    Is it me or whenever i try connect, it says server full, then it shows like 258/250 players, and then i sit there refreshing and when it reaches 249/250 it says server full again?

      There are probably like 200 people like you refreshing the page rapidly just like you, but the difference is they have reflexes that gets them in.
