivari in Eld Roth, discussing matters of State. A Nullivari is often regal and poised in all they do. There is a certain eloquence in which they carry themselves that denotes a sense of pride in the very surname which they bear. There is a greed and hunger for power which often causes them to delve into more nefarious dealings such as espionage, black-market trade, politics, and more taboo practices that often come masked by the coy smile and titles wielded by a silver-tongued Nullivari. Many, due to their upbringing, see themselves in a ‘better than thou’ attitude. This stems from their struggle to get what they have earned based on their individual merit and qualities, rather than reaping the benefits sowed by another from their bloodline, for inheritance is a luxury not provided to youthful Nullivari. It is expected of each household member to carve their own way through life, not being born nor forced into anything that they do not wish to participate in. Thus, they take pride in their vocations and strive to attain the highest possible standards for their trades or professions. It is not uncommon for a Nullivari to begin or end their interactions and dealings with someone by repeating their house motto “Never Forget, Never Forgive.” out of pride or to instill their words into an absolute. While prideful, the Nullivari are often calm, collected, and meticulous, with inquisitive, eloquent, and thoughtful natures. [!] An image of the lands of Eld Roth. Circa [Unknown] Eld Roth is the name for the dominion and lands of the Nullivari situated just outside of the city of Fi’andria. The name Eld Roth holds traditional value to the Nullivari due to… [Redacted]. The landscape itself is a flourishing haven and is surrounded by vineyards with several keeps, manors, wineries, stables, cottages, and craftsmen houses littering the countryside and forest in which the main castle itself is nestled in. It is a bustling sanctum of work and lavish living which suits the lifestyle of a Nullivari, entertaining their inquisitive and hard-working natures. The styles of the Nullivari buildings are a juxtaposition to the traditional Fi’andrian architecture and claims a more dark and ominous feeling to the dreary forests of Eld Roth. The Coming of Age Tradition most often occurs at the age of 40 years old - though this sometimes depends on the perceived maturity of each child on a more individual basis. This age is chosen due to the nature of the youth in question still being seen as a child in the eyes of society and the belief that although they themselves are old in the eyes of many of the other descendant races, they still have much to learn in the perspective of the elder-elves of the family. Upon this special occasion, each Nullivari child receives a weapon, such as a sword or dagger, created specifically for them as a gift. This weapon is designed by the heads of the talonii to duly represent the individual’s personal characteristics. Furthermore, they will also be granted an estate separate to the family home in order to begin expanding their own lines. The size and grandness of such an estate is determined by both their position within the talonii itself, and their participation in family affairs. The child in question will then choose from select markings to obtain within a small, family-only ceremony. These markings are as follows: Honourable (Tiichiul) Death of Adolescence (Nelithral) Devotion (Nokglaur) Upon the date of their 50th year within the realm, each member born of Nullivari blood will be given the option to take upon themselves the responsibility of what it is to be Fi’andrian nobility. With this age, comes adulthood which brings forth a newfound set of responsibilities and experiences available within the family structure. This bestowment of nobility challenges each youthful Nullivari to carve out their own place in the world and push themselves to be a representation of the familial ideals that have been ingrained in them during their adolescence. They are now able to freely voice their opinions at family meetings, challenge the directions of where the family should endeavor, and choose for themselves a venture that will lead them forth to their aspirations and eventual goals for their own households. This bestowment of the Nullivari right of nobility grants each member a coin, inscribed upon it with the sigil of the Nullivari household. That insignia being an ashen skull, pierced by a blade with a serpent curling about the sword. This coin is carried by all adult members of the family in order to prove themselves to be of the talonii if their status is ever challenged. [!] The bestowment of the Nullivari circlet upon Kallias Nullivari during his 50th year. Following their Coming of Age ceremony, a Nullivari is deemed an appropriate age to begin courtship. However, any potential candidate must be brought forth to the heads of household and senior family members, for their approval. A high elf partner is encouraged, in order to maintain status within the talonii. If this approval is not obtained, courtship with this individual cannot go ahead. If it is discovered that a decision such as this has been overridden, and the relationship continued, any matrimony will be considered void in the eyes of the talonii and participation in future family affairs will be tremendously restricted. Provided the talonii has given their official approval on a potential match, such taking place in a family meeting, one is free to wed this individual. A matrimonial ceremony must occur before a fire. [!] Thalon and Ro’ya Nullivari in their youth. With elves producing children rather infrequently, the birth of an elven child is already a particularly revered event. However, for the Nullivari, who value their talonii above all else, the birth of a new member is thus a vastly joyous and blessed occasion. Therefore, the Nullivari celebrate frequently as a family during the long months of a pregnancy. Once labor is announced, flames are burned in and around each Nullivari home whilst awaiting the birth of the child. A fire is also lit within the room of birth itself, a symbol of sanctity, fortune and warmth. During adolescence, there is an instillation of values within all children of the Nullivari. Cunning, resourcefulness, charity, and family are all cornerstones encouraged by the adult members of the family when raising the newest generations. Frequently, there is competition between generations as they possess a drive to sit at the high table of the family’s discussions. Yet, in their early youth that competition could manifest into a variety of different activities, studies, games, and even something as simple as how their room is designed. However, selflessness, good deeds, and support is also valued in order to further cultivate a well-rounded child. [!] Lady Ro’ya Nullivari telling a story to her three young children. Death, a solemn occasion within the Nullivari family. Be it natural passing or unnatural, when the soul of a Nullivari is ripped from the realm, it is offered one final goodbye. The body of the deceased is placed in a golden sarcophagus and given its last rites. From this point, it is cast into a massive flame, where the body is then melted down within the casket and the bones are incinerated into ash. Following this, every member of the family will remain until the casket melts in on itself and becomes nothing but a puddle of the metal from which it was casted from. That metal is then carefully collected and kept in its liquid form where it is then gilded upon a statue of the deceased and placed within the catacombs below the main castle of the Nullivari Estate to be forever remembered and revered. After the statue is painted with the gold from the casket, it is blessed and a flame is lit beneath it, never to be expunged nor dispelled and thus, the fallen Nullivari is properly laid to rest. [!] Thalon and Ro’ya Nullivari with their two sons, mourning the passing of a distant relative. Power, Wealth, Family, Honor, and Loyalty. All cornerstones of the Nullivari values. Each different but linked to the other. It is in these values that each member of the family finds their own sense of morality. At their core, each Nullivari is individualistic, yet linked by a commonality of cause stemming from these beliefs and morals that they develop along their journey in life. For it is with pride and purpose that the family pushes itself to its limits and seeks to constantly better itself through an adaptation of all those ideals intertwined into a singular path. It is up to the Nullivari to choose what it is that keeps them going and there is a constant shift between the morality of good and evil within each. However, at the end of the day, there is but the family and each member would willingly sacrifice all they have for the good of what the Nullivari seek to preserve. Family, to a Nullivari, is of greatest importance and of highest value within one’s life. A Nullivari is taught from birth that family comes first, for it is the priority above all else. Additionally, it is instilled into them that they must always defend one another and the name they bear, no matter the price. The Nullivari share particularly close relationships with each other, there are no lies or secrecy between members. Thus, individuals from outside the bloodline are very rarely allowed any insight into family affairs, nor allowed entry into the family itself. Many see the word ‘Power’ and assume it is the ability to control others. However, this is slightly tweaked in the mindset of the Nullivari. For it is not the ability to control others, but the ability to manipulate their minds to bend to the silver-tongued statements born forth from the maw of the Nullivari. While they are quite the imposing individuals, a Nullivari often lurks within the dim corners of the room, pulling upon the emotional strings of one's psyche and contorting others to their whims sometimes for naught but mere entertainment. They see power as the ability to control without being seen and thus is why they have the reputation for being the least known but most influential house within Celia’nor. People tend to define loyalty and honor by what they are not; betrayal, abandonment, thievery. But, they are so much more than the absence of mistreatment. Loyalty is faithfulness, dedication, honesty and trust, all intertwined together. Honor is the bond between an individual and society, regarding others with great respect and esteem. The Nullivari value these traits in all of their relationships, though hold them in highest regard amongst themselves, for the strength of a family, like the strength of an army, is in its loyalty to one another. Like all people, wealth is a cherished and beloved concept to the Nullivari. Each adorns lavish sets of clothes or armors to reflect their status as nobles. It is not infrequent for Nullivari to separate and pool their wealth depending on the situation at hand. However, it is greatly encouraged that each branch of the family create their own bank in order to harbor the multitude of precious metals, rare artifacts, crafted weapons, and mina which each faction of the family holds dear. Yet, in a combined sense, the abundance of wealth that the Nullivari possess would seek to drive anyone mad with greed, perhaps that is why greed and a thirst for more, is often a pitfall for the members of the household. The Nullivari are often described as devastatingly beautiful, standing tall with impeccable posture and an air of carefree confidence. Their pale skin and silver hair is complimented by their bright eyes which are primarily golden, though often vary into green-blue hues. Many of the Nullivari adorn scars - both a source of pride and a demonstration of the complex tribulations each has faced within their past. On Celia’norian Romance Published 10th of The Grand Harvest, Year 75 of the Second Age COURTSHIP The process of courtship typically begins from twenty-fine years and up, once one has come of an appropriate age. During a courtship, the couple becomes accustomed to one another and decides if there will be an engagement, concluding with the celebration of marriage. A mal or lari may ask to initiate courtship with one another, it is of utmost importance that a relationship if built consensually. If a member of a courting pair is of a noble standing, the permission of the head of that household much be clearly given. Furthermore, while the City of Stars accepts minor acts of public affection, such as an embrace, we expect our citizens to behave with appropriateness in mind, therefore, any public fraternisation is frowned upon, especially outside of marriage. Fi'andria greatly values the nature of the matrimonial union between a pair and such acts should be kept private between husband and wife. Typical courtship practices may include giving flowers to your partner, a private stroll, or preparing a romantic dinner or picnic. MATRIMONY Marriage is a selfless journey in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own. It is where a relationship between two individuals is formally recognised and cemented. The marriage vows are typically spoken before the Princess, members of the council one's talonii and lliran. Vows between an engaged pair are the most significant part of such a ceremony as they declare unity and commitment to one another, a symbol of unending love. Therefore, no intimacy occurs during the ceremonial union, to allow the pair to truly focus upon solidifying their bond. Signed by Ro'ya Nullivari, Lady of the Court
