I love the GM team and all the people on it, and I'm really sad to see Falcon, Youngie, LPT and Corvoo leave. Also sad to see Simochii and Jake leave. Hopefully their lives both on LotC and IRL take them places they're happier. 

I'm also biased. Plus one. If you don't give her green there will be much disappoint. A lovely woman and an amazing person. Green for Torky!

No, seriously, this guy is great. He's intelligent and knows the rules. I believe he'd be a good addition to the team. He's very laid back and relaxed and I believe has a good attitude for the team. He's also been around for quite some time and knows the lore (lore team, of course!) so he would be able to help players who are in need of help with power-gaming or anything like that. He's got a huge +! from me.

Most GMs use smite to smite other GMs, not players, so... I mean, if you get smote in game it must be a joke or you're really liked by a GM to get that.

I don't know much about this person but I did see them helping a new player learn how to roleplay and it was quite nice of them to do. I suppose I can +1 for that.

High Elves that leave Haelun'or are allowed to come back. They simply can't be impure. Haelun'or also doesn't do a lot of military stuff. We also don't frown upon magics because magics mean knowledge. Dark magics are border-lined because dark, yes, but unless you use them for impure things and are found out, you won't be declared impure. 

High Elves themselves are not religious, but they do allow religious sects (like clerics) to reside in the city provided they do no harm and remain bound to Haelun'or laws. The main focus of Haelun'or roleplay is actually the Eternal College and research labs. The search for knowledge. Also, drugs and smoking and drinking are not necessarily impure. If you do them in moderation and do not allow yourself to be fanatical while drunk or high, you'll have no problems. There's a tavern in Haelun'or for that very reason. 

This guy is extremely hardworking. He does his best not only as a World Dev, but he's also one of the best roleplayers I've seen around the server. I think he may be stretching himself a little thin, but I think he can handle it. He's extremely capable and very unbiased. I think he'd make an amazing addition to the GM team. +all my love and 1. Make this boy blue.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

I want to try and make a difference by helping players, whether by helping with simple evictions or helping moderate a fight or war. I believe more than anything in fairness and equality for all players, with unbiased opinions toward everyone. More than anything, I want to be able to reach out to players and improve the communication between the community and the players, and I believe GMs are one of the best parts of that. They are there, they see everything that players go through and they know what they deal with on a daily basis, and I feel strongly that this can help improve not only the staff team but the community and server as a whole. I not only want to help new players as an Application Team member but older players as a Game Moderator, and I believe that I can make a difference in the server as both of them, and my goal is to make the server the best it can be, through helping the players.

On the notice board in Fenn there hangs a scroll of slightly aged parchment, the writing on it in a curved, delicate hand. The words are dictated as follows:

“To the residents of Talar’ikur:

As of recent, a series of attacks by the spawn of a necromancer have plagued Talar’ikur. Those raised from the dead are found to have been risen from the crypts outside of the city. Furthermore, the tomb of the deceased Grand Prince Aelthos I has been broken into, and his body has been stolen.

Thus, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of the crypts until further notice. This eliminates the chances of further desecration of the corpses that are laid to rest there and the chances of beings of darkness emerging from the depths.

Unfortunately, this also means that the Wayshrine of Culmination is no longer accessible. While I frown upon taking such a step and closing off the Wayshrine to the people, I recognize that this matter is one that cannot be ignored, and steps must be taken to ensure the safety of the Mali’fenn living in Talar’ikur.

Until the time arrives that we are safe and able to reopen the Wayshrine and the crypts to the public, the worship and offerings done at the Wayshrine will take place within the Temple itself, at a temporary altar I have constructed. The Ivae’fenn shall be investigating these incidents in the hopes of eliminating the necromancer and recovering the missing bodies, whereupon the crypts will be reopened. This sacrilege will not be tolerated.

I have also made some minor updates to the Temple. The library will be fully public, with the ability to be used by the Mali’fenn residing within Talar’ikur. If you would like to make book donations to the Temple Library, please leave them in the wooden box in the Temple entrance labeled ‘Book Donations.’ These books will be sorted and placed into the appropriate bookshelves for use by Mali’fenn.

I will also be taking donations of food and supplies with which to ensure the Mali’fenn arriving in our city will be able to take care of themselves. Each arrival will receive some food and enough supplies to help get them started, so that they can have a better position within the city.

Lastly, I will be recruiting Mali’fenn in order to help build the ranks of Wyrvun’fiyem, Those interested in joining may approach me at the Temple or leave me a note in my mailbox. Please do not knock on the door to my home to inquire. I will provide the information needed upon the time of the meeting.
