Under order from the  MRA Commite of Liberation all service MEN and WOMEN are to regroup and prepare for   ACTIVE SERVICE   in the current armed conflict between the EMPIRE Of OREN and KINGDOM NORDLAND.

A UNITED Agreement between the committee has agreed to the formation of Partisan Divisions in order to the 1st Partisan Army  of the Mercatorii Revolutionary Armies.
ALL AGENTS OF THE REVOLUTION.

The 1st Partisan Army is to serve alongside forces of the HOLY ORENIAN EMPIRE and its Cannonist ideals.
Though, former enemies, we are one in the eyes of GOD, and we must remove the Paganist heretics, for GOD, for Country, for our REPUBLIC.

The   1st Partisan Army is too:
-Occasionally coordinate officers of the ISA & MoJ in order of battle in need be required by said officers.
-Not too attack Orenian Citizens, Nobles, or Military Officials unless provoked in non-lethal engagement.
-Disrupt Nordlandic war-efforts on the home-front, alongside engage in non-conventional warfare against both Nordlandic civilians and military personnel.

-Conduct itself in a gentlemanly fashion in both battle and downtime, meaning Women, and Non-combatant children who'm of which show no threat are to be unharmed unless provoked.
