I’ve loved to play minecraft since I got it in alpha and I thought this would be an interesting experience. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Probably 3 to 4 days a week. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.:( Patrik grew up in the home of a mother, who loved to bake all sorts of delicious things for their family, and the village. Pat, as he began to let himself be called, always dreamed of starting a bakery with his mother. As he entered his teen years, his mother became very ill. Still determined to give her the one thing she desired, Pat started doing part time work at a store in town, known as “Taywyn’s”. The owner was incredibly brutal to him, and even would go as far as to beat Pat when he failed to get the hard labor done properly. Pat would come home bruised, but his mother knew that he would never give up on her dream, so she never said anything about it to him. Pat’s resolve would never let him give in, even though he might have been physically weaker than the rest as a child, he eventually earned enough money to rent a small apartment where his mother sold their goods. As he grew into adult-hood, Pat knew that he had accomplished his mother’s true dream, and when she passed he took up the business himself. Using everything he had learned during years working with his mother, the business became very successful. Eventually, Pat used the money he earned to buy the shop once known as “Taywyn’s” and threw the owner out on the streets. Feeling accomplished, Pat tore down the old sign, and replaced it with a new one labeled: “Mother’s”. Patrik’s store hit a few rough patches along the way, and he knew that it was going to close down eventually. When he was thirty-two, he packed up his belongings, spatula, and whatever he could carry, and headed out of the town. Patrik is now a toned middle aged man, who is helpful and caring. While he won’t fight battles with physical violence, Patrik always tries to help in whatever way he can, supplying his party with the food they need to get through the hardships they will face. Patrik feels that he can help most by motivating the people on his side, instead of joining their battles. What is your Character's ambitions?: To open the store he once ran again, in a small town or city where he can live out the rest of his days. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc:( His trusty iron spatula (a shovel) and his stoves. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Cooking, but he can also farm what he needs if he cannot buy it. Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Pat decides it would be best to not get involved, but as he passes by a nearby guard, he tells him to go help the man. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Pat sees what the man is selling, finding them useful, he decides to purchase some. As he begins to walk away, he decides to tell the man about his profession, and offers him to come back to his place ((If he owns one)) for a bite to eat Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: He looks around, making sure the house is not owned by anybody. Finding it to be mostly abandoned, Pat decides to take the items, so he can sell them later. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Pat sees what they are selling, and chats with them about wanting to start his bakery again. After sampling some of his food, the men are pleased and spread word of his skill. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Pat doesn’t want to fight, instead he tries to offer his wares to the guards in order to motivate them. After doing so, he awaits their return.
