(one of) the most painful way to die-
Imagine someone pulling out all of your toenails, getting a metal razor (like the ones use for shaving[the real small ones]) then slicing the fleshy bit of your toe very slowly, then once hes done with that, he would tie you up to a chain set to slowly lower you into a vat of acid...
