Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Ologs are an exceptionally large and stupid descendant of Krug. They wield immense strength and tower over their uruk kin, standing at up to 10 feet tall and weighing up to 800 pounds. Ologs are so stupid that they are incapable of understanding complex topics such as magic, religion, politics, and other things such as alchemy or smithing. Ologs only wish to fulfill their personal goals, which would typically be satiating their hunger or fulfilling their bloodlust. Ologs also have strong intestines, allowing for them to eat the vast majority of things unharmed.

As someone who also recently lost an online friend, I can tell you that it doesn't get easier, you can learn to accept they're gone, but its never really something you can understand. I don't know you all that well, but if you ever need to talk about it with someone who won't judge you, or has been there, my dms are open.

What circumstances led to this ban?

This ban had occurred due to an incident in Celia'nor, where I had no forethought and decided to go forth with a horrible decision to partake in memey, and jokey roleplay. I made an extremely off-color remark that led to a player feeling uncomfortable, and unwelcome on LoTC. Nobody should ever have to feel this way on a server that can be used to escape from these very situations in real life, and for me to have made someone feel like that on this server is unfair, and wrong. In the future, I have to know that different people play this server for different reasons, and I have to respect that. I can't encroach upon these values for a cheap joke, as it invalidates the server's trust between players. 

After this incident had occured, I made sure to apologize to the individual that I had offended, and asked them if they are alright after what I said. They were, and had a right, to be offended and weirded out by me in one of my worst moments in a very long time. It made me feel embarrassed, and downright disgusted with myself to know I had made someone feel that way. This situation will not happen again, because it stalled all roleplay around it, and caused a bigger scene than what had been intended. I was not thinking of consequences, in fact, I was not thinking at all, I was just trying to make a quick joke, with no regard to the people around me. This is not who I am, nor who I wish to be known as. I wish for a second chance to prove that I am better than this, and will make this server a much better place.

No, I do not disagree with any aspects of this ban. This ban was a deserved punishment for violating the player conduct rules. I believe that I have served the two month sentence, and am ready to make a return onto LoTC, making sure to keep an eye out of how others may precieve what I say.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I believe that LoTC is a great vehicle for storytelling and an even better way for me to reconnect with old friends. They have seemed to return to the server, and I wish to join them to make some more memories, and enjoy my time with them. I want to make people feel welcome and comfortable on a server that I used to use to escape from the harshness of real life, and giving these people a safe place would be enough for me to return as well. I will not only make an effort to, I will make sure that everyone around me in game and in voice chats feels not only comfortable, but welcomed around me. I do not want people to feel like I am a negative influence on this server, nor would I want to be a negative influence on people. I think that people deserve more than just the time of day, they deserve respect and kindness. This is what I try my best to bring onto LoTC, if I am welcomed back onto this server.

What circumstances led to this ban?

I was chatting in the Petra discord a while ago, and for some reason one of the members in the discord was acting very odd. They weren't being toxic nor did they even insult me in any way whatsoever, but I was having a really bad day and decided to take my anger out on this person. In doing so, I said some extremely toxic and downright disgusting things to this person, undoubtedly making them feel bad about themselves. Nobody should feel like that in the LoTC community, especially when it's so welcoming, and I feel horrible for doing such to this person. I am extremely sorry that this behavior took place.

I believe the ban is actually extremely lenient for what I had said to this person, and I appreciate that. It is completely valid, and I have no arguments whatsoever to the length, or decision.
However, I wish the reason did appear in my log in screen (Even though I already know)

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I wish to return to LoTC because I have some friends who are begging for me to return, and play with them. I think it'd be fun to relive some old times with friends, even if I wouldn't be able to play as much. I would make sure to make everyone feel welcome, and be kind and forgiving as possible to make this community a better place.

I don't know really how to answer this question. I don't really know about winning/losing, I don't mind much about that anymore.

Back in Atlas, and even to Arcas, however, I was an extremely negative influence on the community as a whole, which lead to increased scrutiny of my behavior. I was banned for very, very small things that cut me off from the community. I wish administracion during that time had made different decisions about me as a player, and gave different consequences rather than permanent bans that didn't even go through to my record. I also wish that the administracion after, and to today, saw that some of the punishments were bogus, so I could rejoin my friends earlier.

I guess I also wish I wasn't shoe horned to run that jindle group, i just did it cuz a friend said it'd be cool but it really wasnt

I just envision myself being banned less in the past, so I can have more time w/ friends

I'm PCSwift, I started in late Axios/Early Atlas and I enjoy playing LoTC. I've mostly played in bandit/merc groups and experienced the server through the lens of a pvper, but more recently I've been enjoying roleplaying from within a nation, and roleplaying to advance a character's story. I currently play an adunian as my main character, and I am doing some cool stuff! He's a ranger and he's trying to run around and help out people. I've found both sides enjoyable equally, in different ways. The prior, however, has surrounded me with a lot of "distasteful" individuals and their reputation has rubbed off on me, as well as my own actions within those groups.

I don't really have one! I recently got back into the server because a friend asked me to play his son IC, which is my current main character, my Adunian. I found that my old friends from when I used to play are still around, and I think if I just hang out with them and play LoTC, it'll give me all the enjoyment I need. I don't really care about reputation/mineman power, I just wanna chill w/ the homies.

 I edited this post because it was out of pocket. We are taking attention away from the ban appeal, and causing unnecessary toxicity.

Dantory and I have known each other for much longer than a brief few years. Throughout the years, I've known Dantory to have been one of my most genuine friends, always telling me shit straight up. He kept me in line, and helped me grow into the roleplayer, and community member that I am today. Him being banned is truly a grave injustice that shows a callousness high up in the staff team. I truly believe that Dantory's actions do not warrant such a ban

I am unsure, but due to my previous toxic behavior as a goon on this server I'm going to go out on a limb and guess toxicity, and constant ooc harassment.

I agree with all aspects of this ban, I used to be a horrible influence on the LoTC community. I constantly caused people frustration in ooc arguments, and even in casual conversation. Its not something I do anymore, I have grown up since my childish past.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I simply wish to be apart of the discord because I have done a lot in game.
