~ Mapleshire ~ ({*}) Peak time: 4-9 EST Populace density: Halflings Brief description: Mapleshire is the current home to the halfling race. These wee folk are cheery busybodies who hold their traditions close to their hearts. They enjoy drinking, playing games such as 'Shogs', and spending time with their friends. In Mapleshire you can find things such as: The Aviary Tower- An old mill that lost its fan has since been turned into an aviary tower. From here many birds come and go, often delivering messages across the realm. The Black Dragon Tavern- A friendly tavern that offers free drinks and a great opportunity to make new friends. The Beach of Mapleshire- A great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and scent of the nearby field. The Shog Pond- A fantastic place to play Shogs. The traditional halfling game where people put pumpkins on their heads, stand on opposing floating logs, grab a shovel and try to prod their opponent off. Many friends are made and disputes resolved through this sport. I do not know where you heard that we only had a few cav but it is incorrect. It's not meant to be a conspiracy but rather to hold the GM team accountable. If they say there will be no horses then do not allow any horses for either side, regardless of how badly Oren was expected to lose.
