  1. Hey, welcome to the Kharajyr! :P If you need any help at all, feel free to contact Geo or Benboboy, or any Kharajyr at all. Do you have a Skype? You might want to be added to the Kharajyr chat so we can answer any questions you might or might not have.

  2. Donators, praise the sun \o/

  3. Either way, Telanir's a pretty cool guy. Let's NOT slap him. :)

  4. Given name(RP name): Aerwyn Oakblade (Skype name if you have one): True name(MC name): DracoRailgun Race: Wood Elf Authentic magic user?(accepted magic user?): Nope. If so what form of magic ye use?: Do ye seek adventure, knowledge, and companionship?: Indeed I do, as well as friendship. "And my Axe!" All applying will be apply for the applicant position. However should you pass that stage what profession might you take on? Note that if you want to learn magic you must speak to a Delver Arcanist personally: Delver Vigilant What combat skills have ye? I am trained with blade and bow, but I prefer close combat over long ranged. I am significantly better with a blade. Short Response for all Applicants, write how ye would respond: 1.) You come across a massive ruin of ancient design, strange sounds and lights emanate from within. I cautiously approach the entrance, attempting to see if an ambush is awaiting me. I would draw my sword, holding it in a ready stance, and delve into the ruin. I would look at every little crack, every piece of tile, every loose brick, looking for something new to find, searching for a hidden doorway or secret trapdoor, hoping that new knowledge awaits within. 2.)While at a local bar you see two dark hooded figures in the corner discussing in a whispered conversation. You can't quite make out what they're saying but you clearly hear the word "artifact". I sit down at their table and act like I am an old friend, using little pieces of the previous conversation to subtly tell them I knew what they were talking about and hopefully bring myself into their matters. I would look at them with eagerness, hoping them to continue talking or react in some way other than leaving me there without new information. 3.)Walking down the Anthos Highway you come across a masked man with a sword threatening a hooded figure, claiming he is a necromancer. I would speak with them both and hear out their stories, and make a judgement about both. If I deem someone to be lying, I will oppose them and help the other. If they both speak the truth, I will call on help from my companions, and see what they think. I would value their opinions and follow advice given to me, whatever the outcome of the conflict.
  5. Name of Dryad, Greek word and English meaning: Chrysoprasino (Golden Green) Type of Dryad: Oak Dryad Picture of Skin: MC Username: DracoRailgun Forum Username: DracoRailgun
  6. Given name(RP name): Arya Winterblade (Skype name if you have one): True name(MC name): DracoRailgun Race: Human/Northerner Authentic magic user?(accepted magic user?): No, but I want to be. If so what form of magic ye use?: Do ye seek adventure, knowledge, and companionship?: Indeed I do, and all of them! All applying will be apply for the applicant position. However should you pass that stage what profession might you take on? Note that if you want to learn magic you must speak to a Delver Arcanist personally: Delver Mageshield What combat skills have ye? Sword and bow skills, and some knowledge of magic, although she can't use it. Short Response for all Applicants, write how ye would respond: 1.) You come across a massive ruin of ancient design, strange sounds and lights emanate from within. Of course, I wouldn't think twice, wandering into the cave looking for the source of the sounds, admiring the architecture as I looked. If I ran into any monsters or evil creatures, I would stand and fight until I died, and if not, I might just wander forever. If I got myself into a sticky situation, I'd just push on, not thinking about the possibility of dying, yet still being cautious. If I injured myself, I would turn back and leave the cave. 2.)While at a local bar you see two dark hooded figures in the corner discussing in a whispered conversation. You can't quite make out what they're saying but you clearly hear the word "artifact". I walk right up to the table next to them, and try to hear more of the conversation while acting like a patron. If they leave, I follow quietly and see what they're up to. If they stay, I stay with them until I hear enough of what they're saying to investigate more about this artifact. If they know I'm listening and tell me to leave, I would simply tell them that I was just waiting for my food. 3.)Walking down the Anthos Highway you come across a masked man with a sword threatening a hooded figure, claiming he is a necromancer. I go up to them and ask why the man thinks the figure is a necromancer. If I think he is lying, I will threaten the man with the sword and tell him of his faults, and if he continues, I will have to make him leave. If I am not sure, I will ask the hooded figure what was going on, and then decide what to do. If I think the man is telling the truth and the hooded figure is a necromancer, then I will assist the man with the sword in removing the hooded figure from the area. If both lie, then I will continue on my way, thinking liars are better off dealing with each other.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: I know that when you roleplay, you should try to stay in character, and when you arent talking in character then you ((put these around what you say.)) I have played on a roleplay server, I think I have a decent amount of experience. Roleplaying to me is trying to stay in a different persona and usually making friends and enemies, while ic. When ooc, you can talk like you normally would on a server, as long as it's polite. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: Like I said, I have played on an rp server before, and some of my friends helped me out and taught me how to roleplay. In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: It is using ooc information on an ic role, and usually is like knowing everything about a character without them telling you, and that would interfere with roleplay. In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: It is forcing another player to do something without them agreeing, and can be used to kill someone when you dont actually have the ability to, or hurting someone who cannot be hit, etc. In your own Words, define what Out of Character (OOC) is: It is playing without roleplaying, you can use this to talk to people out of your role. (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Human What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Halfling Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): He was only 12 when he fell out of the wagon. He was forgotten while he explored the wilds, and got used to forest life. He was so small, that when he encountered a group of goblins, they didn't want to eat him. He loved climbing the trees, hunting(even though he was not good at it), and especially farming. He had a nice small cave house. He didn't want to leave this place, but he knew he had to find help or he would go insane. He knew that when he did find a town, people probably would not accept him immediately. He prepared his best towny voice he could, and prepared for the journey. He ventured into the wilds. He walked for days, hunting and jogging, but rarely found food. He started to think himself an animal, with his ratty clothes and dirty face. He wasn't sure if the town he found would accept him. That is, if he ever found one. He always looked toward the bright side of things, and always perservered. He never gave up on anything he did, and that payed off when he found the town of Dunwood, who accepted him, and he knew he would live there a long time. He was now 14, having survived two years in the wilds. He picked up valuable skills in the forest, which berries to eat, which game was the easiest to catch, etc. He thought those skills were good to keep, so he practiced every day, hunting and gathering. What are your Character's ambitions?: To find out why his parents left him to die, and also to learn how to use a sword. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): He loves playing with his shortsword, made of a dull iron. He didn't know how to use it, but he would learn. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Go on Planet Minecraft 2. Click “skins” 3. Type “frodo baggins” into the search bar 4. My skin should be the tenth entry on the second page by “rutra” Other Information about your Character: His favorite food is watermelons. Open-Response-Questions Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP. Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? I attempt to help a fellow halfling, but I will probably get beat up too in the process. I then try to make friends with the other halfling, and we become good friends. Watermelons were shared, even though we lost all of our money, we are still very happy. We forget about the incident and be done with it. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? "Erm... Sorry sir, I was, uh... just looking. I thought the wares looked fake, as the shine is not quite-" I pause as he looks ate me madly. "Oh, ah... haha. Sorry to, uh, bother you." I then walk away akwardly, everyone looking at me like I am crazy. I am so embarrassed, I sprint home. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: I should just leave that where it is. Someone else may need it more than me, and I don't like stealing. On the other hand, I could take the sword... It's dangerous without a weapon. I end up leaving it be, thinking better of myself to not have taken it without permission. I soon come across a wolf, and I get pretty badly wounded since I didn't have a weapon. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "Oh. Hello... uh... everyone? I... uh, was just wondering, might you be able to, er, spare some food, water, and directions? I um, am a teeny bit lost, do you mind telling me, eh, where exactly I am? I don't want to maybe... get eaten by wolves...?" You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: I walk up with my short sword, and ask if I can help. I join in, and only a minute into the fray I get my arm cut open badly, and end up spending my time in the infirmary. I only got an eighteenth of the reward I was supposed to get, and spend it on lots of melons. I don't care that I didn't get the full reward, because I still have friends to come home to, right? Anything else you would like to say?: No.
