Added a new modpack version. Good for those who can't get the installer working, would like modpack to be seperate from native .minecraft folder, and includes a flavor that has UIG removed, fixing the esc crash error on Macs.

1.3's out, but the Texture Packs aren't updated, the Bukkit Plugins aren't updated, the custom plugins aren't updated and nor is Hawk's Modpack
