In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Ladvay Asultur Current Age: 26 Sub-race (if any): High Elf Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Ladvay grew up in a lower-middle class family loving the forest, and nature. He was raised by Farmers and Archers, and the Mali'Aheral who taught him Archery, he used to love long walks in the woods exploring nature, practicing his archery skills and hunting for animals when food was needed. He believed that the world should live in peace and with nature, he thought that the nature should live in peace, but some others thought otherwise. He was a bit different from the other High Elves, everyone preferred to live in tall buildings, cities, and towers, He also liked that, and wasn't against it, though the forest was like a home for him. At age 15 He bought his first adult bow, and spent so much time outside that the Elves thought that he died, he was practicing archery in the woods. After a long day of practice, sometimes he would spend the night in the woods hunting, practicing archery, and camping and without returning to the High Elven City. He loved exploring. Ladvay's parents hated the idea and the reality that he was spending so much time in the forest where the wood elves live and where they spent a lot of their time in, they hated not the fact that he spends his time in the forest, but the fact that he spends his time there with the wood elves. They thought that he should spend more time with High Elves in their city, they thought that they were the highest of the elves and that they were the royal elves, though Ladvay and all of the others thought otherwise, it wasn't true.. Ladvay would sometimes have arguments with his parents about his love to the nature, they also liked nature, but they didn't accept the fact that he was spending almost all of his time there, alone, or with the wood elves, even though they also loved the forest, Ladvay's parents had hatred towards the wood elves. Ladvay's love to the forest, and his belief that all elves should be equal was so strong that they couldn't even argue with him, his love made their arguments weak towards him, and that made them really mad. Sometimes when they would argue with him, he would run off into the forest for a couple days, but he would always return to his house, every time he returned his parents were sorry about what happened, and promised that they would never argue again, for some time they would live in peace, but it would repeat over and over again. Ladvay was getting better and better in archery every day, it caused him a lot of trouble in his relations to his family because he would spend a lot of his time in the woods, but he wasn't that upset about it, He made friends with wood elves and they practiced together. He learned a lot of tricks in archery, and carried his bow everywhere where he went, If he didn't have the chance to go to the forest and practice archery, he would make marks and try to shoot in them even in the Elven City. As Ladvay was getting Older, he got into Herbalism and literature, he liked to study plants, and the nature. Literature helped him learn advanced archery skills and plants that helped him learn putting poison on his arrows. At around age 22 Ladvay started thinking of getting his own House to live but he couldn't afford it, so he started hunting animals in Malinor, Collecting their Bones, Teeth, Leather, and other useful things, at this age he got into alchemy and was into brewing potions that helped people survive, get faster, achieve things that couldn't be achieved otherwise, and started selling the Potions too, finally when he reached age 25, he started thinking that it's almost impossible to get money to buy a house, so he tried something different. He started collecting wood from the trees which hurt his feelings because he loved the forest, but his dream of having a house was a lot stronger. It took him over a month to gather all the items he needed: logs, leaves, sticks, and other items. By 26, he finally built his own little house that let him spend more time in the forest. Ambitions for the Future: For the future, he would like get bigger on his business, Later on get a job that pays well, buy a bigger house, and Master Archery. Personality: Wise, calm, generous, nice, sometimes can be and playful, a nice person, and happy most of the time. Skills: Herbalism, Alchemy, Archery, Strategy, Literature Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Any other details you wish to share about your character: Ladvay loves fashion and is a very fashionable Elf, which is a quite uncommon for Elves. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point. ____ 1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of High Elves are mocking a small Wood Elf child. How do you react? Answer: I hide behind a tree and watch them, what they do, just to be sure they're mocking him, maybe they are playing with him. When i notice the tears on the Wood Elf child's face, i come up there and stand up in from of him saying "What do you think you are doing?" "He's also an elf, like all of us, and after all, he's only a kid. What did he ever do to you?" "Go find something better to do, mocking an innocent child is un-acceptable." Then i talk to the child, and help him find his parents. 2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do? Answer: I run up to him and say "Let Me Help you" i help him get up to the ground find a place for him to sit and rest, as it hurts for him to walk right now. Then i pick up all the coins without taking a single one, and i start talking to him. I talk to him and calm him down, after some time the pain lets go, and i carry him in my arms to his house. 3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved). Answer: I start talking to the stranger about the light brown Leather Boots he has for sale, he says he received them today and offers me the price of 75 silver coins, i think about it and remember that i earlier saw boots for sale of 50 silver coins. The trader says "So, Do you like the price? they're good quality, freshly made" i think for a while and say " Sorry, What's your name again?" "Malisil" says the merchant. "Well Malisil, I saw leather boots of a different color for sale for 50 silver today, i think your price is too high for me to buy it" Malisil says "Mr...." "Ladvay, my name is Ladvay." "Ladvay, these are freshly made and a rich dye is used to make such a pleasant color" i look in my pocket, and get my coins out, i count them, and find out that i only have 25 silver, i don't say that to the merchant yet so he would maybe get his price even lower than that "Malisil, I think i will take a look in another place, even 50 is a big price for them" "Wait, Wait!" Malisil shouts "20 Silver, and we have a deal" "15, and a promise to return to your store to maybe purchase something new" "Deal" says Malisil "Thanks, Was nice having business for you" I say as walking away with a happy face, a thought "well that was cheap, it's nothing compared to the money i can make throughout the thousand years elves live" and some new fashionable Leather Boots.
