You seem to have an innate misunderstanding of finances. Do you really think people just hold onto money? You even lose money if you put it in the bank. You are not the great arbiter of who needs what, you have no right to take something from me and give it to someone else.
You really have no idea how money works, it seems like most of your research is from very biased political sources. Spend a bit of time looking at unbiased economic sources. Not even keynesian economics agreed with you.
Also, you should never wish for someone to go through hardship. That only shows immaturity. Especially to try and make that argument based off of emotions.

I have the urge to make an elf character! I only have ever played Farfolk and that's the only human subrace I have any interest in whatsoever (preferring eastern cultures rather than western european), so it'd be a new experience.
any ideas?
