Mordachai heard a scream saying the Cathedral was safe. He despised Christians, but decided that it may be his only chance. He ran there as fast as his chubby legs would let him, panting heavily as his last to coins fell out of his pocket. They landed on the ground with a light thud, and he looked back teary eyed. He knew he couldn't save them, there was no time. He was able to overcome that, and at the end of the street he saw the Cathedral. He ran to it, pounding on the door. "Let me in, I am nice do not hurt!" he yells in French

Mordachai's hands graze over the green wallpaper of the Amiens Bank, now abandoned. He trembles, lightly closing his eyes as he dreams off all that has gone on in that bank, and what is all gone now. He reaches his hand into his pant pocket, rubbing his last 2 coins together between his fingers. "Oi... I miss money." he sighs, hanging his head. He moves to the window and stares out onto the street. A man stands in the street, back away from Mordachai, with a gun pointed at another crying man. The crying man looks at Mordachai, tears rushing down his face as he mouths the words 'help me'. Mordachai ducks, not wanting the attacker to spot him too. Mordachai grabbed firmly onto a candlestick he found on the ground and he hid, praying to God that he would not be found. He runs across the bank and out the back door, unsure if the attacker saw him. He escapes to the alley and yells out "SAVE ME!" hoping someone will come help him.

As you may have heard 5 minutes ago, I am working on a new 2d RPG game. It's called LOTC : THE GAME Part 1 - The Elendil Storm You may think I'm joking, but it's true. I am very serious and I've spent a good 7 hours on it already. I am using the RPG maker engine, and I'm shooting for 3 hours of real game time. This is not trolling at all, I am very serious. The game is going to be very similar to the old final fantasies mixed with Pokemon and any old or indie pixel RPGs. I have not much, mostly only the structure done but seeing how James was spoiling it early I decided to make this. To create some hype, I am releasing the rough back story. Do not hate, it is all for fun. "Anthos was the birthplace of their reign. The Adunian race, a minority until then. Wicked and twisted, few were able to stay pure to their breed. In the early history, heroes arose from their wake. Rymeul, Konrad, Eoghan and Godric. They kept their kind pure, kept them at peace. That soon went away as he came to power. The first of many dark wizards to rule the Adunian race. His name was Lachlan Mor, the eater of hearts. He exiled the heroes to Oren, and used his dark power to control the peasant Adunians minds. After generations of war, the armies of Abresi and the Carrions were able to break up the evil Lachlan reign. Very few Adunians survived, Darren Armas, Faiz Kharadeen and Corbbet VanCleef to name a few. However, as the evil Harbingers of the North conquered Dwarf land, they took the time to install a puppet into the heart of Anthos. A new Adunian King, known as Chikaea Elendil. Evil to the bones, she was granted the powers of the skygods. Adunia became too powerful, the Dwarves bent to her knees in fear of smite. She became all too powerful. It was her who struck the mighty hammer which split Anthos, forcing the citizens to flee to the new realm of the Fringe. No one could hold her back but one. A prophecy told by seers all across that a new Adunahkin will arise, whom will defeat Chikaea once and for all. That’s where you come in, you will make your application." I've got a script for the engine that will allow for character creation, so you will be able to play as your main character! I'm also thinking of creating some sort of from to sign up to maybe see your character as a NPC! Really, not much is to be known yet. I want to keep a lot of it secret. But here is a screenshot of what the world map might look like, I've only put about 5 minutes into it but yolo. As you can see, it's roguh right now. The big evil castle up top is the Dwarf lands and down to the left is Oren capitol. It is loosely based off the Fringe map if you can tell. It might be a bit off since I haven't been on LotC in 4 months. Expect a lot more detail to the map however. More information coming later this week.
