*Fliers are pinned up around the dwarven capital ~NOTICE~ Tog's failure to hand over the official ledgers for the guild requires new ones to be made. Anyone who has applied since about the end of Tog leadership till this point will need to apply on the new application which has been posted and circulated as of several elven days ago. *A stack of applications is pinned up next to the notices. Link An activity check is being issued to help get the new ledgers up to date. All guild members must either send a bird to Dom Irongut, pin a note to one of the notices, or simply send in a new application. I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience this causes all my fellow engineers but things are out of my hands and this was the easiest way to get an accurate ledger for the guild. The guild hall has reached the level of finished to allow for projects to begin. Anyone seeking to have their project ideas reviewed for approval or to seek the aid of the guild should send requests via bird to Dom Irongut ((Shot me a message on the Forums)). A system for an elven monthly engineering competition within the guild is being worked on to help get more projects and inventions completed. More will be posted when it is finished. Keep a lookout for more notices WARNING: The next person to break into the engineering guild hall will be severely punished! ((Serously whoever keeps doing to stop. You're mining through walls and digging up tunnels I have collapsed. It is in no way rp, and just because there isn't a region to stop you doesn't give you a right to do it.)) ~Master Engineer Dominic Irongut

O:*:O:*:O Da Klazrel Barimmar O:*:O:*:O The Engineers of Urguan were officially founded when the Grand Council was reformed. They appointed Nalro Greyhammer as the first guild-master. The guild was then left in the hands of Dominic Irongut. Nalro Greyhammer was then reelected to position of guild-master. After the disappearance of Nalro, Rehki Irongut, was given the position. Due to inactivity he was removed. The guild was reformed and put under management of Yemekar's Pick. Then the guild was moved back to being a single guild. When Tog Irongrinder stepped down, Dom Irongut was again put into the position of guild-master. Engineers are payed per project done, and by the amount of work done on said project. Ranks: Neophyte: New engineer who wishes to learn the art. Are given basic redstone training, if needed. Apprentice: Has some basic knowledge of engineering, and chose their specialization. Engineer: Competent in their area of specialization, and are assigned to a work group. They are responsible for teaching new guild members. They can act as Lead Field Engineers, if needed. Senior Engineer: Can work on larger, more advanced projects. They are responsible for leading a work group of their specialization. They can lead small projects, and are expected to be able to plan them with little assistance. They teach apprentices, and can learn additional specializations. Master Engineer: They lead large projects and oversee the senior engineers. They draft plans for large projects and assign a Senior Engineer to act as a foreman for a project. They are expected to be well trained in all areas of specialization. Currently, Yemekar's Pick acts as the Master Engineer. Specializations: Note: Choosing a specialization does not force you to work in that form of engineering, choose one that interests you. Redstone: Everything from traps to piston doors! Siege Weaponry: Catapults, trebuchets and more! Weapon and Equipment Development: Design and develop new equipment and arms! Naval Engineer: Shipbuilding! Civil Engineer: Bridges, docks, Aqueducts, and Printing presses! Roster Link Apply Link

None of these have managed to solve the problem for me. From what I've managed to find googling the issue, I believe the solution is to use the number ip, ex. 232.2424.2424:132, instead of the text ip.

He then says* "Ah can try an use ma magic ta melt it all back tugethah." *As he is speaking has gathers a small pile of the dust and moves it way before summoning a small fire on it so see its reaction*
