Well I am pretty sure that Oren (the human capital) and Haelunor (the high elf capital) have the most rp. If you're struggling to adapt to new lore then maybe try rp'ing a kid who is also in the process of learning about the world or maybe a scholar who reads many books and explores the world. 

That's what I'd do anyways.

Cool cool. How do I get to places? Are there tps, or do you need to walk? 

Well you can ask for directions in RP and you will likely be directed to boats that will take you to an area near a main city, from there you can follow the road to the city.
