  1. If you can't do it MCly, you can't rp. Magic is about RPing it, not using pvp to represent it. But as magic is a thing on lotc, just continue rping it I guess? I assume this means no insta-armouring, swimming with armour on, using a bow in water, etc, is now considered power-gaming like we used to. But what about PvP? can you still do these in pvp?
  2. If you adventure closer to Nerezza, you hear sounds of iron clanking at each other. There would seem to be training occurring in the courtyard. Posters would be hung up on the notice board, it would state. The Leidang of Nerezza Nerezza, one bigger remaining settlements that stood under the Koningreich of Aesterwald which has now fallen. Nerezza was first built as a home for the Faolain clan, a group of fighters and warriors who used to be mercenaries. Now the clan is more like a family but they’re still heavily based on combat training. As Nerezza grew and people moved into the castle and the town beneath A leidang was formed for other people who wished to fight along the Clan’s side. Nerezza itself is ruled by Lord Bonehill while his brother is the Chieftain of the Clan and Brandt, the Ráoningar is in charge of the Leidang. The Ráðningar The Ráðningar is the leader of the Leidang, the Ráðningar is directly responsible for all affairs regarding the Leidang and it’s members. The elder council of Clan Faolain is constantly influencing the Ráðningar’s actions. This rank is currently held by: Brándt Fáóláinsøn (alphrix) The Enlisted Command Huskarl The Huskarl. The most proven warriors of the Leidang. Able to access the armour stores and, in the absence of the Ráðningar they may control the Leidang. They're the elite, war-hardened warriors of the Leidang. They've proven themselves multiple times on the field of battle. They've the respect of the lower ranks and the leaders. Normally these men bare a huge amount of arm-rings given to them by the Ráðningar, this shows their prowess. Also normally have their own necklace to show their rank. Shield-Maiden The female warriors of the Leidang. These women have proved themselves within the Leidang. They're able to have the same power as a Huskarl. Each of these women have a number of arm-rings and also will have a necklace showing they're this rank, they've the support of the men and the women of the county and are also the private guards of the leaders. The Main Regiment Thegn These are the warriors who proved themselves to be worthy individuals on the field. Thegn’s are the backbone of the Leidang. They have proved their abilities and commitment to the Leidang, many men stay at this rank but continue to develop their ‘character’. Drengr Drengr are the new members of the Leidang this is a temporary period (minimum two weeks) which they are to learn to fulfill the certain requirements before being regarded as a Thegn. Drengr are provided with a set of chain armour and either a sword, battleaxe and a bow. They are to do tests and training to assure the Leidang that they are at a standard of a Thegn, before they climb the ranks. Special ranks Merkismathr Only one may hold this rank within the clan. The Champion, anyone within the ranks may hold this, whether it be the Ráðningar or the a Drengr. They're the best warrior and may show their worth within honor duels. Anyone within the clan may try to grab this rank within Tournaments held by the Chieftain. They do not gain any rank within the military structure, but have the respect of the warriors and maybe used to fight other clans. Perks of being within the Leidang Within the Leidang. Each man may get a weekly set of armour, a sword or axe depending on their preferences and also a shield for battle. They will also get a bunk, a room with a chest as well they may have as much ale as they wish for. The people within the Leidang will also have the respect of the leaders. They will gain brethren ship from this. Huskarls will also have access to the horses of the Leidang. 3. Anyway. Yey! more plots! But what's with the expansions? First of all, is it X blocks added to the total area or X blocks added to the radius of the plot? I'd like to expand my region, or well at first I'd like to merge my 3 regions which are all next to eachother. I have the money and the resources for it, but NOPE, it's not worth it. At least not in my case.
  4. Make sure the picture isn't too big. If it's the upload that doesn't work put in on imgur for example and copy the Url from the picture and import it that way. I've had problems with changing picture as well.
  5. A letter is pinned to one of the notes left around. "Greetings, I am willing to sell my avanite(quartz) as well as my glowstone to you. If you're interested visit Nerezza or send a letter to Nerezza with my name on it to make sure it is delivered to me, I also plan to sell it for a rather cheap price." Daren Bonehill, Lord of Nerezza.
  6. Make a small wall around the road so you don't get knocked off the road as easily, and people can knock them out of the road and by that way be able to camp the runner if he'd try to get on the road he'd get killed more quickly as the one chasing can follow his movements better and start clicking even before the runner steps back on the road.
  7. 1. 501Warhead 2. Dizzy 3. Kai 4. -snip- 5. Gigarun 6. Husky and Giga 7. Benboboy
  8. "I wouldn't have problem with the Akovians and Raevir if I could see the bandits, mainly Vladovs hung. And that if they would calm down with the church propaganda. I used to be friends with some of them?(Mostly oocly, but I think some people still play their old characters.)" "The Akovians are much like the Carrions used to. Only difference is that the Carrions wanted me and my warriors to /help/ them and offered money, and they did help and had a fine relationship. While these Raevir, or Akovians, hunt us because most of the church. Well at least that goes for the Order of Saint Amyas, but perhaps the Akovians only hate us because we're a vassal to Aesterwald?" "About the church it's the Order of Saint Amyas who is worse. Using it as an excuse to kill and crucify. But they aren't exactly Akovians are they? They're just aiding them in war." "So why do we fight eachother? Why do the Akovians care what Aesterwald is doing? They were never a threat to you, the Vladovs angered Aesterwald with their raiding in the North. Hell I'd love to fight on the side of the Raevir, only if we fought the undead and not ourselves." - Daren Bonehill
  9. Looks good, the name is suspicious but I'd take it as a joke. +1
  10. I will literally strangle who did this. I had been building for hours and it was literally the only time I actually felt like building on it. "Alright let's get this done!" And now it's all gone.
  11. A reply is left to the writer "I believe some of the information is false. Zaviel for example is definately not a necromancer, I know he is some kind of mage but Necromancer he is not. For I would have purged him with fire ages ago if it were true. I suggest you gather more information and evidence before you do anything official."
  12. A letter sealed with Lord Bonehill's mark is delivered to Satomi by a messenger from Nerezza. "The to be opened new military organisation of Nerezza or it's current Leidang could need someone like you. I will pay for your service, you'll have your own quarters, access to armour, weapons and pretty much anything you'd need for your work and duties. Nerezza is a county in the Northern Mountain's region and is a vassal to Aesterwald. The new military will be a formal organisation, while the Leidang is mainly brutal warriors, most of them being apart of the Faolain Clan. If you're interested please send a letter to Nerezza or Aesterwald and it will be delivered to me. I would be glad to see you among us. Sincerely, Lord Daren Bonehill of Nerezza." -A sktech of the castle in Nerezza has been drawn on the letter-
