To my knowledge your character isn't currently approved to use the magic that he is said to have. In order to make sure that is noted and approved make a self-taught application and follow the questions within. This can further be explained in rule 15 in the magic application rules. Afterwards given your character is approved he may then be able to teach with an application such as the one you posted here, but with a link to your application. However from now you must wait 24 hours until you apply the next time. Message me if you have any further questions pertaining to this, and good luck.

Your explanation for the magic isn't too descriptive of the entirety of what it can do or how it may work. Some of it doesn't align with the lore directly. The way your character learned is also a bit shifty, I would recommend seeking out a teacher concerning that much.
