Firstly, you cannot create a character who is a part of a notable or noble family, royalty would be included in this generalization. Please remove any mention of the royal High Elf families of Xilnala. Secondly, you cannot have references to magic in your application. This “blessed jewel” that you mention must be removed as it has magical properties. Thirdly, I see that you referred to the Hou’zi as Wood Elves, Hou’zi are a race in Arcas that look like monkeys, whereas the Wood Elves would usually be referred to as Mali’ame. As well, a link for the city of Haelun'or. As for your character age, we highly recommend that new players make their Elves an age of at least 50, although it is NOT required. TLDR; They’re working to fix the servers through various steps, a few restarts in the next few days should hopefully help lower the lag, and the improvements should be ready in-time to be applied for the next map.
