Published; 8th of the Deep Cold, Year 203 of the Second Age “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” ☽ ──────────═ ✯ ═────────── ☾ “In the ancient lands of Celia’nor, where the spires of silver rise like whispers of the past and the songs of the winds carry the wisdom of forgotten eras, the High Elves live beneath the eternal gaze of the cilarei—the stars. These stars are not merely pinpricks of light in the night sky, but sacred guides, celestial beings that hold the destiny of every soul within their radiant grasp. From the dawn of their existence, the High Elves have believed that the cilarei do more than illuminate the heavens; they weave the very fabric of fate, marking the path that each life must follow. This belief is woven into the very identity of Celia’nor, as old as the land itself. It is said that the stars, with their serene brilliance, are the eyes of the divine, watching over the High Elves, guiding their every step with silent grace. To the elves, fate is not a mere whim of chance; it is an intricate design, written in the constellations that adorn the night sky. From the moment of their birth, each elf is bound to this celestial map, their lives unfolding in harmony with the stars’ movements, and it is from this ancient bond that their famous blessing, "May the Stars guide you," was born—a whispered prayer and heartfelt wish for safety, as the stars alone know the fate of the journey ahead. The origins of this belief are as old as the stars themselves. Long ago, before the majestic cities of Celia’nor rose to their shimmering heights, the High Elves lived in simple elegance, gazing at the night sky with awe and reverence. They observed the movements of the stars, noting how they seemed to mirror the great events of the world below. The cilarei shimmered brightest during times of prosperity and dimmed when times of sorrow loomed. The elves came to understand that the stars were more than distant lights; they were watchers, their light a reflection of the lives they governed. It was during one such clear night, in the infancy of Celia’nor, that Larihei—the mother of all High Elves—stood beneath the heavens, her eyes lifted to the stars. She saw, not just light, but the future of her people written in the constellations. The stars whispered to her, in a language of light and shadow, that the elves were destined for greatness, that their wisdom and grace would shape the world for eons to come. From that moment forward, Larihei declared the stars to be the true guardians of her people. The cilarei, she said, held their fates, and it was by their light that the High Elves would be guided through all the trials and triumphs of their eternal journey. As centuries passed, this belief only deepened. The High Elves looked to the stars in all things, for guidance in matters both great and small. Before every important decision—whether it was the forging of an alliance, the building of a grand temple, or the beginning of a new life—the High Elves would gather beneath the night sky and consult the cilarei. The stars, it was said, would answer, sometimes with a subtle flicker, sometimes with a brilliant flare, but always with the truth. To act against the stars was to invite chaos, and so the elves followed the celestial map with unwavering devotion. Amidst this celestial reverence, the Golden Tree of Celia’nor rose as a symbol of their connection to the stars. Legend held that the tree was a gift from the cilarei themselves, planted by divine hands to mirror their light on earth. Its golden leaves shimmered under the night sky, reflecting the starlight in a way that no other being or object could. As long as the Golden Tree flourished, the people of Celia’nor knew that they were in harmony with their celestial destiny. The tree stood not only as a symbol of prosperity and peace but as a physical manifestation of their belief that the stars were ever watchful, ever guiding. But even the brightest stars can fade, and as the history of Celia’nor unfolded, so too did tragedy befall them. In a time of great darkness, when beasts from the void descended upon the land and the very foundations of their world shook, the unthinkable happened. The Golden Tree, the radiant symbol of their fate, was consumed by flames. Its once golden leaves were turned to ash, scattered by the winds of destruction. The stars above, usually so bright and clear, were obscured by smoke and sorrow. The people of Celia’nor feared that their fate had turned against them, that the stars had forsaken them in their hour of need. And yet, even in this darkest of times, the High Elves did not lose faith in the cilarei. They knew that the stars do not abandon those who walk beneath their light, and though the way was unclear, they trusted that their path was still written in the heavens. They wandered in search of a new home, following the stars as they had always done, believing that somewhere, the light would return to guide them. It was during this time of despair that the blessing, "May the Stars guide you," became more than just a farewell—it became a prayer for safety, for hope, and for the return of the light that had once shone so brightly in their lives. The High Elves journeyed far and wide, always looking to the stars for direction. On cold, lonely nights, they would gather together beneath the cilarei and speak softly of the Golden Tree, of the days when the stars had shone so brightly upon them. They told stories of how the stars had guided their ancestors, and they believed that one day, the stars would lead them to a place where they could once again flourish. Their faith was rewarded when, after long years of wandering, a single bright star appeared in the northern sky, brighter than all others. The elves knew then that this was their sign—the stars had not forgotten them. They followed the northern light to the land of Aevos, where they would plant the seed of the Golden Tree once more. Now, in their new home, the High Elves of Celia’nor continue to live under the watchful eyes of the cilarei. They believe that the stars hold their fates, and every elf is bound to this ancient truth. The Golden Tree has risen once again, its golden leaves catching the light of the stars, reminding the people that their connection to the heavens is eternal. In times of joy, they celebrate beneath the stars, offering thanks for the blessings they receive. In times of sorrow, they look to the cilarei for comfort, trusting that the stars will guide them through whatever darkness may come. And so, when an elf of Celia’nor departs on a journey, whether near or far, they are always bid farewell with the words, "May the Stars guide you." This is not just a pleasantry; it is a heartfelt wish, a prayer that the cilarei will watch over them and keep them safe. For the elves know that no matter where they go, no matter what trials they may face, their fate is always written in the stars and will always guide them home. In this way, the belief in the stars and the fate they hold has shaped every aspect of life in Celia’nor. The stars are more than lights in the sky—they are the guardians of their destiny, the protectors of their spirit, and the silent watchers that ensure that the elves of Celia’nor will never lose their way. For as long as the stars shine above, so too will the elves of Celia’nor endure, ever guided by their light.” [!] “Cilarei” is the recently discovered elvish tongue for celestial / celestials [!] ✵ _______

Published; 5th of the Sun’s Smile, Year 203 of the Second Age “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” _______ “In the annals of Celia’nor, there is a tale whispered with solemn reverence—a story of mystery and majesty, of life, loss, and rebirth. At its heart lies the fabled Golden Tree, a symbol not just of hope and strength, but of the unyielding, undying spirit of the Celia’norian people. Its roots dig deep into the very essence of their identity. Since time immemorial, long before the nation’s glorious rise through its separation from Haelun’or, and even before the whispers of Almaris graced the lands, the Golden Tree stood tall, radiant, and noble—a magnificent being older than any living memory, its origins veiled in legend. None knew precisely how the tree came to be, with its towering and unique grandeur. It was as though it had been birthed from the very stars themselves—a celestial gift bestowed upon the land by divine hands, perhaps even Larihei herself, the venerable mother of all High Elves. It was said that when the night descended, and the velulaei—the countless stars—shimmered in the heavens, the Golden Tree’s resplendent leaves would catch their light, casting an ethereal glow upon the land below. To many, this was no mere happenstance. Some believed that the stars had kissed the earth, leaving the Golden Tree as a sign of their eternal blessing upon Celia’nor. For the High Elves, the tree was not just a monument; it was an everlasting symbol of their destiny—a divine promise that as long as it stood, their land would prosper, their hearts would remain steadfast, and their fates intertwined with the celestial heavens above. For centuries, the Golden Tree silently bore witness to the rise of Celia’nor, even as it was riddled with strife and conflict. The tree grew in tandem with the nation. Its mighty roots stretched deep into the earth, interlacing with the foundations of every grand structure, every elegant home, and every noble aspiration. Its vast branches, ever-reaching toward the sky, reflected the boundless ambition of the Celia’norian people. Just as the High Elves sought wisdom and power in all things, so too did the Golden Tree rise ever higher, its presence entwined with the fate of the nation. Under its golden canopy, life flourished, families gathered, and the annals of history unfolded. It became a silent witness to the sorrows and triumphs, victories and defeats, that shaped the people who lived beneath its radiant boughs. To the Celia’norians, the Golden Tree was eternal. In their hearts, they believed it to be an unshakable pillar of their existence. And yet, as they marveled at its timeless beauty and strength, the tree began to symbolize something far greater—a living embodiment of their nation’s very soul: ever-growing, ever-reaching, eternally imbued with the lives and legacies of its people. And so, the Golden Tree was cherished, not only for what it was, but for what it represented—an undying connection between the people and the stars that shone above, guiding them in their pursuit of knowledge and glory. But even the most sacred of lands cannot escape the ravages of time. As the years passed, a new and insidious threat emerged—one that even the ancient Golden Tree could not repel. Beasts from the void, twisted and corrupted, descended upon Celia’nor, bringing with them chaos and destruction. The people, who had always looked to the Golden Tree as a beacon of unshakeable strength, now questioned whether even it could survive such ruinous devastation. In the midst of the chaos, the unthinkable came to pass. The Golden Tree, the symbol of their unity, their hope, and their very soul, was consumed by the flames of destruction. Its radiant leaves, which had once glimmered like the stars, were reduced to ash. Its mighty trunk, once thought invincible, cracked and splintered until only charred remnants remained—a haunting reminder of all that had been lost. The Celia’norians, devastated, could do nothing but watch as the ashes of their beloved tree rose into the sky, blotting out the velulaei that had once graced it with light. Without the guiding stars and with the Golden Tree gone, the future seemed bleak, and despair gripped the hearts of the people. In the aftermath, as Celia’nor crumbled, so too did the land of Almaris. The two were bound together, their fates sealed in a shared destiny of loss and ruin. Tens of thousands perished in the calamity, their hopes and dreams shattered alongside the land they had once called home. Yet, even as the ashes of their world settled, the High Elves of Celia’nor did not surrender to despair. Scattered and broken, separated from their loved ones, they carried with them the memory of what had been—a memory of their homeland and the brilliant light that the Golden Tree had once brought to their hearts. Amid this darkness, they set forth in search of a new home, traversing vast oceans and distant mountains. In time, they came upon the lands of Aevos, unknown and untamed, but brimming with the potential for renewal. Though the cold isolation pressed heavily upon their spirits, the Celia’norians began to rebuild, clinging to the faint hope that one day they might reclaim what had been lost. A modest beginning—a winery founded by Lord Raziel Amethil—kindled a sense of purpose within them. But still, a void remained; not all had been restored, for much was still missing. Yet, hope, like the roots of a great tree, runs deep. As the people toiled, rumors began to spread—rumors of an Illyria Ibarellan, their Royarch, had returned to serve the people once more. With this return, a gift was brought—small, but profound: a seed. It was no ordinary seed, but the last remnant of the celestial Golden Tree, a reminder of the eternal connection between the people and the stars. Hope stirred once again, for within this tiny seed lay the promise of restoration. For a time, the seed remained unplanted, guarded closely by what remained of the Celia’norian people. They waited, yearning for a sign—something to show them where to go, where to rebuild. And then, one fateful night, as they gathered beneath the velulaei, the answer came. The seed began to glow, brighter and brighter, as if the stars themselves had descended once more to guide their path. In that moment, they knew—their journey was not over. They would go north, following the light of the northern star. So, the people of Celia’nor set forth on their journey, until they reached the snow-capped peaks of the northernmost mountains of Aevos. There, they planted the seed, and from the cold, barren ground, a new Golden Tree began to grow. But this tree was different. It was not merely a symbol of the past, but of the future—a living testament to the resilience of the Celia’norian spirit. Though they had faced unimaginable trials and loss, they had emerged stronger, ever-reaching for the stars, ever-bound to the heavens. Now, the Golden Tree stands tall once more. Its radiant leaves catch the light of the stars above, just as they had in the days of old. But where once it had been a symbol of peace and prosperity, it now represents something far more profound—a reminder that no matter how dark the night, no matter how great the loss, the people of Celia’nor will always rise again, guided by the light of the stars and the strength of their hearts. Its roots now stretch across the land, binding the people in unity, while its branches reach ever higher, reminding all that their fate will forever be intertwined with the velulaei above. And so, the Golden Tree stands as a beacon of hope—not just for the people of Celia’nor, but for all who seek to understand the power of resilience, the beauty of unity, and the undying spirit of a people who will never be broken. The tale of the Golden Tree is not just a story of a tree—it is the story of a people, who, like the tree itself, grow stronger with each trial they face, ever-reaching, ever-resilient, ever-guided by the stars.” ✵ _______

I understand the continued disdain for Mick's IRP characters as they tend to portray the antagonist state of being that many people tend to take issue with icly, which are justifiable in terms of IRP opinions, but in no way does this translate to OOC with my experience with him. While I can't speak for everyone, in my experience on the server, we've not always being on the same side in terms of war and so on but in that time, I will attest that Mick has always sought to pursue any conflict or remedy through rp means, all of which has been good faith from what I've experienced. Even in times of disagreement he's approached me irply and sought to remedy the rp qualms that have stood in the way of resolve and even if they haven't always met the ideal expectation, it was all understood from a rp perspective. This has been the same since I was a pink tag and even until recent and ultimately, I respect him for it. In the meanwhile, oocly he's always been a person I could appreciate for encouraging myself and my peers to go about the server to learn and grow via rp and I truly want to choose to believe that this is still the case today with how he interacts with others in positive manner. Thus, I hope we can all separate this bad guy rp narrative from who he is as a human being, because again, he is not a character but a person having fun and playing a game. Ultimately this stems down as a game where we rp how we wish on pixels and at times due to the majority of our interactions being rp with people, our view of them gets convoluted with an imaginary persona which unfortunately is a dilemma I feel we can't fix with rules and so on but instead must just strive as individuals to overcome. Which is why in this case I don't believe Mick should be met with horrid recourse currently. If he did commit grievous metaplay or something of the sort, it's of my opinion that infractions should be given rather than the current circumstance. I do realize though the gravity of everything really weighs on the outcome of all in terms of decisions, but that is my current stance based on the knowledge offered. Of course, again I understand I can't know the experience of everyone, nor will I ever claim to, and I've not been present to witness all, thus this is simply an opinion, but this is my opinion from my personal experience.

Published; Upon the 2nd of The Amber Cold, Year 199, of the Second Age “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” ──────────═❁═────────── “Within the sacred Edicts of Celia'nor, the denizens did gather, united as one beneath the stars' divine grace, to glimpse what future paths the Sovereign realm may yet tread. In this esteemed court, the brightest efforts of noble souls were illuminated, shining beneath the gaze of the crown. Petitions from the people were heard and answered, as the noble realm, ever-evolving, continued its course. Nobles, too, were raised in standing, alongside the Diraar, both forces bound in shared might, united in their resolve to thwart the shadows that seek to creep within our starlit lands. Prosperity lies in the times ahead.” ──────────═❁═────────── Discussions of the Court I. It was upon the prior eve, the populace gathered for the ceremonial occasion of court, where following the denizens arrival, there was no delay in addressing the pressing matters at hand! Without pause, the people were swiftly made aware of the grave decree regarding the heinous crimes now infringing upon the sanctity of many lives within our starlit realm. Detailed accounts of incessant break-ins were relayed before the assembly, alongside the unsettling reports of animal cruelty that have followed these transgressions. The tale, woven with careful measure, brought a sense of foreboding as an even more grievous matter was revealed: the noble Vanya Cerusil-Acaln’sae had been kidnapped, and her absence weighs heavy upon the hearts of all. Posters bearing her likeness have been spread throughout the realm, pleading for her safe return. With the rise of these despicable acts, and the vile shadow cast upon our land, it was solemnly declared that the Diraar shall, from this day forward, carry out daily patrols through the streets and edicts of Celia'nor, leaving no stone unturned until the perpetrators are seized and subjected to the full measure of justice. The people are urged with great importance to report anything of suspicion to the Diraar, for Celia’nor stands united in this time of peril. In the halls of court, the denizens, steadfast in their resolve, echoed their agreement. All stood as one, determined to see these criminals brought to justice, as they had dared harm the brethren and lliran of our people. Thus, it was further decreed that Celia'nor shall not waver, nor shall her watchful gaze falter. The blades of justice have been drawn, and they shall remain unsheathed, as the realm presses forward, ever relentless, in the pursuit of prosperity and sanctity. The enemy shall find no refuge, and the sovereignty of Celia’nor shall be upheld, unbroken beneath the stars' eternal light. _______ II. As the court gracefully transitioned to its second decree, it was proclaimed with great pride that Celia'nor has now entered a new and glorious era—an era of culture! Within the starlit realm, culture is the very soul that breathes life into our land, shaping our identity, and guiding the spirit of our people. It is through the vibrant expression of artistry, craftsmanship, and tradition that we honor our ancestors and the stars themselves. This era shall see the elevation of our customs, the refinement of our arts, and the deepening of our collective heritage, all of which serve as the foundation upon which the prosperity and unity of Celia’nor stand. _______ III. As another notion of grand mention, promotions were bestowed upon the noble ton, with great ceremony and distinction! With these esteemed advancements, the elevations are as follows: First among the noble talonniis to be elevated stands the esteemed Athri'onn. A talonnii that is not only known for their profound knowledge, but for their devout religious dedication as well! Their Matriarch, Lady Freya, has been a figure of great renown within the annals of Celia'nor, driven by her sincere intent to enrich the land with the sacred tenets of Talynnism, while offering her steadfast aid wherever it is needed. It is through such tireless efforts that the nobility reflects symbolic greatness, now made manifest. Thus, the Athri'onn rise to the prestigious rank of Virar! Secondly, among those elevated in standing within the noble ton is the Silveira talonnii, led by the graceful Lady Yera. Though newly arrived to the realm, they have swiftly proven themselves to be among the most honorable and steadfast in their service to Celia'nor. Their mastery of the voidal arts and arcane prowess, which they selflessly bestow upon the denizens, stands as but one testament to their dedication. Yet it is their unwavering contributions within the Diraar that truly set them apart from their peers. With noble resolve, they have taken the mantle to safeguard the realm and its people, undeterred by the sacrifices that accompany such a charge. In light of their valiant efforts, this talonnii is most deserving of their rise in station. Thus, the once Laurir talonnii are henceforth elevated to the esteemed rank of Laura'vir! Lastly, to conclude the noble promotions, stands the esteemed elevation of the Amethil talonnii. Led by the noble Lord Raziel, the Amethil now ascend to the recognition their remarkable feats have long deserved. Through their steadfast service within the Diraar, their formidable mastery of voidal magic shared nobly with the realm, and their unwavering dedication to the Holy Blades of Talynnism, the Amethil have proven themselves as one of the most honorable and venerable families to grace this starlit land. In accordance with their virtuous deeds, they are elevated to stand alongside their peers. Henceforth, the Amethil shall rise from Laurir to the exalted rank of Laura'vir, their legacy further enshrined in the annals of Celia’nor! _______ IV. Before the ceremonial court drew to a close, a moment of great honor was bestowed upon three exemplary members of the Diraar, who were praised for their unwavering strength and steadfast dedication to the defense of the Principality of Celia’nor! Those commended for their valor were Lord Aganar Silveira, Athri'annyer Loa'chil, and Lady Uriella Amethil. Their names were spoken with reverence, as the stars themselves seemed to bless their noble bravery. May their legacy shine ever bright as the Sword and Shield of Celia’nor, protectors of the realm and its people! _______ V. Lastly, among the matters addressed during this esteemed annual court, was the recognition and ratification of petitions brought forth by the denizens themselves! Each proposal, carefully considered, was presented before the populace, and with due deliberation, the following petitions were granted passage by the crown. Thus, the will of the people is woven ever deeper into the fabric of our sovereign land, ensuring that their voice is heeded beneath the celestial gaze. The elaborations and petitions are as follows... The first of the petitions brought forth during court sought clarification regarding the reach of Celia'nor's kidnapping laws—specifically, whether they extend to Automaton beings. It was decreed with firm resolution that the law does indeed encompass all forms of life and creation, be it mortal or mechanical. No entity, whether living or crafted, shall be subject to abduction under the edicts of Celia'nor, for all are protected beneath the Sovereign Crown's guiding stars! The second and final petition brought forth before the court was a heartfelt plea, requesting permission for Shamans to utilize the necessary herbs and substances integral to their healing magic within the bounds of Celia’nor. While this matter bore significant weight, it was decreed that, in recognition of the heroic acts of these Shamans—whose healing prowess saved countless lives, including those of the Crown, during the vicious attacks of beastly creatures in recent years—they shall be granted the right to use such medicinal aids. This exemption, marked with a sacred weight, shall be viewed as a religious and medicinal provision under the eyes of Celian law. Those Shamans who seek to employ these substances in the service of their healing arts shall be furnished with official documentation outlining their permitted usage, a decree granted by the Crown itself. Thus, in conclusion to the court’s annals, their vital work may continue in the pursuit of safeguarding the denizens of Celia'nor should they so choose! ✵ _______ AY’PUERAN; Her Excellency, the Honourable Princess Royarch, Illyria Ibarellan, The Prophesied, The Reclaimer, and Phoenix of the Principality of Celia’nor

Published; 14th of Malin's Welcome, 199 “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” _______ The Celian Legislation stands as a meticulous compendium detailing the offenses against the security of the Celian state and her people, providing a robust framework for both protection and governance. This constitution is thoughtfully divided into four principal chapters: Civil Law, Noble Law, Military Law, and finally Sovereign Law. As a fortified military state, Celia'nor boasts a well-defined structure of law, demanding unwavering discipline from those who both administer and enforce these statutes. This structure confers privileges upon those entrusted with the execution of legal actions, while also imposing necessary restrictions to ensure judicious enforcement. Predominantly, criminal charges and punishments under civil law are managed by officials responsible for arrests, arbitration, and even executions. Thus, each guardsman or soldier with the requisite permissions is empowered to enforce the law at their discretion or under higher command. In cases of legal disputes or allegations of misconduct by enforcers, the Celia’Diraar serves as the supreme judicial authority. All decisions regarding civil crimes and the administration of justice are channeled through this esteemed body. To safeguard the collective security of civilians, nobility, and royalty from potential military overreach, military law is distinctly applied to all military members, encompassing specific codes of conduct and regulations. When military law is breached, a Court is convened to review the case. Typically, this Court consists of a single honorable judge appointed by the monarch of Celia’nor, primarily the Mordu’lar, either by decree or substitution at the monarch's discretion. In more grievous instances, such as cases of treason, the tribunal may comprise the Royarch themself. Courts are held in assemblies that include civilians, military personnel, and nobility, with only vetted military men permitted to serve as bailiffs. This system ensures the balanced and just protection of all societal tiers from potential military overextension, maintaining the harmony and security of the realm. _______ I. The Rights of The People II. Civil Law III. Noble Law IV. Military Law V. Sovereign law VI. Codex Outliers _____ THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE I In the venerable tradition of realms both near and far, the Sovereign Realm of Celia'nor likewise upholds the inviolable rights of its citizenry. Each soul within its borders is endowed with privileges and protections, sacred and resolute, as decreed by royal legislation. These rights are zealously guarded and vigorously defended against any who dare to trespass or diminish them. As subjects of the land, all individuals are enshrined with these birthright liberties, held under the vigilant watch of the crown's unwavering mandate. Among the foundational rights bestowed upon the citizens of the illustrious starlit realm of Celia'nor, enshrined as a dutiful birthright, is the liberty of religious belief—or the absence thereof. This constitutional safeguard ensures that all denizens remain free from coercion in matters of faith, protected against any imposition to tread a spiritual path not of their choosing. Thus, every soul within the realm's dominion is shielded by law, granting them the freedom to follow their own religious convictions or to live without such bindings, as their heart so dictates. Secondly, enshrined within the venerable rights of all denizens born or residing under the starlit sky of Celia'nor, is the solemn right to bear arms. Each citizen is endowed with the privilege and authority to possess weapons, as a means of defense against any who might seek to do them harm or against the malevolent forces of darkspawn. This right ensures that every individual within the realm has the means to safeguard their person and honor, standing resolute in defense of their life and liberty. Thirdly, the cherished denizens of Celia'nor are vested with the sacrosanct right to be secure against any unlawful searches and seizures of their persons or abodes. Such inevitabilities shall only be breached upon the presentation of probable cause, as determined by the esteemed members of the Diraar, those entrusted with the solemn duty of maintaining order and justice within the realm. This provision ensures that every inhabitant may dwell in peace, free from undue intrusion unless justly warranted by the guardians of the law. Fourthly, among the rights conferred upon the citizens of Celia'nor is the hallowed right to a fair martial trial. This ensures that justice is not only administered but is seen to be administered, maintaining the integrity and fairness of our legal proceedings in the face of any accusations. Lastly, among the sacred rights granted to the citizens of the starlit realm is the cherished freedom of speech. Every individual is entitled to express their words, opinions, and testimonies without fear of retribution, provided that such expressions are not slanderous or crafted with malicious or deceitful intent, as adjudged by the law. In the venerable edicts of Celia'nor, any individual discovered to be harboring or concealing transgressors of the stringent laws governing narcotics, or possessing knowledge thereof without due reporting to the Diraar, shall incur a resolute penalty. Upon the irrefutable demonstration of such an offense through the requisite evidential substantiation, the culpable parties shall each be levied with a fine of 75 mina. This decree ensures the enforcement of transparency and cooperation in our continuous battle against the scourge of narcotics within our starlit realm, safeguarding the well-being of all its denizens. III. Under the esteemed edicts of Celia'nor, it is strictly forbidden to provoke public violence or unrest with malicious intent, be it to sow discord among the populace or to inflict harm upon the peace of the realm. Such acts, deemed grievous affronts to the starlit sovereignty, shall not be tolerated within the sacred boundaries of Celia'nor. Those found guilty of the grievous transgression of inciting public unrest or violence, thereby threatening the peace and sanctity of the denizens of Celia’nor, shall face immediate incarceration and be brought before the martial court. Upon the ruling of such court, the offender shall suffer the forfeiture of their eyes and tongue, a fine of no less than 350 mina, and, depending on the severity of the offense, may be subject to banishment, decreed at the discretion of the sovereign crown. _______ NOBLE LAW III Chapter I: EXPANDED LAWS OF MORALITY I. By the steadfast statutes of Celian law, it is hereby decreed that the pursuit of intimate relations or the sanctity of marriage with individuals of another race or of interracial heritage within the hallowed bounds of Celia'nor is strictly forbidden among the ton of nobility lest wed prior to settling within Celia’nor. This prohibition shall stand as it has, immutable through the annals of time, with transgressors facing due retribution under the Noble law. In observance of the law, those found in violation of this decree shall face the permanent removal of titleage and an additional consequence of banishment from the realm by sovereign command. However, grace may yet prevail, for after a span of eight elven years, an opportunity for appeal arises, permitted solely at the sovereign discretion of the crown. This path to redemption, though narrow, upholds the justice and mercy inherent in Celian governance and may be cemented through acting as a volunteer before the realm. By the edicts of this starlit legislation, those discovered to possess knowledge of, or provide aid in concealing such relations, without the cloak of exemption as delineated in the constitution, shall incur a fine of 75-100 mina. This penalty serves to uphold the sanctity of our laws and the order within the starlit realm of Celia'nor. II. In the steadfast commandments of Celia'nor, the transgression of adultery, notably among the ranks of the nobility, stands firmly prohibited and condemned. Such reprehensible conduct is wholly intolerable within our illustrious realm and shall be met with prompt and decisive corrective measures by the sovereign powers of Celia'nor, to uphold the sanctity and honor of our noble houses. In the esteemed ordinances of Celia'nor, should any amongst the noble class be adjudged culpable of the grave offense of adultery, they shall forthwith be stripped of their titles and cast from the ranks of nobility. Subsequent to this ignominious censure, the guilty shall also be subject to banishment at the discretion of the crown, ensuring that the dishonor they brought upon themselves is met with a measure of justice fitting their betrayal of noble expectations. III. By the stringent statutes of Celia'nor, the act of engaging in relations with another prior to the sanctity of wedlock is categorically forbidden and shall incur dire consequences. Particularly, in cases where such indiscretions result in the birth of a Bastard, the parties involved shall be held accountable and punished severely for the dishonor they have wrought upon the nobility. The law spares no leniency in maintaining the dignity and the sanctified traditions of our noble heritage. Under the stern governance of Celia'nor's decrees, those who dare to disparage the sanctity of matrimony by engaging in romantic relations prior to being wed shall incur immediate and stringent penalties. Each transgressor shall be compelled to pay a fine of 100 minas, and will be summoned to stand trial before the Royal Court. This tribunal will adjudicate the extent of their obligatory service within the venerable Church of Talynnism, as a measure of recompense for their actions and to uphold the moral fabric of our noble realm. In the event that a child is born out of wedlock as a result of indiscretions prior to marriage, the parties involved shall be brought before the Sovereign Court to face judgment under the gaze of the crown. The transgressors may suffer demotion in status or the total forfeiture of their noble titles, reflecting the gravity of their actions with the additional fine of 250 mina. Moreover, the offspring resulting from such unions shall be denied the privileges and titles of their noble lineage, thereby preserving the integrity of the noble estates of Celia'nor. Chapter II: NOBLE CONFLICT I. Under the esteemed statutes of Celia'nor concerning noble conduct, in periods of internal strife among the noble talonniis, whether spurred by rivalry, affront, or personal affronts, those of noble station entangled in such disputes are entitled and prescribed a procedural recourse. This framework is designed to adjudicate their grievances and administer just recompense, ensuring that all contentions are resolved in a manner befitting their noble standing and the traditions of Celia'nor. In instances of discord within the noble talonniis, those of noble rank are afforded the right to petition for a formal hearing before the starlit crown of Celia'nor. Such conflicts shall be adjudicated in a trial overseen by the Sovereign Court, under the just gaze of the Royarch, who shall preside as both judge and arbiter with the speciation of their noble peers. This process ensures that grievances are redressed and resolutions meted out with the full authority and sanctity of the crown, restoring harmony and order among the nobility. In cases of dispute among the nobles, as dictated by the laws of Celia'nor, the contending noble houses may seek resolution through the time-honored practice of a duel with the expression of throwing one’s glove towards another. These duels, integral to the preservation of noble tradition, must be pre arranged and conducted under the supervision of the Royarch of Celia'nor, esteemed members of the council, or the Mordu'lar directly. This oversight ensures that the duels honor the sanctified traditions of our society. If none of these dignitaries can attend, the duty to oversee the proceedings will be assigned to a Parir, guaranteeing adherence to the procedural and ceremonial norms established by our ancestors. Chapter III: DESIGNATED SERVICE I. In recognition of the esteemed responsibilities entrusted to the nobility, and by the will of the talonnii heads to uplift their houses for the prosperity of Celia'nor, a mandate is hereby established. It is decreed that members of the nobility shall engage in civic duties to benefit our realm. These roles include service in the Diraar, enrollment among the Royal Knights, participation as medics within the clinic, involvement in the event committee, contributions to the library, stewardship duties, or aiding in mining endeavors. This prescribed period of service shall span 10 years, after which the noble may elect to step down from their assigned duties, having fulfilled their obligation to the realm. Exemptions are granted to those nobles currently serving within the Court of Stars, the Leyusil Congress, or as Royal Councilors, in acknowledgment of their substantial contributions to the governance and welfare of Celia'nor. Meanwhile, nobles who fail to choose a role of service for the 8 year duration will be assigned one by the authorities of Celia'nor or by the head of their respective talonnii, ensuring that all nobility contribute to our starlit kingdom’s enduring legacy and welfare. Chapter III: NOBLE HOUSE GUARDS I. In recognition of the esteemed stature of nobility, the noble families who bear the honor of such distinguished authority are, commensurate with their rank within the noble hierarchy, granted the privilege to maintain a personal retinue of soldiers, referred to as “House Guards” to serve their respective households with the number permitted acting in direct relation to their standing rank. This esteemed right is bestowed under the stipulation that these guards shall also be enlisted within the Diraar, thereby binding them in service not only to their noble patrons but also to the greater realm of Celia'nor. Firstly, pertaining to the most exalted rank of nobility, the Evarir, it is decreed that families bearing this esteemed title shall be accorded the utmost respect. These noble houses are graciously granted the privilege to maintain the largest contingent of house guards, numbering up to 10, should they so desire. These guards shall serve faithfully in the protection and service of their noble family, in addition to fulfilling their sworn duties within the Diraar. Secondly, those who hold the noble title of Virar with the second highest authority within our esteemed hierarchy are hereby granted the privilege to maintain a contingent of 8 house guards. These guards shall serve diligently in the protection and service of their talonnii, while also upholding their sworn duties within the Diraar. Standing as the third highest rank within the noble hierarchy is the esteemed title of Viro'nir. In recognition of their noble station, those who bear this title are graciously granted the privilege to maintain a retinue of 6 house guards. These loyal guardians shall serve diligently in the protection and service of their respective talonnii, upholding the honor and security of their noble households. Fourth in the esteemed hierarchy of nobility resides the title of Laura'vir. In recognition of their honorable station, those who bear this noble rank are graciously bestowed the privilege to retain 4 house guards within their service. These appointed guardians shall dutifully serve in the protection and honor of their respective talonnii, reinforcing the dignity and security befitting their noble lineage. Lastly, the noble rank of Laurir, signifying the initial step into the esteemed circles of nobility, grants the talonniis bearing this title the privilege to retain 2 house guards under their authority. These guardians shall serve faithfully, upholding the honor and security of their respective households, as befitting their entry into the ranks of Celia'nor's distinguished nobility. _______ MILITARY LAW IV Chapter I: CONDUCT AND DUTIES I. Under the solemn and immutable edicts of Celia'nor, it is proclaimed an irremediable sin and an unfathomable crime, beneath the sacred blessings of the stars, to conspire against the sovereign crown or to imperil the sanctified line of succession stemming from the noble direct blood lineage of Illarion Ibarellan. Let it be known that any soul who dares to commit such treachery shall invoke upon themselves the most severe and unforgiving penalties imaginable—judgments surpassing the harshest decrees of any realm, meted out without exception or mercy. The very heavens shall bear witness to their downfall, and their names shall be stricken from all records, condemned to oblivion for all eternity. Those adjudged guilty of the heinous crime of conspiring against the Crown through acts of attempted usurpation or assassination, no matter the identity, shall be met with the most severe of punishments. They shall first endure the severance of their eyes and tongue—emblematic of the covetous greed that once tainted their vision and the venomous words that spewed from their treacherous mouths. Following this symbolic reckoning, they shall face execution before the assembled populace, serving as a solemn testament to the dire consequences of betraying the sovereign and a stark warning to all who might harbor similar ill intent. Whosoever is found guilty of harboring even the mere intent to conspire against the illustrious Celian Crown—a transgression deemed among the gravest of sins imaginable—shall be swiftly and decisively apprehended by the Diraar, thereafter to be incarcerated pending further judgment. The dire punishments awaiting these nefarious traitors, who dare to contemplate threatening the sanctity of Celia'nor's sovereign realm, are thus decreed: a fine of 1000 mina; the severance of their tongue, symbolizing the treachery of their words; the forfeiture of both arms, the very instruments of their intended betrayal; twenty lashes administered before the eyes of the populace; and ultimately, banishment by edict of the presiding Royarch. Should the malefactor be unable to satisfy the imposed fine, they shall face the possibility of execution, as adjudicated by the Mordu'lar or by sovereign decree of the Royarch. Under the vigilant and sovereign gaze of Celia'nor, it is proclaimed that any individuals found to possess knowledge of conspiracies against the Celian Sovereignty of the illustrious House Ibarellan—yet who fail to reveal such treacherous information to the proper authorities—shall be sentenced to imprisonment at the behest of the Diraar. Furthermore, they shall incur a fine of 400 mina and endure 10 lashes administered before the eyes of the public, serving as a dire admonition to all. Depending upon the gravity of their concealment and the extent of their complicity, these culpable souls may also face the severe penalties of banishment or the forfeiture of a limb, as deemed just by the presiding authority. II. By the solemn decree of Celian law, it is proclaimed that to wield a slanderous tongue against the esteemed realm of Celia'nor—with the malicious intent to defame its sacred name and noble existence through deceit or unceasing insult—is considered a most grievous sin and ranks among the most heinous crimes one might commit. Such transgressions shall be met with the severest of punishments, befitting the gravity of the offense under the watchful gaze of the stars. Within the venerable annals of Celia'nor, it is proclaimed that to incite insult or disseminate defaming propaganda against our vital and sacred land—thereby fostering opposition and disparagement—is an offense of the utmost severity. This stern judgment serves to uphold the honor and sanctity of Celia'nor under the watchful blessings of the stars. III. To conspire against the Sovereign State of Celia'nor, with intent to bring about its downfall or overtaking its land, is deemed an act of utmost treachery and a grievous offense against the starlit realm. Such betrayal is regarded as utterly deplorable and stands as the gravest form of treason within the Celian law. Those found guilty of the heinous crime of treason, in the attempt to bring about the destruction or unlawful seizure of the sovereign lands of Celia'nor, shall face swift and unrelenting justice. The punishment for such an egregious offense is immediate execution, to be carried out without delay, and all co-conspirators shall likewise meet the same fate, ensuring that no treachery against the realm is left unpunished. Thus, the sanctity and dignity of all within Celia'nor are fiercely protected under the vigilant gaze of the stars. According to the Celian Legislature of Sovereign Law, the attempt upon, or successful slaying of, a noble of the realm is considered a most heinous and unforgivable transgression. Those found guilty of this grievous offense shall face swift and absolute death, delivered by the hand of the Mordu'lar or the Presiding Crown itself, in accordance with the full might and justice of the Celian law. No pardon nor leniency shall be afforded to those found guilty of this heinous crime. In accordance with the revered laws of Celia'nor, the audacious crime of impersonating royalty, be it through the wrongful claim of the Ibarellan name or the adoption of any guise to feign such lineage, is an offense most grievous. This affront to the sanctity of the Crown shall be answered solely with death, for such an act is deemed an unforgivable transgression against the realm's sovereign order. In accordance with the solemn edicts of Celia'nor, the act of impersonating any esteemed government official, be it a Councilor or a member of the Leyusil Congress, is regarded as a grievous offense against the realm's authority. Such justice will serve as a testament to the unwavering strength of Celia'nor and her people. In accordance with the sacred laws of Celia'nor, to violate a decree of banishment by re-entering the sovereign lands from which one has been rightfully exiled for a span of six to eight years, with the option of appeal only after such time, shall warrant the ultimate punishment. Those who dare defy this verdict shall meet death without hesitation, as a testament to the Crown’s unyielding authority and the preservation of order within the starlit realm. In the annals of Celia'nor, any attempt to corrupt the course of justice through witness tampering, be it by means of intimidation, threats, or bribery, is an offense of the highest degree. Under the sacred laws of Celia'nor, any desecration or harm brought upon the Celian flag—be it through burning, mockery, or other acts of disrespect and harm—shall be met with the gravest of consequences. The offender shall face either execution, depending on the severity of the crime, or banishment from the realm, alongside a fine of 800 mina and the forfeiture of their arms. Such an affront to the sovereignty of the starlit realm shall not be endured without righteous retribution. Under the sovereign laws of Celia'nor, any individual found harboring a fugitive who has been decreed banishmed or is marked for execution shall suffer a fate akin to that of the criminal they conceal. Such an offense shall be met with immediate banishment from the Celian realm, imposed for a duration of no less than eight years. No mercy shall be granted to those who defy the justice of the starlit realm by sheltering those condemned. Within the sacred edicts of Celia'nor, it is decreed that any government official, be they councilors or members of the congress, who are found guilty of misappropriating or embezzling funds entrusted to them for the betterment of the state, or unlawfully accessing the Nation’s treasury for personal gain, shall be brought before the sovereign court. Tried under the direct authority of the crown, such grievous offenders shall, upon conviction, face public execution, ensuring their treachery is made an example for all who may bear witness. Under the sovereign laws of Celia'nor, any individual found guilty of obstructing justice—whether by impeding, delaying, or interfering with a lawman or agent of the crown in the execution of their duties—shall face severe penalties. Depending on the nature and extent of the obstruction, the offender may be subjected to a fine of no less than 170 mina, imprisonment, and, in the most egregious cases, banishment from the realm or public execution. "What a joyous occasion!" Illyria hummed, "Though, I can ne help but feel aged now...." The Ibarellan would mindfully jest to herself whilst peering upon the harmonious missive "Lord Acaln'sae, llun ensure that they receive all the help necessary for the festivities! The annals of history shall surely recall this joyous day." She'd bellow out towards the noble Laurir Councilor, who upon a glance, seemingly remained rather preoccupied as he'd tirelessly continued the Celian construction efforts designed by the Lord Celius Cerusil... @imkenobi

Published; Upon the 19th of the Sun’s Smile, 1988 “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” _______ Under the celestial gaze, the realms of Hohkmat and Celia'nor have brokered peace through earnest negotiations, recognizing the errors of Hohkmat's past actions. The Academy of Hohkmat, in seeking to amend the breaches of trust and acts of aggression remembered by all, extends an olive branch of atonement to Celia'nor. By mutual consent, both sovereignties hereby bind themselves to a pact of non-aggression for the span of ten years, aspiring that peace shall steadfastly prevail, sustained by the grace bestowed by the watchful heavens. Terms of Non-Aggression In response to their grievous misdeeds and malignant intentions, the individuals known as Haus and the Lady-Magister Laurissa, are hereby decreed to suffer banishment from Hohkmat and Celia’nor forthwith. Moreover, they are condemned to meet their end by death, to be enacted through the solemn rites of extradition as tendered by Hohkmat. This is the justice ordained, and thus shall it be carried out. In response to the egregious offenses of unrelenting slander committed by various individuals within Hohkmat, whose words, laced with venom, sought to tarnish the esteemed name of Celia'nor and Lady Yera, it is decreed that the entity of Hohkmat shall make amends through a succession of public apologies within the expanse of the following two days, to be witnessed by all of Aevos. Moreover, those within the authority of the realm, are hereby commanded to formally retract their falsely conspired statements, crafted with the deliberate aim to besmirch the dignity of Celia'nor. This act of penance is mandated to restore the honor wrongfully tarnished by their actions. In light of the distressing revelation that darkspawn roam unchecked within the realm of Hohkmat, it is hereby decreed by the liege of Hohkmat that the esteemed knights of the Holy Blades of Talyiinism shall be granted unfettered passage throughout Hohkmat. This measure is taken as an earnest effort to facilitate the rigorous testing and expulsion of these malevolent beings, ensuring the restoration of peace and safety to the land. Let it be known that this provision is extended to bolster the defense of the realm and safeguard its inhabitants from the scourge of darkspawn. Arising from the egregious act of theft perpetrated against the Noble Lady Yera, wherein a sum of 3000 minas was unlawfully taken by elements within Hohkmat, it is decreed that restitution be made forthwith. The realm of Hohkmat shall redress this grave injustice by returning the stolen sum in full, and shall further compensate the land of Celia'nor with an additional 1000 minas. Moreover, as a gesture of penance and to reinforce the peace, Hohkmat shall also relinquish twenty complete sets of ferrum armor, with the accompanied weaponry and the following sum of ten complete sets of daemonsteel armor, inclusive of corresponding weaponry, and all remaining stores of their munitions. This act shall serve to restore the balance and demonstrate the earnestness of Hohkmat's commitment to rectifying the wrongs inflicted upon the Noble Lady and the sovereign realm of Celia'nor. In solemn acknowledgment of their past transgressions, the leaders of Hohkmat hereby vow henceforth to abstain from any participation or affiliation with entities opposed to the noble realm of Celia'nor. Moreover, they shall renounce and condemn all endeavors to malign or slander Celia'nor, thus striving to mend the fabric of trust frayed by their earlier actions. This commitment is made in the hope of forging a path of rectitude and renewed alliance under the vigilant gaze of the cosmos. Per the prior transgressions having taken place, the following parties agree, that should this extension of trust, vocalized through the aforementioned terms that reside in an effort of remedy between the once opposing lands become breached by any means through lack of adherence or blatant defiance, the momentary alliance shall be henceforth terminated and deemed expired upon the moment of discovery. ✵ _______ AY’PUERAN; Her Excellency, the Honourable Princess Royarch, Illyria Ibarellan, The Prophesied, The Reclaimer, and Phoenix of the Principality of Celia’nor SO KNOWN; Faeryel the Scholar, GRAND-MAGISTER, Sorceress-Queen, Hierophant of the Mysteries, Mistress of the Ziggurat of Hohkmat

AGREED BETWEEN THE CHURCH OF THE CANON & THE PRINCIPALITY OF CELIA’NOR on this 11th day of Joma & Umund of 535 E.S. The war against the Shadow is the War Eternal. As the holy venators of the Church of the Canon have brought the Holy Light’s cleanse to Kaethul and Hohkmat, now does it turn to the pall which besets the Principality of Celia’nor as an act of joint union when involving dire circumstances presented by the darkness that plagues Aevos. Agents and scions of the Shadow, uprooted and upturned by Church inquisitions across other lands and raids of the Order of the White Comet and Saint Jude upon Shadowspawn lairs across the north, have now sought unwelcomed paltry shelter in Elven lands. In tandem with the diraar beholden to Her Royal Majesty Princess Illyria Ibarellen of Celia’nor, so shall it be that the Shadow is expunged from her lands in haste. Ergo, so it is proclaimed and so it is agreed that for the duration of a sum of years: I. VINDICATIONS: The Pontiff and three chosen Celia’norian Diraar will be allowed to do joint investigation into any suspected citizens or visitor within the realm of the stars. II. DETENTION: Individuals suspected of possessing dark magics or powers, or individuals suspected of colluding with any such dark mage or creature, may be detained by the Pontiff and his chosen Celia’norian guards for investigation. III. EXECUTION: Should an individual be found as confirmed to possess dark magics or powers, or colludes with any such individual, it shall be the prerogative of The Pontiff and the three selected Celia’norian Diraars to execute them by way of judgment, or by way of defense with the joint effort and authorization of a Parir, Aneh’wy, Mordu’lar or the Princess. _______ ✵ AY’PUERAN; HIGH PRIEST Her Excellency, the Honourable Princess Royarch, Illyria Ibarellan, The Prophesied, The Reclaimer, and Phoenix of the Principality of Celia’nor Villorik vas Ruthern Patriarch Jorenus Commander of the Pontifical Guard

Whilst the Ibarellan would further in mourn upon the disdainful events that occurred to her cherished son, she would raise a drink in his dutiful respect along the side of the remainder of her somberly family. Their prayers would thenforth be passed unto the stars regarding this travesty, for they had hoped they might guide them amidst this trying time.

The Mourn of a Cerusil A hallowed gaze would befall the passage left unto her withered door... Tempest breeze passed through the very scape of the stricken Cerusil's abode through any crevice it might find... Thus, setting the somber stage that was to unfold whenst the former Mordu'lar would come to face the travesty that steadied in weight within the limp paper that resided in the scape of her grasp. As her gaze would come to travel the page, Senna's eyes would subtly tremble just as it had for the numerous letters that had come before it, entailing a similar fate that had befell an insurmountable sum of her cherished talonnii. Be it her sibling, cousin, or her own child, no soul would seemingly be spared of this heinous treachery... Hues of purple then forth would trickle from the flickering Cerusil's stare with a revolving cloudlike haze soon to follow that's tinge reflected the flickered embellishment of her gaze... Its existence sought suffocate the humble dormitory from where the Cerusil remained, similarly to the pained agony that ensued upon her very being.. When shall the death cease towards those she holds dear? Do the stars truly spite her? What God might truly relish in this undeserving damnation she couldn't help but fathom in question... And just as she had the former... The missive would be lit ablaze... Only ashes would remain upon her silent departure... A word not dared to be spoken in the trail of her midst
-
The former Ibarellan Royarch would humbly spare a kindred smile upon the notice of this declaration, may the future continue in prosperity she'd ever so pray
-
Illyria Ibarellan would bask upon the missive in lofted gaze, yet such would only linger for momentary pause before she'd begin moving forth unto her office where only then she'd begin to pen the occupancy of the Pheonix company.... "Quite a missive indeed." The Ibarellan would murmur in simplistic compliment towards her son's directive, whilst to accompany her hushed utterance to her sole being, a humored visage seemingly settled upon her. What is to come she'd wonder? Or would she. Regardless, she'd hardly remain in idle stead as she'd pivot elsewhere, in pursuit of the nobilic Cerusil of whom leads the Draga'ar company.

PROMOTION REQUIREMENT Published; upon the 10th of the First Seed of the year 169 amidst the Second Age. The concept of meritocracy has defined the history of our beloved nation. An idea that finds worth in its diligence and integrity, resulting in the successful establishment of the Celia'norian people as worthy enough to call themselves independent. Just as the belief in meritocracy has formed our nation, so too has the Celia'Diraar, locked hand in hand with the epic that is our history. Yet, as time shifts, the Celia'Diraar's status as a premier military force has wavered, yet the ideals of meritocracy in its ranks have not fallen derelict. Thus, it is necessary to reform the organizational structure of the Celia'Diraar to utilize our identity as a meritocratic institution through the Tilru System. Promotion Requirement Mordu’lar: Selected by the Royarch. Aneh-wy/Aneh-why: Selected by the Mordu’lar, must be a Parir. PARIR: Selected by the Mordul’lar, must be a Dion’sil or above. Pern’sew: 500 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar The Pern’sew is the highest rank a member of the Celia’diraar can achieve before being promoted to an officer. Being a Pern’sew denotes a member of the diraar as of one the most elite warriors in Celia’norian society. Pern’sews are typically first picks to fill new officer ranks and are often assigned to lead the vanguard of Celia’nor in battle. Okar’sohae: 300 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar The Okar’sohae are one of the most senior veterans within the Celia’diraar. Despite not being officers, they’ve spent years within the military and their rank commands the utmost respect from those below them. They’re often tasked with leading patrols or hosting minor training for the greater Celia’diraar. Many consider the Okar’sohae a midterm rank, as they’re the lower pool the Mordu’lar and Aneh-wy pull from when choosing new Parirs. DION’SIL: 150 Tilru The Dionsil are veteran warriors within the Celia'diraar who have proven their combat prowess and dedication. They have distinguished themselves through time served within the Celia'diraar and are expected to assist the Okar'sahae in training, enforcing officer orders, and keeping lower-ranking soldiers in good order. DIRAR: 50 Tilru The Diraar are the regular troops within the Celia'diraar who are trusted to police the city and outlying areas, and apprehend criminals within the borders. They have shown their worth as soldiers and are trusted on the battlefield, these troops take orders from the Parir and Aneh’wy as well as the occasional direct order from the Mordu’lar. They can also give basic orders to the Fiyem FIYEM: 0 Tilru The Fiyem are recruits - both magi and non-magi - who have just enlisted within the Celia'diraar and are thus the lowest rank of the Celia’diraar. They are often given the duties of simple guarding within the city and gate duty as well as following the lead of their superiors in more complicated situations. Once they take on Atheleons Mark they will need to continue to serve and prove their worth to eventually be promoted to the rank of Diraar or Seth'eyr. TILRU SYSTEM The Tilru System seeks to highlight the responsibilities and duties that any member of the Celia’diraar may undertake. Each responsibility or duty has a select amount of ‘Tilru’ allotted to it which can be used as a tool of measurement for the Mordu’lar and Aneh-wy to determine when a Diradi should be promoted. In addition to gaining ‘Tilru’, members of the Celia’diraar may lose it for poor performances, traitorous activities, and other behaviors that are unbecoming of a member of Celia’norian society. Published; On the Nineteenth of the Sun's Smile, of Year 158 upon the Second Age “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” "Coin, the silken thread that weaves the fabric of fortune." I. The Acaln’sae Tale II. The Symbolism of the Ram III. The Values of the Acaln’sae IV. Familial Traits _______ In the storied annals of the Principality of Celia'nor lies a tale woven with threads of hardship, resilience, and triumph—the saga of the Acaln'sae, a family once obscured in the mists of obscurity, now adorned with the laurels of nobility… Their odyssey embarked during an epoch shrouded in impoverishment, their lineage deeply entwined with the fading remnants of their erstwhile abode in Almaris. The Acaln'sae, once hailed as artisans of the tailor's craft, found themselves ensnared as feeble prey to the unrelenting currents of misfortune… In solemn tale, this lamentable saga began with their chosen vocation, an art that, much to their dismay, starkly mismatched their innate aptitudes and suffered glaring undervaluation, despite their earnest toil. Consequently, this ill-fated circumstance plunged them into disrepute among their peers, who, with cruel intent, declared the Acaln'sae as objects of ridicule within their society. Enduring ceaseless torment fueled by an overbearing sense of superiority, their once-esteemed peers spewed forth venomous remarks without hesitation, relishing in their amusement at the expense of the Acaln'sae. Even the faintest interest in their preference for cigars and a yearning for a more opulent life against daunting odds served to distance the Acaln'sae further from society's embrace, branding them as ignorant and naive in the eyes of a serpent-like public, accused of ignorance about their place in the world. And thus, amidst the swirling tempests of their existence—whether it be the unending decline of their inept and unprofitable tailoring trade, which relentlessly condemned them to impoverishment, or the ceaseless persecution they endured at the hands of a venomous public, whose scorn aimed to elevate themselves by abasing the Acaln'sae—torment seemed an eternal companion. Yet, as if the celestial stars themselves found grim amusement in their plight, tragedy struck the beleaguered Acaln'sae once more with unforgiving brutality. A plague, a merciless reaper, descended upon their prior lands in perilous detriment, but the Acaln'sae household was especially afflicted for it claimed its victims without discrimination among their household. It commenced with Ulrond Acaln'sae, the elder and erstwhile patriarch of the forsaken kin, and as if without a seam of hesitance, it swiftly seized the remaining five adults of the dwindling Acaln'sae lineage, including Aldon Acaln'sae, who would later be revered as Ronan Acaln'sae's father. The very fabric of hope within their humble abode was rented asunder. The once-hopeful Acaln'sae offspring found themselves orphaned, bereft of elders lost to the merciless plague, leaving behind naught but emaciated children—haunting specters of their former selves. _______ _______ Whilst the cruel tribulations that befell the Acaln'sae offspring, cast aside and abandoned within the tattered confines of their crumbling homestead, the haughty masses, who found mirth in sealing off the destitute like the Acaln'sae, ensconced them within hallowed walls. These abodes, then but a desolate haunt of their decaying forebears, were erected to shield the privileged echelons from the harrowing specter of the "Plague of Peasants," despite possessing the means to repel this vile malady, unlike their fellow brethren dwelling in the downtrodden slums. The weeks bled into one another, ensnaring the Acaln'sae within their abodes-turned-prisons, their spirits dampened by the reek of mortality that clung to the air, devoid of sunlight and plagued by the incessant gnawing of hunger that beset their emaciated forms. As the chilling embrace of winter drew near, casting an icy pallor upon the nights, those impoverished children found themselves bereft of warmth, unable to stave off the encroaching cold. Many, dwelling in similar destitution within the slums, met a fate akin to entrapment within their own dwellings, succumbing to the frigid embrace of the frost, their forsaken abodes becoming their icy sepulchers, lying undisturbed and forgotten for years to come. Yet, amid this bleak tableau, a spark of resolve ignited within young Ronan Acaln'sae, a mere twelve years in age and now orphaned alongside his three siblings following weeks of oppressive captivity. Undeterred by the pervasive decay and despair, Ronan laid his hands upon a relic from his deceased father's grasp—an aged hoe, once wielded to till the fields that once nourished their family ere the elders' untimely demise. While armed only with this solemn heirloom of his father's toil, the twelve-year-old and his siblings summoned the remnants of their strength, frail though it was, to labor fervently for escape within their earthen-floored abode. Two grueling days of ceaseless toil yielded fruit—a passageway, a clandestine route to freedom, emerged from the earth, carved out by their unwavering determination and tireless efforts in the dead of night, a glimmer of hope amidst their bleak circumstances. _______ _______ The departure from their desolate abode heralded a transformative juncture—a testament to endurance, an odyssey of deliverance embarked upon by the emaciated and once-confined siblings, led by the resolute Ronan Acaln'sae. Their meandering path led them for an approximate span of two weeks, guiding them from the fringes of civilization into the heart of the woods. Here, amid the verdant embrace, they beheld the sun's rays for the first time since the onset of the harrowing "Plague of Peasants." However… It became evident that their prolonged absence from its nurturing glow rendered their pallid, ash-gray complexions susceptible to burns, a testament to their unaccustomed vulnerability to its fervent radiance amidst the chilling temperatures, a stark reminder of their sequestered existence. But as if they hadn’t been forsaken enough, yet another trial beset them—a profound ignorance in the ways of foraging sustenance from the bounties of nature became a matter of realization, whether through scavenging or the craft of hunting they were ignorant to all. The orphaned and enfeebled Acaln'sae children grappled with these fundamental skills, as their survival hinged upon mastering the wilds as they pressed deeper into the daunting woods… It was once overcoming these tribulations and enduring their discomforts, their journey guided them to the threshold of an aheral couple dwelling in a humble, remote hamlet. It was almost as though by some providence or turn of fate, the compassionate hearts of the couple opened wide to embrace these downtrodden children, welcoming them into their hearth as though they were progeny of their own without a mere modicum of hesitance to the children’s bewilderment. Thus began a tender period, spanning the ensuing seven months, during which the couple devotedly ministered to the scarred Acaln'sae descendants, nursing them back from the very brink of mortality in which they narrowly faced. _______ _______ Following their convalescence, the Acaln'sae children reveled in newfound comfort, a luxury unknown to them for a span of time they could scarcely recollect. This resurgence in vitality was met with unanimous gratitude from the children, who regarded the elderly couple as surrogate grandparents and their ultimate saviors. Thus, buoyed by their revitalized health, the children convened to express their immense gratitude and offered their assistance to the couple, aspiring to foster an enduring bond. Ronan, in particular, fervently championed the notion of aiding the couple, viewing it as an honorable debt owed for the selfless act that had saved their lives. Initially, the couple demurred, refusing the children's offer, for they deemed it inappropriate to instill a sense of obligation in the hearts of these grateful young souls. Moreover, they considered the children as their own, having grown deeply fond of them since their arrival. Yet, after contemplation, the elderly merchants acquiesced to the proposal. Thus commenced an apprenticeship, wherein the children became the protégés of the elderly couple, joining them in their mercantile pursuits and voyages across realms aboard their modest cart, while imbibing the wisdom of commerce. Thus beginning their refinement of the merchant trade. As time coursed through the annals, the Acaln'sae blossomed and burgeoned under the wing of their guardians, fashioning a surrogate kinship that mirrored familial bonds. Their spirits, imbued with hope, relished in the oasis of tranquility and achievement that emerged through the erudition gleaned from the sagacious teachings of their aged caretakers. Surprisingly adept at imbibing the intricacies of the merchant trade, the Acaln'sae found a natural inclination toward these newfound skills, a stark departure from their family's erstwhile pursuit in tailoring. _______ _______ However, the capricious hand of fate played another disheartening card; time ushered the elderly couple to their celestial abodes, leaving the young Acaln'sae bereft yet resolute. Ronan, particularly, took up the mantle, an unwavering torchbearer honoring the legacy of their mentors, steering the family forward along the path paved by their venerable guides. Motivated by an unwavering vow to shun destitution forever, the Acaln'sae embarked on a relentless odyssey through diverse realms, spanning the ensuing 15 years upon their mentors' passage. Their singular pursuit? To refine their commercial acumen and accumulate fortunes beyond the scope their forebears could have envisioned, steadfast in their determination to never revisit the shadowed valleys of deprivation that had once been their former realm. Emblazoned within their ethos and endeavors, their maxim— "Coin, the silken thread that weaves the fabric of fortune"—stood as a guiding light, engrained deep within their principles and choices among their pursuits. After fifteen years dedicated to mastering their craft—whether through the finesse of their marketing stratagems, the expansion of their extensive merchandise displayed within their cart-like shop, or the refinement of their persuasion techniques—the Acaln'sae found themselves at the gates of Celia'nor, a realm pulsating with opulence and diversity, a stark contrast to the land that once bore witness to their suffering. Their attention was magnetically drawn to this resplendent realm, as if guided by the hand of destiny itself. In what seemed a fleeting moment, the now-seasoned family unanimously agreed that they had discovered a newfound haven, embracing the manifold prospects for advancement and prosperity within Celia'nor's bounds. Ronan, ascending through the echelons of power, became an indispensable figure in the governance of the realm. He adorned the title of Councilor within the Royal Council, holding the esteemed position as the Princess Royarch's right hand. With earnest intent, he dedicated himself to fostering Celia'nor's continual expansion, its infrastructure development, and the flourishing of its very essence. Published; On the Eleventh of the First Seed, of Year 158 upon the Second Age “ilMaehr'sae Ilkun'ehya” "It is on this day with a resolute mind and a steadfast heart in the interest of our realm this addressment shall be made to that of all of whom it may concern. It is with gravity and determination that we, as a nation, elect to withdraw from the tempestuous throes of the world-engulfing war that besets many distant lands. Henceforth, our nation shall assert its neutrality for the remaining span of this conflict. With our resources depleted, our treasury strained, and our populace imperiled, we shall no longer subject our people to the perils of a war that bears no claim upon their lives and promises them naught in return. The focus of Celia'nor, during this era of respite from strife, shall be directed towards the rekindling of our cultural flame, a revival steeped in the essence of our heritage. Moreover, we shall devote our endeavors to the renaissance of the diminishing legacy of our Elven brethren, recognizing them as integral components of our realm, deserving of priority and safeguarding. Our commitment to these pursuits shall not waver. This decision is not one borne of hostility towards others, but rather a testament to the sacred oath of the crown, ensuring the welfare and prosperity of our people above all else. It is my solemn duty to safeguard the vitality of their lives. Thus, with this decree, we sever our connections to the war, appealing to the celestial bodies for an end to the torrents of bloodshed that may besmirch these hallowed lands once more." ✵ _______ AY’PUERAN; Her Excellency, the Honourable Princess Royarch, Illyria Ibarellan, The Prophesied, The Reclaimer and Phoenix of the Principality of Celia’nor
