What if for new applicants; we made them get planted into a family? That way they would already have a group of people to RP with, and it would grow IG families to eventually where players can tie whole family trees together; also make them start at a young age.
While think it is a good idea. And I agree 100% that new players should be put into some kind of RP group, I don't believe that we should be forcing of restricting them.
