Oghren will be taking over as Head Architect. Also there will be some serious changes to the running of the guild soon. I will be adding in a new set of rules and ways to prove you knowledge and grow as engineers. ((Basically I will be drafting up some rules, but also I am implementing a new point system that is still being worked on. It will have ways to earn points that will go towards ranks and give more freedom with learning.   15. Smoke billows from the Oren Grain Silo and peasants and nobles alike rush to put it out. The braver souls rush right in and begin to stomp on the fires. By the time the fire is distinguished a large crowd had gathered. Very little damaged had been done but it was still a disturbing event. The crowd scattered around looking for any sign of who did this. A short dwarf in black and red armor swiftly approaches a sigh laying in the grass. The sigh reads " You can never kill the Syndicate." and nailed to it is a roughly torn red cloth. The crowd regathers around the sigh and the more well armored citizens go off in search of the Syndicate who did this. The dwarf steps from the crowd smirking and waltzes off without being taken to much notice. (I got distracted and was busy trying not to get caught so if anyone has any more screenshot I appreciate them for this post)

  20. The Engineers of Urguan History The Engineers of Urguan were officially founded when the Grand Council was reformed. Upon the Promotion of Nalro Grayhammer to the Grand Council Position of Lord Baron, Nalro left Dominic Irongut in charge of the Engineering guild as well as the Dwarven siege weapons and fleet. Dominic retained the position when the Dwarven Counsel was reformed and he was given a set as the Master Engineer. Since then the Dwarves have been constructing and using their inventions both domestically and for war. Ranks The cog system dictates rank advancement (Cogs are basically points or tokens) 1. Tinkerer 0 Total Cogs 2. Machinist 25 Total Cogs 3. Deviser 50 Total Cogs 4. Engineer 125 Total Cogs 5. Dynamicist 250 Total Cogs 6. Draughtsman 375 Total Cogs 7. Master Engineer 500 Total Cogs Special Ranks: Legendary Engineer- The past Grand Master Engineers and Master Engineers of great renown, skill, and dedication. Heads of the Paths-These are the wise teachers. They are the best at their chosen path and pass on their knowledge to the low ranks. Grand Master Engineer- The leader of the guild. He manages the guild and holds a position on the counsel. Proficiency in Paths: Apprentice- 25 Cogs Adept- 75 Cogs Master- 150 Cogs Engineering Paths When a one earns cogs the cogs fall into one path from the 5 available. Redstone Architectural Industrial Naval Siege An engineer may earn up to 150 cogs in each path. This means an engineer may then earn as many as 750 cogs. Point System Mentorship: 10 cogs upon completion Being taught: 2 cogs per lesson Write a work of engineering literature: 5 cogs Demonstrating to a Path Head or Grand Master Engineer knowledge learned on own. ((Must provide screenshots of rp investigation and learning or if a backstory a good written backstory)) - Cogs vary on amount and quality (WIP) Rules: All Engineers: Do not steal items from the guild Do not steal ideas from your fellow engineers Respect those of higher rank Any engineer found to be selling dwarven schematics or technology to enemies of the Dwarven Nation will have their possessions seized and they will be executed. Any dwarven engineer practicing engineering but is not part of the guild is subject the the seizer of schematics, technology, and property and will be labeled as a rogue engineer and a criminal. None-Dwarf Engineers: Non-dwarfs may join the guild Non-dwarfs may not learn siege Non Guild Memebers Anyone found to be selling dwarven schematics or dwarven designed technology will be seen as a enemy to the guild and the Dwarven Nation. Anyone in possession of dwarven schematics or technology without proper documentation will have the schematic or piece of technology seized.
