Character’s name: Wimer Raven
Character’s sex: Male
Character’s race: Human
Character’s age: 28
Biography:
Wimer was born amidst a boring time to say the least. His father was a simple blacksmith and mother tended crops. As Wimer grew, he found himself repeatedly drawn to the Kaz'ulrah mines in the Dwarven kingdom. Although, being six at the time left no ability for Wimer to crack open any rock himself. His loving parents grew slightly distant as his mother and unborn brother died during child birth. His distressed father only relieved himself by hammering away at the forge, barely giving himself time to make food for the family. Wimer aged with plenty of time to himself, allowing him to spend hours pondering and writing about what he aspires to do. During his early teen years he met a traveler from afar, who introduced him to all types of strategy. The traveler explained to him the importance of strategy and how many things in life are a game of chess, his gift before he departed to Wimer was a chessboard with no pieces. Wilmer spent many nights wondering why the traveler would give him a chessboard with no pieces in order to play. He ended up fashioning small blocks of wood, using them to signify what he wanted, and organized steps to achieve, using the board for a completely different means of strategy compared to chess.
As the chessboard aged more pieces were added to it, nearly filling the board itself. Each piece would have its own meaning, likely undecipherable by any man trying to understand it. Wimer went through thousands of pretend battle situations, emulating dialogues in his favor, and figuring people out, simply by sitting for hours. As he grew older he sets out, determined to make a name for himself. He set out for Marna, with a glint of hope in his eye.
