The military occupation of the Imperial Province of Norland is considered a temporary affair until the heir is of age, in which he will be allowed to reclaim the throne. Nonetheless, the Imperial Governor has been granted the rights to amend the usage of the Lex Tiberi within the Province of Norland to the benefit of the locality and the Empire, such as the punishment-tier and discretion on certain laws. The Red Council is hereby officially dissolved, and any councillors are removed from their post.
