To be honest a bandit war (which is between my men and Wrath's) was in my opinion a pretty original idea, that could in fact have a big impact on Asulon. This would centralize many of the servers bandits under one rule, which could in fact be really beneficial for the quality of bandits and the frequency in which people "MINA OR DIE". My men are forbidden from robbing for mina, period; the only time we've ever made mina off of our villainy is from holding people hostage and assuming positions as corrupt guards for a town for the better part of a month. Don't assume that all bandits are one dimensional assholes who are only interested in your money, in most cases, especially that of my men, it is just untrue. Otherwise, yes, I agree that there are far too many villains that simply say, "mina or die", but I do NOT agree that that bandits are bad roleplayers.

Towns will burn, Castles will fall, villages will be razed. There are no rules in this engagement. There are no innocents in this war. The Bandit War has begun. The famous bandit and experienced villain Wrath has refused to submit his group The Keepers to the numerically superior Hallowed Bandits. Both sides have members previously aligned to the other, with all members being seasoned veterans of death and torture. ((All Participants have villain applications) Loyalties will be broken, and the result will change Asulon forever. http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/39863-a-message-to-wrath/ ((I've asked Pok permission to use his war thread idea, major battles and developments will be posted here.)) Combatants The Hallowed Bandits - 17 armed bandits - 5 Slaves - The Hallowed Keep Wrath's Keepers - 12 armed bandits - Wrath's Clutch Rules of Engagement As stated, there are no restrictions to tactics which either side uses in order to achieve victory, we are all bandits, outlaws of society, the laws of wars and chivalry do not apply to us. (To the extent of your villain applications of course) The Spoils The winner will receive: - The entire remaining membership of the loser - All resources and estates of the losing party - The title of "The Bandit King" (Unofficial of course) Developments Ahad, 15th of The Amber Cold, 6: With the victory at Wraths Clutch, The Keepers now match the Hollowed Bandits in equipment and manpower. Ahad, 1st of MAlins Welcome, 7: The war is finally over, with an alliance being formed between Wrath and Prince against the town of Andromeda. Battle 1: Skirmish at the Cloud Forest Hallowed Bandit Victory Prince woke with a sudden gasp, regaining his senses. He was still at the Cloud Temple. He sighs, looking to his side and seeing Fenrir and Thrive brandishing their weapons. He nuzzles himself into his chestplate and tries to sleep again. Thrive nudges him, "Boss, there they are.". Prince looks up, grinning under his red bandanna at the sight of Wrath and his goons, making their way over to them. Standing up to his full height, Wrath immediately recognizes him. "Ye best not follow us.", he warns. Both sides knew what was coming, and Prince simply states, "Not here.", regarding the holy ground he was standing on. Wrath shrugs, and walks down the road to Elven land, Prince and his men following. They followed them out to a narrow area, where the two bandit groups silently watched each other. Rain began falling, soaking the men. The fight ensues. - Prince pulls his sword out of the last opponent, grinning. "VICTORY!", he shouts as he points his bloody sword to the clouds. His men do likewise, and they begin the walk back to their fortress. Little do they know that the war is far from over... Battle 2: Siege of Wrath's Clutch Keepers Victory Prince coughs up blood, groaning. He opens his eyes, seeing the high ceiling and visceral decoration of the cloud temple. He looks around him, and sees more then a dozen of his friends, laying wounded and dying. He tries to recall the events that lead up to the horrendous defeat... As he rallied his men, Prince is surprised to see a party of orcs, diamond clad and armed to the teeth arrive. Expecting a fight, he pulled out his weapon and beckoned for his men to do likewise. "STOMP WRATH!" yelled one orc, Prince smiled, they had come as allies. Expecting an easy fight, Prince and his new allies marched onto the Clutch, but what they found was far from a simple victory.... ...Prince shakes his head, as if to remove the memory of crippling defeat from his mind. Wrath had utterly crushed him, and the war was now farther then ever from resolution. Wrath had far more men then he had expected, and the armor and weapons his men had dropped would supply them for years. Stumbling out of his bed, he begins to inspect his injured friends. Battle 3: Siege of the Hallowed Keep Draw The deciding factor had come, if Wrath could take the Hallowed Keep, the Bandit War would be over, and he would be the Bandit King. He looked upon the high outer walls of the mountain fortress. Behind it, Prince, and his men. Grinning with malice under his helm, he lets forth a war cry, and rallies his men to battle. The fight lasted for hours, with losses for both sides. However, finally Wrath decides to retreat, realizing that any victory would be pyrrhic. The defenders weakly cheer, having also lost many men. The war is coming to a close quite obviously, both sides have suffered. One final battle will most likely decide it all. ((Stay tuned for updates and results of major battles, any diplomatic resolutions made, feel free to respond to this in character.))

You see a note nailed a to a bulletin board A letter to Wrath and the "Keepers" WE grow tired of standing by and watching you take what is rightfully ours WE are the masters of crime and banditry, WE will control the villains of Asulon Hear this Wrath, you may have been dominant in the Aegis with the Clutch, but the tables have turned. We greatly outnumber you and give you only one warning. Sumbit, surrender the new Wraths Clutch to us, as well as yourself and your men, and we will spare you. Should we refuse, we will have no choice but to attack, and destroy you. You have one elven week to respond. -Signed, Prince

Attention Bandits, Killers, And Thugs Of Asulon

(The idea of a banditry group is not an original one. You could say that you are copying Wraths group, as his was formed MUCH before the wolf pack. This IS part of Wraths group, so you could say that you are copying us.We do not have ranks, titles, goals, or even a name. Half the fun of running a guild anyway is to compete with other guilds, not to constantly go to other guild threads and claim that they are 'stealing' your completely unoriginal idea of starting a gang of bandits.) We do not consider any group like us, big or small, a legitimate threat; and if you feel like you can take us, feel free to try. We do not fear you, and spit at your very proposition of false friendship. If you cross us, you will regret it. -

Our member list in not your business. You will defiantly have heard of a few though. -
This Goes Out To All Those Villains Out There Tired of working alone? Getting caught and jailed? Sick of keeping company with amateurs, traitors, and cowards? If so, you've come to the right place to remedy that. We don't have an official name, or goal. But we take what we want, when we want it. No army scares us, we bend our knee to no monarch, we bow our heads to no gods. The only loyalty we owe is loyalty to one another. We are our own rulers and we want you to share the experience with us. To any man or woman that reads this, know that we are bad people. Murderers, thugs, thieves, sadistic psychopaths, is what defines us. And we are proud of the fact. If you are someone that fits in with people like us, then perhaps you could earn a spot. But that place is earned with blood, yours, or that of others. We are well armed, well protected, and well situated. You will be safe if you join us. If this sounds good to you, then let the trials begin. In order to apply, you MUST have a villain application with at least 2a. Also please note, that being accepted on the forums DOES NOT mean you are in the gang, we are EXTREMELY selective, including only the most professional villains, and in order to earn a spot, a series of in game trials must be performed. Our standards are very high, we have some of the servers best bandits and such in our ranks, so if you even doubt your rp and villain abilities I would refrain from posting. If you would like to PM me your app then feel free to do so. Name: Race: Previous line of work: Experience in your field of evil: Weapon efficiency (Include levels): Other skills besides fighting: Do you hold loyalty to any other kingdom, guild, or person: Open Response Questions (Respond to the scenarios as if your character were in the situation): You are attacking an elven town with five of your friends, the town guard and most of the population manage to retreat to the town keep. The walls are high and the gate is strong, but you have in your possession three elven villagers. What is your course of action? As you walk down the road to Renatus with a friend, you see two unarmed human villagers pass by. Your friend wants to kill them all, what is your course of action? You walk into a bakery to see a drunk patron and the bored storekeeper. The drunk man comes up to you and beings insulting you. What do you do? OOC FORM: Minercaft name: Timezone: Do you have Teampspeak: Are you a donator (Doesn't much matter, but at this time, donators are mostly the only ones on the server): What evils are on your villain application?: Link to villain application:
