What profession wouldn’t like to see an employee with skills in collaboration, creativity, and writing….. any lotc player has built those skills just by playing, and others have furthered them through contributions to various staff teams (CT with customer service, tech with tech, mod/admin with management and conflict resolution, etc….) 

Lotc is 100% a great toolbox if you know how to utilize it. Once I stopped being embarrassed by something I love to do so much it’s become way easier to be open about the things it’s taught me :)
