As for telekinesis, you seem very unsure of who taught you such; you should seek out those you can to try and figure who taught you during that time, if even briefly. After that, feel free to make an MA with confirmation to the other two magics; though for now Water Evocation is the only art your character is approved for.

The warclaim is concluded, with Side A (Oren Loyalists & Allies,) rising as the victor. This warclaim is completed. They may now decide to siege either Barrowyck or Vanaheim. 

In this case I do agree that we need to work on communication, there was an issue with such during this circumstance between Urasept and the rest of the team, but otherwise contact was fairly solid. The halflings are being removed from the land due to several past warnings about inactivity and were given the land in the first place in the term that they would have to be consistently active on it in order to keep it. Nonetheless the land was surveyed several times in order to check for this activity, but none was ever present. To allow it would be disregarding the precedent set in place for the rest of the server. No one is exempt from this, and its meant to continue ensuring that activity is met with the server and its appointed settlements.

There've been several issues concerning this situation such as targeting staff verbally through different mediums. This was a decision made after multiple warnings about inactivity as mentioned above, a standard everyone is being held to. This is nothing different from other situations should activity become an issue. As I've said before when talking to multiple of the players involved with this, I am sorry that it is inconvenient for those few who do wish to remain active on said land, and I would help within reason. Nothing is being outright done to present anything horrible, and the active halflings may go to another place to bolster activity there, rather than on the land privately owned that defies the rules set out for other nations and settlements. If anyone is concerned about this and would rather talk about it on a more private forum my Skype is Slic3man, I'm hoping things can eventually settle down dealing with this situation and that it will not be embellished to be more than it is. Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Created by a relic of long ago, the Wraiths are formulated by the Necromantic arts, influencing their form and tearing them asunder to render them into their half-ethereal forms. They are the pinnacle of Necromancy, and often times the most experienced, proving to be a worthy adversary to many. They've many attributes that assist them in their doings, but they are often solitary lest their goals call for more, as they are free willed and not bound to any one thing.

I'm fairly confident that you can play this without the need for a race lore as its an already existent race (Humans.) Lore isn't really necessary, even if it's a virus of sorts. You could easily just make your character deformed and further deformed psychologically. Meaning you don't really need lore for it either way, but if you wanted them to be prominent that's up to finding people who want to join you in that sort of RP, not making lore for it.

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?:

I've always wanted to change the ideal in which people view each other on the server, and how to make those on the server get along with one another. It's a broad task, but otherwise it would be nice to assist the server in whichever way shows itself, provided I've given the opportunity. 

What are your finest qualities?:

If any I'd imagine it would be interpersonal skills and organizational skills that help me deal with schedules that are given to me; or more so deadlines. They allow me to help with a variety of things and interact with people on the server in many shapes, to a different amount of people. 

What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?:

My worst qualities in the past would be my instability on remaining on the server, though that is solved now. In the present I would consider my worst quality to be my over-analyzing certain subjects.

What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?:

I could look toward a variety of different GMs and Admins for guidance, from Moot to several GMs that are currently in their own trials or finished and continuing what they've begun.

Who do you not get along with on the current team?:

I don't think there's anyone on the current team that I 'wouldn't get along with' and would probably settle in with most of them. At times we may disagree on subjects but I don't believe that'd be any means of disliking someone, just discussing the topic at hand.

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?:

Currently I have a vast amount of free time ranging from the morning to night, apart from occasionally going out with my friends or doing other things away from LotC. This still leaves a good length of time for me to communicate with the other staff members and assist the server in many different aspects. In the future I may have school, limiting my time in the morning but otherwise not really hindering me.

I've read and come to a thorough understanding of Magic Lore, with many types of magics and their arch-types.

I don't support many applications but in my own opinion I think Swgrclan's presented a plethora of good ideas throughout his stay on the server. There's also the case that he often becomes dedicated to something when he is able to, and implements great thoughts on many subjects that would be useful to the Event Team and bringing events to the community overall. Honestly deserves more support than just I can offer, good luck. +1

The gloom of dusk flickered across the ground, glancing against it with an incandescent paleness. Against the moon’s sheen stood a slight ebony visage, the two differing shades combating one another for dominion. Surrounding the conflict was a variety of foliage, different fungi and leaves ending upon the stone entrance to the cavern. As the figure descended there was a loud clank with each footstep, steel boots disturbing whatever might be slumbering within. The echoing continued to echo along each surface, bouncing upon its walls before coming to an end. Said figure stood firm facing two nigh giant doors, lowering itself to the floor of the cave only to sit before them. Their sight gently dampened, a trance-like state permeating their mind as they began a meditation.

That which took over that very same sight flashed before their eyes, a bright but onyx flame shuddered in the darkness; It encircled the brazier it was within, beginning to orbit around the pedestal like a snake coiling around its prey. All it did was continue its slithering, touching the floor and releasing a thick smog of black pollutant. It was as if a grayed mist began taking over the room’s bottom, before it all receded. With much more haste than it had descended, the fog ascended back into the brazier’s clutches, shaking and withering until all that lay before it was a black book. The figure rose from the seated position, elevating their gauntlet to brush along the cover. It was rough but urged them to continue, promises of pleasure awaiting inside.

Before long the very same book flung itself open, revealing the archaic pages within, relinquishing its hidden scrawls and innards to the one looking upon it. He stumbled back, robes caressing the smooth floors like a shadow itself; becoming enraptured in the book’s secrets. Stories beyond recognition, knowledge far from attainable by normal means, the only thing to resist was to move back. With that the conglomeration of text slammed itself shut, almost with angst at the mere thought that it was being denied attention. Sanity in question, the helm the meditator donned swiveled to curiously peer upon the book. Though the myriad of stories and knowledge receded from his memories, thoughts still remain provoked by what he witnessed.

With a quick and viscious warp his vision returned to the material world, staring toward the doors the visage sought. It slowly rose, the dust caking its black robes only showing the time spent was longer than truly thought. No matter, it was brushed off within seconds, sent back to its home in the abandoned natural tunnels. A feeling of energy surged throughout the being, beginning from its center and coercing itself to the rest of its wretched form. Almost corrupting, if the being wasn’t corrupt in the first place. The darkened armor and robes began to meander back out from the depths of the cave, silence being a welcome companion for the forgotten one. Nonetheless when it rose from the entrance of the cave, once again cloaked in the reflection of the moon, the helm though rusted and in need of repair would be recognized as the once-Gravelord Vinzakra’s. Their gauntlets clutched in an expression, steel stretching like bone and flesh.

A new time had come to bask in the mummer’s light of ebon flame, to be made apparent to those across the newfound land. The smoothly scaled book and its secrets, prophecies or not, were to be shown. They foreshadowed a new dawn accompanied with revelations instead of the heat of the sun. Although cold, the awakening winds would be warmth enough for the new dwellers of the world, and they would blow away the intruders. The Arch-Wraith rose from the ashes of another, but like a phoenix, they would rise again; but instead of an orange glamour the new onyx flicker would reign supreme.
